So I bought this Nissan Sentra because I was desperate for a new car and they kept pressuring me with new deals and such.At one point I was considering trading in my car and they took my keys. When I wanted to leave they kept my keys even after I repeatedly asked for them back. I had to walk up there make them give it to me.Then after a long day I decided to go with the car. At the end of the experience they tried to Up sale me 36 month bumper to bumper insurance and GAP insurance, but Cody Kraft failed to tell me that GAP insurance was already included! I took the deal and later found this out.Now I just found out there is a recall on the vehicle! When I came into Nissan I told them I wanted to buy a NEW car, but somehow I came out with a used one. I have buyers remorse now and I don’t look back on the experience as positive.Be weary of the car salesman, they will try to get you! This is probably the worst decision I have made in my life. This car was not worth it at all in fact two weeks after I bought it the cruise control and distant sensor stop working. I want to get this fixed and waited five hours for my car only to find out that the problem was never even fixed. They were lying to me they said that I will be out in two hours and it took five they said that the technician was driving and test driving my car but he never dead if he had done that he would’ve found out that the problem was still happening
Kayley was very helpful in assisting me with the purchase of a vehicle. She was very open minded and answer all of my questions without hesitation. She was also very dedicated to working with the financial institution to ensure payments within the range specified. It was a pleasure working with her.
I seem to run a phalynx of very rude people on the phone until I tell them that Peter Kraft suggested I work with Mike See (spelling may be totally incorrect). Mike always makes things right, but there is very little communication with customers - I brought my car in for work and they did the work, but never gave me an estimate for the work before completing it, over-extending my budgeted amount. I dont think the customer there stands a chance with customer service, why I probably wouldnt buy a car there (and this is my THIRD Nissan) and give anyone who asks about my experience there the caveat that I have been consistently treated rudely by just calling the service department, including being hung up on.
I went in for a recall notice. The work was performed (as far as I know) with no issues. I was told that my battery test failed and I needed a new battery critically at the cost of $165. I declined the service. My son is a master mechanic and I immediately went to his shop upon leaving your shop. He tested my battery with three different testers and found no issues. My car continues to start with no problems. I dont appreciate you trying to sell me parts that are not necessary just because I did not have to pay for the recall notice.
I couldnt have had a better experience. I first sent my son there after he had purchased a car through another dealership that was a lemon. Seth Robertson worked hard to get everything transferred over and got my son in a safer, newer car. A few weeks later and I go in to trade in my car. I was looking at a used car and knee what I wanted. When I told Seth what I was using my car for, he put me in the car I needed and I couldnt be happier. Since then, my future daughter in law purchased a car from him and my other son will be soon. Since we have all switched to Nissans, now we have to send my boyfriend to go see Seth.
I went in for recall service on my hood latch -- it had not quit working but the catch was perhaps a bit looser than it should be; the new latch works perfectly; I was in and out of there in relatively good time; the staff was courteous; the facility was immaculate!
Had my first ever car buying experience here since I’d heard great things about them, and I gotta say I’m impressed! Everyone was super nice and friendly, and seemed honest. I walked away with a used Sentra, and it rides like a dream! If you ever need help, ask for Seth Robertson, he’s professional, nice, and he doesn’t get mad at you for asking questions! I’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time for an upgrade! 10/10.
Seth Robertson was very helpful and attentive when I was buying my first car ever. I am not an easy customer to deal with sometimes and he was patient and graceful the whole time. The whole Kraft Nissan team has been great. I definitely recommend buying a car at Kraft Nissan through Seth!
I had a wonderful experience with Daniel Kinsey on yesterday. He made my buying experience a pleasant one. He went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and got everything I wanted. I highly recommend working with Mr.Kinsey, he is awesome!
I always hate shopping for a new car - it seems to take forever - but with all the great ppl & all the water I could drink - it wasnt as painful as it normally is
The serve advisors initial introduction was not warm and embracing. I had the understanding that my headlight could be replaced and the inside of the light could be cleaned (since it was so foggy) but the service advisor immediately said I was wrong and he could do nothing to help with that. It wasn’t until the sweet lady from members services that set up the appointment via phone, came to explain my options, that I understood that you guys didn’t have the tools to clean the inside of the light. Either way, it took 2 hours to get the bulb replaced which seemed a bit long in my opinion. I usually receive much better service when I get my car serviced at Proctor.
