Was made to wait a month for a 5 minute estimate appointment in which they took pictures of all the same things I had already sent them pictures of. The receptionist said it was taking that long due to the current issues with the global supply chain. Not sure how the global supply chain is keeping them from giving estimate but I am pretty sure it was just a lie. I also showed up early for my appointment only to have two other people who arrived after me be helped first. Im hoping its not too late for the insurance company to let me switch shops.

I love how they partnered up with American Family Insurance to guarantee my car would be restored before it was damaged. It was an easy experience.

Needed warranty work done on previous out of state CC work. Expected difficulty but found the GM extremely understanding, professional and efficient in every facet of the repair. Courtesy shuttle from/to the business was a great help. Every employee met was not only professional but had a great attitude. VERY unusual these days to find a company this well managed. We had our front bumper replaced by Caliber after something flew off a truck on the freeway. These guys were super thorough and had a pretty decent turnaround time. The car came back looking like new. No rattles, excessive gaps in body panels, or mismatched paint. You literally could not tell it was damaged.

Push mask agenda and receptionist very rude. Not happy with the service from her or the quote guy. Service hear in AZ is much different than the calibers in Ga. Maybe people are just nicer in the south. Wont use this one for sure.

The front desk was supper helpful and willing to answer questions. Everyone was respectfully following all COVID-19 guidelines. The process was made smooth and easy from dropping off my vehicle to picking it up. My car looks brand new thanks to caliber collision!

I chose this shop because of the reviews it had, but boy were these reviews wrong. Dawn, supposedly the manager, was extremely rude during our phone conversation. She had such a bad attitude that I reciprocated that same attitude. Also, I’m not sure if she did this on purpose, but the availability’s to repair my vehicle was not until the 25th of January. I decided to call State Farm and switch shops. Very highly disappointed on this broad.

Out of 4 collision shops, this was the only place that did not provide me with a quote. Receptionist said almost all shops do quotes by appointment.

I just got my car fixed and I had some great experience when visiting Caliber and some meh experiences.5 stars to the individuals who did the repairs to my vehicle, looks great!5 stars to the gentleman who helped me whenever I came in - took the estimate and communicated with me about the progress of my vehicle and the final key hand off (Michael?).2 Stars for the front desk lady. Someone please help train some additional Customer Service skills. I get off days happen, but I do not think the two time I interacted with her they were both on off days. First point when someone calls in do not just place them on hold for a second and then transfer them. You should inform someone prior to transferring them so they are not caught off guard when someone else answers the phone. Second when someone is asking a question please listen to the question as a whole so the answer can be clear and concise instead of jumping to an answer prior to the question is completed, this results in a confusing answer to the person asking the question. We all do not know how the process works for car repairs we do not do this on a daily basis like the professions do. I do not prefer getting a look like I am crazy for asking a question due to this not being my daily thing.Overall great job Caliber! I came to an overall of 4 stars because (5 + 5 + 2) / 3 = 4

Best customer service ever! The General Manager, Stan is amazing. Awhile ago I had my wifes Kia Soul repaired at Caliber and they did a great job. Today, my wife had a tire blow out on the freeway. When I went to go change the tire, I could not find one in the car. I called Caliber thinking they must not have put the tire back after the repair. At the time I was directed to Stan, the General Manager. Stan immediately went and looked for the tire and when he couldnt find it he called Kia to get me a new replacement. He even said he would come and change the tire himself. While Stan was waiting for the tire he found out that the car does not apparently come with a spare. It actually is an option that cost an extra $200. At that point Stan could have told me it was not Calibers responsibility since it probably was not there anyway. Instead Stan took care of the cost and I was given a new tire free of charge. Stan went above and beyond and showed me want great customer service really is. Thank you Stan and thank you Caliber Collision!

