I’ve been a customer for 2 years now and have used many different brands on the market and this is by far the best. Definitely worth it and have seen amazing results. Staff is also always very welcoming and sweet.

I was walking by them store with my wife and got some free sample for my eye. I told the guy there that i already use something for my eyes. This tall guy told me so why is your eye still baggyHe was very rude and say that the company I use will never take care of it.Its my first time in my life time writing a review for a business. I came to the store today and I fell in love with the customer service, the products are amazing. As a retired Army Soldier my skin needed some assistance and I feel so refreshed after having applied their 24K DMAE DEEP WRINKLE TIGHTENING SOLUTION. Ask for Anastasia she was the best person I have met to help with my skincare needs.

They screamed at a couple girls across the isle next to the stores across the way to offer them samples,And as my cousin and I walked by were completely ignored while they stared at us walking by in front of their store.Wanna know what store I’ll never buy from because of their associates’ prejudice?This one.If I could give 0 stars I would. They need to hire better sales folk.

I found the staff exceptional, and the products amazing, by surprise. I usually do not Get involved with trying samples when I feel the price will be high… But somehow I was interested enough to try the product and because of the results, ended up purchasing several. Everything is really new but I am so anxious to get started in the regular use of skin care. I will write more after I have experienced it for a longer time, but I expect excellent results. Once again, I cannot say enough about the staff who put me at ease right away and made any question relevant… And any discussion necessary, appropriate. I would recommend a consultation to anyone who wants to feel better about their appearance and experience excellent service.

The Orogold products and treatments are amazing, and the employees at the Tampa store are helpful and caring. Ive been using these products for approximately one year and my skin has never felt or looked better. I know the products are pricey, but they are worth every dollar. I wouldnt consider using anything else on my skin.

Had a wonderful experience at Orogold Cosmetics, Tampa! Anastasia and Jino were helpful in selecting products that worked right before my eyes - literally, What a transformation! If I had found it sooner I would have treated myself to a luxurious facial. Can’t wait to get back to NY to continue with my products. A must experience!

NO STARS. HORRIBLE! I was lured into their Tampa store at International Plaza after I repeatedly told them I was not interested. The salesman broke me down, and he immediately product was put on my face. I got up multiple times to leave and was told to sit back down and that I desperately need these products. When I finally told him NO for the 200th time and got out of my chair, the salesman was MAD. Very very pissed. Like I wasted his time. I told him from the start that i was not interested, so its his own fault for being so persistent. I have been thinking about this since it happened yesterday and am so mad that this guy made me feel this way, and hate to think of what they do to others who cant say no so easily. It felt like a hostage situation.

I have been an Orogold client since the summer of 2016. The staff is very professional, friendly and very personable. I have purchased every line, and I have my favorites. The manager was kind enough to write up a four-week program for me that told me what products to use in the morning, evening, and which masks to use when.

In my honest opinion, I’m not a fan of their sales tactics. I was recently shopping at International Mall with my Girlfriend, she had purchased some products from a similar store in the same mall & they were trying to convince her to return the products & buy the same exact items from them. I’ve worked Retail for 10+ years & that right there is a no no. I don’t engage in unfair business practices & that rubbed us both the wrong way. I wouldn’t recommend at all!!!

STAY AWAY !! They spoke so highly of themselves telling me it will show instant results. I understand all skin types are different and I was convinced since it was a gift for my mom so I bought it. They told me if it didn’t work I can return it. Once it irritated my moms skin I decide to bring her back to the store to show them her reaction. I wanted my money back but they pushed her to buy something else just putting more products on her skin. Not once they showed good customer service. After her having to repeat that she didn’t want nothing else they gave us an attitude being very rude while giving us a refund. They don’t care for customers they only want your money and only your money.

Terrible quality and service. Was accosted while at the mall by an associate. Thought that the company was the respectable “Origins” makeup, but was led astray. The associate put something on my eye, told me it would “make a difference” (?), all while I kept telling her I needed to leave in order to meet my daughter who was waiting for me. She shoved a bunch of bags into my hand with samples in them, and proceeded to tell me that “your daughter will notice the difference” from one eye to the other. Well whatever she put on my eye made it look terrible, and also messed up my makeup (and it also burned my eye). Do not visit this store in the mall! I will never buy from this company in the future.

They rude and can’t acknowledge other company’s Growth. They are lairs & always try to up sale you.

They say their products are natural, but the chemicals are the worst. My dermatologist told me to stop using them immediately.