Today makes twice that I have come here with an appointment and have had to wait much longer than I was told. The service person that helped me was pretty nice but the service not so good. While I was waiting I went to ask the parts department about purchasing a key and he told me to wait. I told him I will be sitting right over here and to let me know when he has time to give me a quote. Two hours later I am still sitting here and he never got back to me. Just not a very good experience today or the last time I had service. They need to do better.
I have had the opportunity to work with two of your service advisors, Austin Brogdon and Dorreen Dorlean, during both this visit for an oil change and my last visit regarding issues with our battery, and both Dorreen and Austin consistently go above and beyond in making sure my experience is always exceptional! I actually look forward to getting my car serviced now, because I know I will have the pleasure of working with such amazing service advisors who always make my day brighter! In fact, I have no doubt the next time we are in the market for a new car, our search will begin and end with Kraft Nissan, strictly because of the outstanding customer service we have received from Dorreen and Austin.
Went in to look at a used truck. Didnt like it and wound up buying a really cool looking new truck. Very happy
Seth Robertson at Kraft Nissan is the best. He helped me and my dude get a great deal on a car then he helped another friend of mine get an awesome deal as well!! Thanks Seth for being so great!!
This time, (and I have now seen this pattern on the last few visits) I make an appointment, drop my car early in the morning (in this last visit my appointment was for 8am, and I dropped the vehicle the night before). The day goes by and I do not get any feedback on what is happening, is the problem fixed, what is been done until 4 to 4:15pm as I am starting to wonder if I am going to have a car to go home. If I need to make arrangements to go home or to the dealer to pick up my car. It feels as if the approach is this guy left the car with us so we can wait until the last minute possible to work on it.
I couldnt have asked for a better purchasing experience with Sarah at Kraft Nissan. I went in already knowing which car I wanted, so we were able to dive right into the buying process. Sarah was extremely efficient and courteous; I couldnt believe how quickly and smoothly everything went. Even the people in the finance department commented on how fast I was able to leave with my new car. All of the staff that I have interacted with since buying my car and getting it routinely serviced at Kraft Nissan have been more than great.
Everything went better than I expected. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and I expected to just be confused through out the whole process but my experience with Daniel Kinsey left me well assured on the brand and model meant for me making the overall experience enjoyable and efficient!
Working with Daniel Kinsey was amazing. I learned so many things about the Nissan brand and felt right about everything start to finish. He made sure I was happy about what I was purchasing. Such a personable and professional experience. He has my business and Id be happy to recommend him and the staff at Kraft Nissan to others.
My service adviser Michael was attentive to the needs of my vehicle. He also kept me abreast of what was going on with my vehicle. After my vehicle was servicing, Micheal had it washed. 🙂I like going back to Kraft Nissan because I enjoy talking with Simon in the Parts Department. I also like it when others remember me. Seeing familiar faces is important to me. I miss seeing other service advisers that were around prior to COVID-19. Hopefully, they are doing well. The place was clean and the atmosphere was very nice. I knew my wait was going to be long, so I was prepared. However, there were refreshments given to those waiting on their vehicles. (Nice move)
WAY TOO EXPENSIVE! Went in for AC repair and an oil change, and they told me the specific part needed to repair my AC and wanted charge $1200 for the service. I looked up the part that I needed and found it for about $50 at the higher end. Not to mention they charged me nearly $200 just to find the issue. They also had a giant scary list racking my total up to $3000. Avoid if you can
Excellent service! Very grateful. Ralph was/is awesome! Everything went so smoothly. Thank you.
Big shout to Ms.Jackie, Mr. Jim and Mr. Scott. I came for something, they fixed that and gave me a nice lil car wash too. Thank ya!
Overall, the experience is always good. The staff are friendly, the facilities are clean, and the jobs are done correctly the first time. The only complaint I ever have about coming to Kraft Nissan for an oil change/tire rotation is how long it takes. My latest experience took THREE HOURS! It has been longer than that in the past. I can understand it taking that long if I just drop in, but I feel like if I make an appointment, it should not take longer than an hour, hour and a half. I realize there is a multi-point inspection involved each time, but three hours seems excessive regardless. If its going to take that long, I would at least like a courtesy wash and vacuum at the end. Dont you guys do that anymore?
Aaron, Service Advisor, was extremely helpful and professional. The door on my trunk would not close because the receiving latch became unattached. He took the time out of his busy schedule to reattach the latch free of charge. I highly recommend Kraft Nissan and their service department!
