Not only are their prices incredibly inflated. they are liars. An obviously deaf woman called three times to ask where my updated address was then never sent a bill. The man said it was for a warning before you get arrested.no warning posted on door no phone call warning. Not paying is a third degree felony. They do not care they will screw you over.

This is a ripoff!!! I rented a phone for $360, and after it got stolen they put a warrant out for my arrest and I got arrested! The court told me I had to pay $360 for the case to be dropped, but RENTAL OUTLET IS CHARGING ME $500 even after I told them I would pay the $360, and the manager told me I should take better care of my stuff and hung up on me!!! DO NOT RENT FROM HERE, save your money because they are not trying to help you, they will rip you off THEN SEND YOU TO JAIL!!!

The staff is very nice and I have never had a problem with any of the merchandise.
