Peter Boulware is the best collusion center around. From the time my insurance company paid the within a week. They had my car in a week later . I had a dent in my rear panel, when I got my car back I could not tell only that the dent disappeared but look like a brand new car. They even gave me a wheel alignment and washed my car before I got it back . Kudos to Peter Boulware

The service and employees were great!The reason for two stars is after scheduling my appointment I received a text message inquiring about trading my truck in which I didn’t mind but after the service I’ve received countless text messages and emails from the dealership that I didn’t ask for. I understand you’re trying to make your customers happy and promote your business but it’s been nothing short of a spam machine gun. Way over the top with the messaging and emails. Again, the experience at the dealership was perfect. Enough with the avalanche of text messages and emails, please!
I have had two services at Toyota Boulware. Service is about mid range. They are always finding something when you come in for routine maintenance. I paid extra for wheel alignment and then drove home on north side of town and my tires needed air, their response was come back and we will be happy to put some air. Just not servicing and checking boxes. I also had an experience when I brought my well behaved dog, who was sitting not bothering anyone and had employees gock and point at me. I’ll take my business some where else.
Very professional and polite. Kept me updated on the issues and what was happening with my vehicle while it was with them. They replaced my motor after it got water logged. Slightly older vehicle, so getting parts and completing the job took longer than I expected. When I picked up the vehicle, there was one issue that they resolved very quickly. Definitely will recommend them to others.
Usual did not top off fluids, at all. 3rd time. Also charged to fix the tps sensors while under warranty. Attention to detail. We have at least 80k of their vehicles in our driveway. Would love some respect 🙏

They changed my tires, driver side wheel baring, tie rods & did an alignment… For $2,000 I didn’t expect my car to smell like an oil spill & left with stains. Oily hand print & stain left on my drivers seat & oil spots on my passenger seat … I didn’t have the oil changed. ;(

My daughter and I waited in the lobby while they preformed maintenance on my Tacoma. The lobby is great with free donuts and coffee. The restrooms were some of the cleanest Ive seen. The staff was courteous and prompt.
I am not from Tallahassee, but i needed my car serviced so I decided to try them out. Customer service was great and I do highly recommend! I was told my service would take 45 minutes to an hour, but it only took about 20!
During initial appointment, no services were completed, wasted two hours. Oil change was not done, safety recall was not done because part was not there after having confirmed via phone that is was there. It took two additional appointments to get anything completed, a total waste of time.
Free pick up and return upon completion of the work.This was very convenient. Ill definitely use them in the future
We were from out of state on a road trip and had a tire that was low. They squeezed us in (even though they were very busy), quickly determined the problem, and promptly patched the tire. I was incredibly impressed with their service.
So I had NO idea until my coworker told me that Toyota has a rant a car program. When I tell you this made my day. The process is so much more simpler and MORE AFFORDABLE then the standard car rental companies. Well done Toyota!

It was great,got early there had no secluded since it was last minute issues however they still attended me .Had patch my tires multiple time and finally gave there last breath .Had the 4 replace, best part was the person who attended me she was really nice and even gave me a small discount every dollar counts.Forgot her name but will update when I get a hold on it .

Had routine maintenance, oil change and tire rotation, along with regular inspection for needed repairs. All were done well and I was on the road in 1.5 hrs. Definitely going back again!
My first time there for service, normally I go over to my dealership (Fields Lexus/Mercedes) where every owner get the VIP treatment, did not feel quite as honored at PB. A Lexus /Mercedes owner is paying premium dollars for parts/service and should be made to feel worthy as a client.

A couple of things. I wish they were able to make some estimates about how much time services will take. (I was there for over fourHours) also I wish they provided things like universal charging stations to allow for work to be done if stuck there or some kind of shuttle service. Also tires were a bit overpriced butThat’s one on me because I usually shop around but I just wanted to go to one Place. Overall I would recommend it. It wasn’t amazing but it definitely wasn’t bad. I’ll be going back for my other services unless it way overpriced.

They sold me a beautiful Red 2021 Toyota Corolla 4-Dr Sedan on December 11, 2020. The price they offered me was great. The financing was pretty good too, but wish the interest rate was lower than 3.69%. The service that I received from Jessica Jackson, Internet Sales Director was excellent I give Jessica an A+. She was so diligent answering all my questions via email and was so nice. Mari was very nice and did a good job answering some questions via email - she earned an A. Jiyao delivered my car to my home and picked up my trade-in car. That helped me out a lot. I forgot to ask whether I was charged a delivery charge. I hope I wasnt, because other dealerships I checked out delivered cars free of charge, as long as the homes were located in Leon County.Kind of disappointed that my Toyota didnt have a perimeter alarm, which is listed in the features on the Toyota dealership website. Also a little disappointed that my car didnt come with a locking glove box, another feature listed for my car on the Toyota dealership website.Overall though, I like my Toyota a lot. It has lots of great features on it. The Cordoba Red is absolutely beautiful.
I had a dent and a few scratches on my new car. They fixed the scratches but not the dent and when it was brought up, they gave me a hard time about the dent. I would have appreciated more professionalism on their part since I gave them my services and I wasnt asking for anything unreasonable.