I’ve worked with Seth Robertson on 3 vehicles and he’s great. Very professional and knowledgeable.
For the 2nd time in a row, these gentlemen took sure how great care of me. I know as women we tend to feel that if we dont have a husband, a dad or a brother or at least some man with us that a mechanic is going to throw jargon at us and will take us to the cleaners. But I have to say that Kraft Nissan took Incredible care if me. They even looked over my warranty and let me know it was expiring soon and to schedule a full check up to make sure things were at tip top level. Best place in town. Cole and Ralph took the best care of me.
This was mine and my wifes 4th vehicle that we have bought from Kraft Nissan and very proud to be part of the Kraft Nissan family
I recently purchased a Nissan from an out of town dealership, but have used Kraft for my service appointments. Each time I have dropped my vehicle off and it has been returned to me with several new deep scratches. Nothing was done about these in fact Kraft was rude and essentially denied blame. I detail my own car each week and check for scratches daily. So I am aware of any new blemishes. Beware of leaving your car with Kraft. Take video and photos of your car in the garage to use for before and after evidence because they will deny any wrong doing and the cost of repairs for their damages left to you alone.
On the positive side the service manager (or at least a supervisor of the customer service rep waiting on me in the service area) caught MY mistake of thinking on last service visit a CRT fluid exchange was recommended and I postponed til this visit and included it with my oil and filter change need and DID NOT perform the unneeded service because I actually did have it done last time. MAJOR COMPLAINT is 3 hours just to get oil change with appointment is NUTS.
Called for service 4 times over the last two months to get my truck serviced, the most recent call was on Tuesday and the guy that answered the phone said the same thing I was told last time. “My computer froze and I will have to call you back.” It’s been two days with no call back and after this I am done with this dealership. Not to mention that I bought a 2019 Nissan Titan with 56 miles on it and have had countless things that I’ve had to replace already on the truck despite it being new.
I worked with Moses Ortiz and he was an excellent representative of the dealership. Very helpful, professional and courteous. My only issue was with the vehicle rental. They were prepared to charge our insurance for damages we did not incur. Also, there was no walk- through inspection done with me when we rented the vehicle. I am currently still waiting to hear back from the service manager for a resolution on this matter. This, however, is in no way a bad reflection on Mr. Moses Ortiz.
Seth Robertson was very accommodating and friendly. This is the 4th vehicle we have purchased from him. He must be doing something right.
This was the best experience I’ve encountered in a long time I did not come to Nissan to get another car I can to check my options an to way out the good an bad but Doug Tran won me over he really made me feel comfortable didn’t over crowd me like most sales agent showed me the different choices an was really detailed on what features that the cars had I was so pleased with my visit, He even spoke with me an guided me with the best financial route to take an I thank him so much,If your thinking of trading or buying a car go see Doug at NissanDidn’t just leave with a brand new car I left with a friend as wellThanks Doug Tran
1. The presentation of car mechanical problems with color chart to show their relative mechanicalattention2. I appreciate the system of saving program3. I appreciate the customers service4. I also think Kraft Nissan auto parts are cost effective5. I appreciate the shuttle service6. Above all, i give God all the praise. Thanks
Cant beat Kraft Nissan for service. Friendly staff, know how to treat people. Right on the money for their vehicles.I will be back.
Service Advisor was professional, friendly and courteous. He was well-informed of the problem and updated me of the progress. Refreshments served to the customers in the waiting area is a very nice of expressing appreciation for customer loyalty. My only suggestion for improvement is to provide a complimentary car/truck wash prior to releasing it back to the customer.
Everything went fine. Only issue was severe maintenance schedule on owners manual showed tire rotation which (I guess) wasnt listed in service providers manual. Service department was very busy that day and she seemed stressed. Also bought a service contract for oil/filter changes from service department manager, David. Thanks.
The lady handling customer service needs retrained. Very rude individual. Very unhappy with the dealings on this service will definitely go elsewhere for next service.
Aaron does a fantastic job maintaining my Nissan. He is personal, friendly and professional. Chris Kraft is a leader in our community. A great guy. Well respected.
Horrible and unprofessional Place, Go somewhere else and save yourself time and trouble.I wont share my personal thoughts since it would be filled with some not so nice words, but here is what happened.1. I made a multi-check appointment for 10:45am2. I arrived at 10:20 to make sure I wasnt late.3. At 1:20p, I went to check what was going on just to be told that my car was finally being put in the air, yeah. You read that right. So beware!!!Update:Having the company replied that they have a car service that could have taken me home is tone deaf. My problem was not about waiting there or at my home, the location was not the problem. The problem is the miscommunications between your workers and the customers being serviced. All I asked for was basic communications. I should not have to chased workers around to find out why I was waiting over 2 hours without any updates.
My review is for an attempted purchase at this location. We were looking for a 2021 Nissan Sentra SR. This dealership had 1 and we scheduled a test drive. We arrived for our scheduled test drive and it had been sold. We understood and went to other dealerships to see some others we were interested in. Sales manager called and said if we came back they could get us one. Went back and spent HOURS negotiating the numbers. I had to forcefully decline the Kraft care package at least 4 times before they removed it from the purchase order. As the customer, I am acutely aware of my needs and circumstances. If I say I do not want it, just remove it. How many times do you need to hear no? After negotiation, paperwork was signed and I was told to add the new car to my insurance for pickup the next day. I did go ahead and add it. At 5pm the following day we received a call that the car we were supposed to pick up was sold. This make 2 cars sold from under us. This was after a sizeable down payment was made. My advice for anyone looking to purchase here, make sure you READ everything. Eat before you go so you have a clear head, because you will need it for the negotiation. When we got an itemized purchase oder the price listed was almost $2k higher than the MSRP on the website. The kraft care was factored in. There was GA state tax and a $900 dealer fee plus some other undisclosed taxable fees. Make sure your sticker price has not been jacked up on the purchase order before you talk about ANYTHING else. Get the sticker price right first. Then decide if you will actually use the Kraft care. If so, its worth it. It is only valid at this dealership. This is separate from the lifetime warranty. If you plan to move or know you will not use it, MAKE THEM TAKE IT OFF. This will take a lot of firmness and repetition on your part. Figure out other fees and after all that is straight, THEN talk about your trade. They will lowball like ANY dealer, so ask for higher than what you want to get what you actually want out of it. We did NOT purchase here due to the poor service and communication. Honestly we are glad the deal fell through. We learned from it and could appreciate an honest, upfront dealership after this experience. Our salesman, Doug, was perfectly pleasant. We took issue with management and their decision to pretend a deal was a sure thing and to wait until we were about pickup to let us know there was nothing to pick up. The hours of negotiations on numbers was unnecessary. Do not visit here unless you have done your research and are ready to stand your ground.
Apparently setting service appointments in advance is just for show. Had an appointment for 10am. Just called at 2pm and they havent even looked at my car yet.
Aaron is the BEST! It’s worth driving from Thomasville to be treated like I’m important. He goes out of his way to make sure I’m satisfied.
In addition to the above (after their brake pad replacement, the fiasco where they tried to convince me my good rear brakes were now damaged because I damaged them), my blower had leaves in it the previous time I went in for service. The mechanic blew out the leaves using a shop vac. It cost me $150 (in addition to the brake job, and a few other add-on fees). A few days later, the clog in my AC returned (that was 3 months ago). When I added that to their list of things they did not fix last time, they tried to convince me rodents climbed up inside my ac blower. Originally they told me they would clean it out for an additional $150. We agreed to take my previous $150 into account, and the service guy said they would clean out the existing blower for an additional $150. After we agreed to this, the guy left for the day, and a few minutes later I get an authorization form on text which totally changed all of my estimated prices, and changed all of the work to other jobs (example: instead of cleaning out the blower for $150 as promised, now it had REPLACE the blower, for $389) ..... I was going to pay $245 to fix my brakes (which I was mad about anyway, but I was going to let that go; just not worth the stress) but they changed that to $369-- I pointed the original estimate (promised price) from the original service advisor was $245 and the new service advisor said, oh well he gave you the price for disc brakes. He didnt know that your vehicle (an NV200) had drum brakes in the rear. Name ONE truck in the USA (or anywhere else, for that matter) that does NOT have drum brakes in the rear! Anybody WORKING for Nissan would know that! They were dead set on screwing me. When I denied all of the revised charges, one kid tried to charge me $150 for diagnostic fees . The supervisor overrode that (to their credit) but all of the forementioned stuff really puts these people in a bad light. If you are buying a Nissan at Krarft Nissan just remember to STAY AWAY from their service department. Oh, theyll service you, but not in the way youre thinking........