Brought vehicle in for maintenance and another issue. the staff was great although i did notice the fluids were not topped off on the vehicle as should be performed in any inspection and is specified in the paperwork to “top off/fill necessary fluids” which should include washer fluid which was still empty when i received the vehicle. although this isn’t a big deal it does make me doubt the integrity and thoroughness of the technicians. Not completing a simple task like filling washer fluid shows a lack of attention to detail and care to the vehicle and i’m curious what else is overlooked by techs rushing to complete vehicles.

The Collision Center inspected and provided an estimate for repairs to my vehicle after an accident. The estimator, Sam, was very profession and took the time to answer all questions. Also, Cheyenne was very professional and did a good job communicating next steps. They did a great job and I would definitely recommend them.
Great experience. We bought a car and it had a cracked windshield. They set up an appointment and we brought it in and the service area was comfortable, snacks and drinks were offered. We were in and out relatively quick.

I had the airbag installed under recall at this dealership in Tallahassee. It took about an 3 hours from drop off until I received a text telling me it was ready. The woman that helped me was great, I just wish I could remember her name. I think it was Jenna but I am not really sure. If you need to have recall work done, I would recommend going here.

Bought a used Nissan Rogue. Truck looked really good for the year and good mileage. Could’ve inspected vehicle better core issues before selling tho to ensure the best quality before selling. My new Rav4 left me stranded. After only 4750 miles the battery was dead. I asked them to change the battery out but instead they did a fix. Hopefully they have corrected the poor battery performance.and I wont have this problem again.
Quaity work, of course. You may find better prices and customer service at nearby Toyota dealerships. Advice: Call, dont email, to get some estimates and impressions of customer service from a few dealerships in the area first.
In the beginning it took some time before some one can really notice us and get us service but once the car was took it got the service it needed in a timely matter and wasn’t too much of a hassle

I was coming from out of town and I needed a oil change so I called to schedule a appointment for when I got in town and I asked the receptionist for full synthetic. Then I called back 10 minutes later just to make sure they had me down for what I asked for. So when I got my vehicle back and it was time to pay the price was cheaper then it was supposed to be, so I asked they guy what type of out did they use and he said conventional. He told me I have to request for them to use full synthetic, which I did when I called to make my appointment. Then when I got ready to leave I noticed they reset my mileage on the odometer but they reset the wrong one, they reset the one for my tires and not my oil. So now I’m left guess home many more miles I have before I supposed to get my tires balanced and rotated.
Julia was very helpful and responsive. The whole procedure took longer than expected. But at the same time, we were informed that our vehicle was still under ToyoGuard and additionally needed an alignment done.They didnt take advantage of us by charging for the oil change, but instead informed us that it would be covered under the ToyoGuard. Service department does some honest work.Thanks.

I bought a part from them via my mechanic to send to Take 5 Auto Service so that my car can be fixed. I was never in this dealership at all and they keep texting me to thank me for my service. They asked for this review so here it is. Since they didnt actually service my car I cannot give a fair rating however, I will rate them for acknowledging me as a customer and following up on the outcome.

So I came in looking like an average Joe with over 1500 cash in my pocket and was not greeted by anyone. Then, when I asked one of the salesmen about a vehicle he gave me a very bland and short response. Even after trying to provoke conversation he still blew me off. This is a horrible Toyota dealership and I wouldnt recommend anyone to do business with them. I most definitely will not be back for any services!

I recently purchased my second vehicle through Legacy Toyota in Tallahassee. I had not planned on purchasing another vehicle so soon but totaling my suv left me no choice. Since my first experience with Legacy Toyota was wonderful, I knew who I’d be buying through again. I shopped online & found what I wanted. I then called Ron Horton (Bought my 1st car through him, he’s my go to guy), told him the vehicle I found. We scheduled a test drive, when I pulled in, he had the vehicle ready for me. Of course I loved it, so we went inside and started running numbers. Brannon Snead, the Finance Manager & Ron were both so easy to work with. As a single mom, they heard me and listened to my needs. By the end of my visit I was signing papers for my vehicle! I highly recommend giving Ron Horton a call when you need to purchase a vehicle. He’s not a pushy salesman, he listens & doesn’t try to sell you something that’s best for his pocket and he knows their inventory so he can find something comparable to what you’re looking for if they don’t have the exact car. Service was good, no problems there. My only complaint is why a new Camry has wind noise coming from driver window that is very annoying and nobody can seem to fix it. This is the 2nd dealer we’ve been to that says the same thing, that all Camry’s have wind noise coming from driver window. That is a shame you spend 32,000 on a new car and have to live with it!! Don’t have this problem on our Chevrolet or Mazda or our old Honda Accord. Just turned 4,000 miles but may think of selling and going back with a Honda .
Toyota did a great job fixing up my FJ cruiser after a tree branch fell on it. It was through insurance so I cant give an opinion on cost but they replaced or repainted the damaged parts and it looks brand new. Charlie and the other staff were very helpful and courteous and professional. I frequent this Toyota but have never used their collision center. Great work.
I took my Tundra in for 30,000 mile maintenance. I called two days ago. Person on phone was real friendly. I didnt get her name. Then, I dropped my truck off to Jessica Wissman. She was amazing. She was super friendly and professional, this morning and again this afternoon when I picked up truck. I will keep taking my truck to Legacy as long as they have the great staff that they have
The drop off in the morning was fine. The service to my car was fine. I wish they would have called me to tell me my vehicle was ready for pickup, but I eventually saw the email. It was a big disappointment to wait 25 minutes for the valet to bring my car up. Especially when I asked 3 times why my car wasnt there. It was a hot day and I almost passed out from the heat. There was no water in the customer lounge. I was surprised when the valet turned out to be a man who had spent all my waiting time speaking to a co-worker. But he went running to get my SUV when I voiced my concerns loudly in the Service writer area. I had to park in the lot for 10 minutes before I felt safe to drive. So I missed having lunch with my boss and co-workers. Not the best experience.