Jacob was our sales associate and he was awesome! He did not give us the typical salesman jargon. He was kind and honest. He will definitely be our chosen salesman anytime we purchase vehicles at Kraft Nissan.
My salesman and the sales manager were simply the best. Jacob Polk was nice, professional, and very knowledgeable. I have referred several people to him, hope they buy cars from him. This is my second Kraft purchase and I will definitely buy again!
Everyone was polite helpful and friendly. I can’t say I ever enjoyed car shopping but my two experiences with Kraft are the closest thing I’ve experienced as joy in a car dealership. I will return if and when It’s time for a new vehicle. Also their service department is exceptional. All and all this second visit was even better than the first. Ryan was the best as was everyone else we met that day.
I asked the customer service man that I would like to be informed on what was going on with my vehicle because the engine light had come on.I was left sitting in the customer service waiting area for over two hours without a single word from him. At least I was given a cup of coffee. When I went into the service area. Another service person told me my vehicle was ready and waiting on paper work. I am not happy. I dont know how long my vehicle had been ready. I have no way of knowing when it was ready because nobody told me anything. When I asked my service man why he had not informed me of anything, he said he was trying to get me out as soon as possible. That talking to me must be a waste of time for him. I have no way of knowing if they did anything to my vehicle except that it was moved from where I left it in the service area to another spot in the service area.
It had been awhile since my car was serviced. Had not used it much during this pandemic. I was very satisfied with the young lady who was my service coordinator and have been pleased so far with the work. Thanks
I was disappointed with my experience with the service department today. Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and another issue. Every time my car starts up, it beeps 16 times. I told the service advisor about this and he insisted that it was an accessory I had in my car. I tried explaining to him that this has been going on ever since I have owned the car and this particular accessory has only been in the car for about a month. Still he insisted that the beep was not coming from the car itself. Once I came to pick my car up I unplugged all accessories and started the car and sure enough the beep was still there. I am very disappointed that even though I told the service advisor about this issue it was not even looked at or addresed properly.
Great. I have been using Kraft since moving to Tally and been very pleased. Driving to Massachusetts soon and feeling good to have my car serviced by you all for the long haul
Daniel at Kraft was great, including Demarcus. Thanks so much!
I was very satisfied, the employees were very helpful and went out of there way to help me.
First service was excellent. Cole Harrell kept me posted on what was going on and he got me in and out within an hour. Hes a very good guy to work with and knows his stuff. I love this place. My experience with purchasing was amazing. My salesperson was Jonathan. Never thought I was going to purchase but Joathan gave me an unbelievable deal that I couldnt refuse. It really is a friendly place and easy to purchase a car.
The service department was just not ready to provide the service I needed. I had made the appointment the week before for airbag recalls of both the driver and the passenger side airbag. I got there first thing snd got it in but they called mid morning to say they didn’t have the airbag to put in my car and had to order it so the car had to spend the night. It’s annoying to have to service a car for a recall anyway but then to have it be overnight because they don’t have the part was pretty frustrating. It was ready when I picked it up and they provided me with a detailed record of the $5000 worth of work they wanted to do to it but I won’t be going back.
Talk about service! I traded in my 2014 Nissan Versa for a used 2017 Nissan Altima. David, my salesperson, was absolutely amazing, I told him I wanted a Nissan Altima, but all of them werent within my budget, yet, both him and Roy worked out the numbers to make it happen! I was not very knowledgeable when it came to how credit and things work, but Roy, one of the managers there, took the time to explain everything to me and provided advice; which he absolutely didnt have to do. They both were so patient with me and this process, it took a whole week! But I had the best help along the way, highly recommend seeing Kraft Nissan. If you want somewhere that works with you and tries to help you the best they can without giving up, Kraft Nissan > Werner Kia.
I came in for an oil change, seat issue and a hatch handle had fallen off. I had a 12 appt. I left at 2:30 after asking to leave and noting my car just sitting in the gated lot.
The service was great, they were very helpful and my salesman Zeth came up with what I really wanted, I am very happy with them. Thanks
Good experience, but the time to complete the service (tire rotation, oil change, cabin air filter) was too long considering I had an appointment and roughly 1.25 hrs passed before agreement of services to perform. No notice that the car was ready. Car was ready at 2 hours.
If you want a car buying experience that’s hassle free and that will exceed your expectations: Ask for Doug when you head into kraft Nissan.Doug is highly knowledgeable on the vehicle I purchased (Certified 2020 Rouge) and the other Nissan vehicles on the lot that greatly informed my decision. He is very motivated and willing to make sure all your vehicle purchasing requirements are met. Not only was he professional as a Sales and Leasing Consultant, he was also respectful and friendly to work with, it didn’t feel like any sales tactics’ were being used during the whole purchasing process. Again, ask for Doug if you’re stopping by Kraft nissan. Also thanks to Mike for pointing me to the right direction and Scott for being patient with me on the accounting side.
Jacob was a great salesman, I think he went over and beyond his expectations to keep my daughter happy. She was not happy with the finance guy and sent Phil an email about her experience. Well lets just say, we purchased the 2021 Nissan Maxima so we appreciate all that was done.
I received top notch service from Kris Kraft and his staff. I would definitely recommend Kraft Nissan and I will absolutely be returning when I’m ready for another Nissan!
Dave and Scott were great!
The associate was very polite and helpful
Purchased a 2019 Kia Sportage EX from Kraft Nissan and our salesman Ron Horton took very good care of us from beginning to end . He made sure the vehicle was prepped and detailed to my wifes satisfaction and even offered us snacks as the dealership was busy with other customers. I feel he went the extra mile for us and made the 2 hour drive to pick up the vehicle worth it. Very happy with the pricing and the beautiful low mileage Kia. Thanks Ron !!
EJ was extremely helpful and the overall experience was one of the best I have had. This is the 4th vehicle I purchased at Kraft and I am always pleased with their service.
Not a good customer experience at all. Not a professional organization in my opinion.
Great customer service until the SECOND you purchase the vehicle. Purchased an additional protection plan that nobody seems to know about and those that do are unclear on how to request the service. Worst of all they ask you to call back when they dont have an answer. Basic customer service rules apply here, say you arent sure, take my number and return a call rather than requiring your customers to chase you around for answers on a vehicle with less than 3,000 miles on it. Pathetic experience since the day of purchase.UPDATED 5/11/2021 : Debbi and Roy have been great. They have taken the time to rebuild my trust and although the experience was not great to begin with I am starting to see the true value of the customer service provided at Kraft that everyone else seems to be talking about. Thank you Debbi, Roy and Danny for working so hard.
For my first time purchasing a car off the lot, they provided me much comfort and the best experience ever. Jonathan was a big help! He made sure I got a good deal, and that everything was to my liking. I highly recommend Kraft Nissan & staff to anyone looking to purchase a car.
Great experience and great team made the process a pleasure instead of feeling the usual car buying pressure
Hi, I brought my vehicle in for the routine maintenance service. The service was completed in a timely manner however, when I left I realized my windows would not automatically roll up like before. I called and spoke with Mr. McCovery, my service rep, he talked me through what to do and it worked. The next day, my car wouldnt start, even though a new battery was installed. I called Mr. McCovery again. He talked with his Supervisor Mr. Young and he asked me to bring my car back in the next day. Overnight, I cleaned my faub and realized this was the problem, so I didnt feel the need to take my car in because things were working fine, at least I thought. Well, the next day, the car would crank again and I called again. I spoke to Mr. Harrell, explained to him what I was dealing with and he agreed that it could very well be the faub. He asked me to bring the faub and he would replace the batteries free of charge. I brought the faubs in today, Tuesday and was directed to go to the Parts department. I approached the desk, told the young man what my issue was and that I spoke to Mr. Harrell. Without any questions, he ask for the faub and replaced the batteries immediately and didnt charge me anything. He was very willing, kind and professional. The batteries were replaced in an instant. My point here is, Ive taken my car to Kraft Nissan since I moved here in 2014. Each time, they have done an outstanding job with the service on it. Ive noticed recently, there has been a big surge of greatness going on. That over time, the service has gotten even better. It seems the staff are going above and beyond to ensure every customer is extremely satisfied. They return phone calls, ask you to bring your car back, replace batteries free of charge and the list goes on. This is what I call an establishment that really appreciates the communities support and business. I can see a big improvement in the genuine care, concern and appreciation for our (the communities) business, and I love it. And for this, I will not be taking my car anywhere else. I was asked the question above, if I would purchase a vehicle from Kraft Nissan, and I said, no. The reason is, my car is in perfect condition and I am not in need of a new vehicle. However, I will continue to bring it in for the repairs and maintenance. You all Rock! Please keep up the outstanding work. We all appreciate the way that you treat us, the customer, the community. And for that, we love you all, and may God continue to bless you all.