I needed to schedule my initial 6 month service but the service department never returned my call. I tried to schedule it online, but didnt know which individual elements to schedule. Finally, I just drove to the dealership. The service advisor was very nice and since I am a MVP member, he was able to work me in. However, I spent more time than I expected (over 2 hours) and decided not to wait even longer to get the free wash. Hopefully, next time will be better.
Ive had several repairs made to the body of my car and I have always been pleased. However, after this last service I am beyond impressed. My back bumper was being replaced, nothing less nothing more, however when I got my car back, I noticed that the outside of my car had been cleaned, as well as the windows. They did such a good job that I plan to take my car there to be fully detailed.

I had a 5:00 appointment. I waited for 15 minutes and no service advisor came to speak with me. I called the Service number to see if I needed to reschedule and the woman on the phone rudely told me she “didn’t know what was going on over there” because she’s on the other side of the dealership. I then I went inside and talked to the manager who was very helpful. The end result was fine, but until I spoke to the manager, I felt very frustrated at the quality of customer service.
Everyone was very helpful and very pleasant. More so than back home in Kansas.

Normally pretty good service, efficient and courteous. This last time though, I found a used oil rag and bottle top under the hood after service. Fortunately neither item found its way into any critical areas. Not sure if they were in a hurry this time and simply forgot, but either way, a little careless.

Service manager was Jennifer. She was very good. I usually get very good service, however this past visit I had a 9am appointment to have an oil change, tire rotation, and injector service. I was there for 5 HOURS. What was the purpose of getting an appointment? Totally unacceptable wait time. You need to hire more techs. Whatever it takes to improve wait time.

Paid $80 for oil change & tire rotation. I would think it would include checking the tire pressure. Drove off & air pressure light came on. Took my car right back only to learn that the tires just needed air. Im worried that if that wasnt done, what else was left undone. Nice & friendly staff but this just bothers me.
I have taken my car in for body repairs on two occasions and both times, the experience has been terrific. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous and the repairs have been done quickly and professionally. Both times I have gotten my car back looking brand new! I am very pleased with the service. Hopefully, I wont need body work again any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely take it back to Legacy Toyota for repairs.

My visit was unscheduled. I was passing through and ran out of gas 🥴 My 2006 Prius was towed to the dealership because even after gas added it would not start due to needing a diagnostic code to reset it. I arrived one hour before closing on a Saturday to a very busy, already customer scheduled maintenance, waiting room and was concerned I would not make it to my father’s retirement celebration in Pensacola. CARL TEBBE took care of me! He got my car in within less than that hour and got me back on the road to make it to our family’s special event. The facility itself was very clean and welcoming with a wonderful coffee station, and as I waited, other staff members checked in on me and even offered to get coffee for me.Thank you CARL TEBBE and Peter Boulware Toyota technicians and all other staff for accommodating my unexpected visit and taking good care of your customers to get them back to their routines and families!!

We’ve been bringing our Prius here for regular maintenance for five years, and the Service Department is extremely professional and reliable. With an appointment, the car is ready in about an hour. I further appreciate how seriously they’re taking COVID19 safety measures right now—ALL employees and customers wore masks at our latest visit.
Made appointment for oil change, was greeted at appointment time by service coordinator who was professional and personable. No trying to sell me wiper blades. Oil change took longer than I thought, almost 2 hours. Price was reasonable
I was there 2 hours for a prepaid tire rotation and oil change. I noticed that several of the office and sales personnel were not wearing masks or wearing the mask as a chin guard. I checked the prices on recommended maintenance and found them to be a third higher than elsewhere.
Professional, kind, smiling folks took care of my truck and got everything done quickly. They communicated closely and went out of their way to be sure I had everything I needed.
I had my car repaired at Toyotas Collision Center after it was damaged in a parking lot. The Toyota Service Centers crew did a fantastic job, both dealing with the insurance company and repairing the car in the budget that we were given. The body work is perfect. I always refer to them for repairs, and I was confirmed one more time that they are top quality.