My second experience worst then first one .. 3.5 hours for oil and filter change seriously?? I ask for shuttle so I can go home and come back pick up my car ... They promised they will order Lyft since their shuttle busy in part distribution service ... never got any Shuttle or Lyft ... 3.5 hours oil change !!!! I better go back to Toyota . Always Toyota customer but first time I bough Nissan Altima . I love Nissan car but service sucks..
I would highly recommend The Kraft Nissan Family. I went from dealership to dealership and I was unable to get into a car I liked and trusted due to some credit issues. Johnathan was referred to me and from day 1 he was awesome! He got all of the information he needed from me, got me approved and got me into the car I loved. Johnathan also gave me tips on how to get my car paid off faster. I loved his Attitude, Honesty and his Ambition to get me into something I like. He built his trust with me and I drove off satised in my new car !!!!! Thank you to the Kraft Nissan Family !
Send them to Al he was a great sales person and answered my questions
From check in to checkout very friendly and professional. Will certainly go back for service.
Sales rep Jacob Polk is amazing- great customer service- great to work with !
My experience at Kraft was excellent. The service provided was quick and accurate. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The answered all my questions.
Oil change was done in a decent time frame and I was made aware of other issues via email and given the opportunity to choose if I wanted those problems fixed then or a later date.
Thank you Daniel Kinsey for getting my monthly payment down to where I could afford. I love my new Rogue!
Had a wonderful experience and the associates all worked with me to meet needs.
Moses and Danny were absolutely the BEST with their knowledge, communication and their courtesy. Moses kept me informed as to the day the part was available and set an appointment date for me. Danny was prompt in his arrival to pick up my car and also to deliver it back home. Yes, these two guys are the BEST!!! Thank you so much!
Kendra is definitely an asset for your service department at Nissan. Shes so friendly and positive ... she made everything painless. I appreciate her attitude and her knowledge. I hope I get her every visit.
It wasn’t necessarily smooth but wasn’t terrible either. I had a $10 off coupon that I could have used for my birthday. I didn’t remember it so i wish your systems were built to check and see or if someone would have reminded me or asked if i had a coupon.
While looking at cars on the lot we were greeted by the salesman, the weather was not the best but the salesman went out of his way and took the time to make sure we found the right car. He was very knowledgeable and made the purchase very easy.
I purchased a 2019 Nissan Rogue from Paul Maraist at Kraft Nissan. The entire process was great. I told Paul what I was looking for and he helped me pick the perfect vehicle. Paul did an amazing job. Curtis Solomon did an excellent job of walking me through the finance process. Curtis answered all of my questions and ensured that I understood everything. I enjoyed the car buying experience at Kraft Nissan. Thanks to Paul, Curtis, and the entire Kraft Nissan team.
Always fast service
The experience was good. The problem is my transmission its starting to feel funny I changed fluids at 43k and Im on 65k I love nissan but 2016 cvt trans are not reliable.
My salesman was the best.
I worked with Norm, hes a pretty nice dude.
Thank you Seth for going the extra mile to help us and make us feel like family!!!!
Best dealership in the area! I wouldnt even think of going anywhere else! Michelle is WONDERFUL and always so helpful! Can you clone her?
Al was fantastic to work with and got me exactly everything I wanted.
I purchased a pre-owned ‘16 Nissan Rouge here. The overall experience was pleasant. Doug Tran assisted me with entire purchasing process. He was very nice to work with and he explained everything clearly in detail. I felt well-informed with his explanations, which made me think that I can trust this dealership.
As always, we are well pleased with the excellent service we receive from Kraft Nissan!! 🥰
My Service Representative, Moses, was exceptional. Very friendly, responsive and attentive. I was very much appreciative of the Covid-19 safety protocols he used as we finalized the paperwork when I came to pick up my car. I was not happy; however, as I studied my invoice later and saw that Kraft Nissan charged me $10.00 more than the $69.95 maintenance special that I requested. Not cool!
I recently bought a car from Kraft and was met with nothing but hospitality and kindness. The salesman I worked with, Chris Hesch, was the most laid back person and really helped me nail what I want. I highly recommend Mr.Hesch and commend his hard work!
Fast and efficient.