This is my second time using Caliber for my auto repair. They are quick and as efficient as possible with repairs, communicative throughout each step of the process and they really go the extra mile to ensure that you’re taken care of. All staff that I’ve interacted with have been super friendly and customer service oriented. Also, my car looks great!

Got rear ended and it was a terrible time, BUT Keith from Caliber helped me out a ton! He gave me a great estimate, worked with the insurance company to get me what I wanted (OEM parts, etc), and he took care of everything for me. Keith had all the knowledge needed to answer all of my questions, made me feel comfortable always and kept in contact often.Thanks so much Keith for making this as easy as you could for me. Caliber Collision does excellant work. I hope you never need them, but if you do need a repair place I highly recommend them. Very professional, they communicate everything they are doing with your vehicle.We had a unique situation. My daughters SUV was damaged in a hit & run. She was moving from Az to Colorado in a few weeks & needed her car to go with her. The original estimate would have kept her car here too long. We explained to our service guy the situation but made it very clear, please take the time to make the car right. They did, but I found out through insurance notes, they went way above & beyond to make it in our time frame. I simply cannot say enough great things about this place.

I chose this shop from a handful provided by the insurance agency handling my claim; I was concerned that the chrome accents on my (relatively new) truck would not be replaced correctly by just any shop. These guys gave me a fair estimate, and called regularly with updates about the work. It turned out that the entire side panel of my truck had to be replaced, but even with this work, they still had my truck ready for me three days before their estimated finish date. The chrome and the fender all fit perfectly, and the new side of my truck is indistinguishable from the original (other than the glossy coat on the paint). I am incredibly grateful that they took such great care of my vehicle.

John at this location for Caliber Collision is the one taking car of my car and I have to say he is fantastic! As someone who has worked in customer service all my life, Johns customer service level impresses me! Not only is he very honest and kind, but he always calls with updates on the progress of my car. Despite the fact it is taking longer than I would like to get my car back, I am ok with it simply because everyone at this location is so nice and dedicate to doing a good job on my repairs. Vicky at the front desk is also very friendly and upbeat!

I had my car rear-ended right before Christmas and I got it taken care of during the first week of January. I was AMAZED at how great my car looked. They made my car look brand new again!! They even painted the little accent stripes that were on the side of my Mercury Montego back onto the back where they fixed it. You could NEVER tell that there was ever anything wrong with it! To top it off they went ABOVE & BEYOND by washing it and even adding a little much needed power steering fluid! THANKS guys!-Chelsea

The overall experience was OUTSTANDING. The front desk support is VERY courteous and polite. The work on my vehicle was done 24 hours before their set deadline. The job they did on a car accident I was in was revolutionary. The vehicle looks better then it did BEFORE the accident. In my experience, the manager at the Priest dr location WENT ABOVE and BEYOND the call of duty! I am almost certain everyone would be treated the same if you gave them the chance with your business.

Not as straight forward with view of my vehicle and WE WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE TO ANYONE EVER. Depending on your vehicle they will jump to total your car first before any repair suggestions. They then buy the car cheaply and part it out for their gain. sorry

Less than 6 months after I made the last payment, I wrecked my 2008 Toyota Corolla. This was my first accident and Caliber Collision appeared to be a reputable shop. Mike Brown handled my repairs and did a great job. He went above and beyond what I expected from a body shop. Separately from the accident, I needed to replace another part of my car. I had already ordered the part and Mike offered to have the staff take care of it as it was a very simple, quick task. I was leaving for a planned vacation a few days after I dropped my car off; Mike kept this in mind, leaving me very detailed messages regarding the progression of the repair on my cell as he knew I would not be totally accessible. My car is black and Mike knew that I was a little worried about the back looking scruffy compared to the front, which had to be completely replaced, and made sure the paint was blended nicely onto the doors. I picked my car up today and it looks like new! I would absolutely recommend Caliber Collision.

After having a completely horrible experience at Gerber Collision (which is two doors down from Caliber) I called my insurance company and they referred me to Caliber.I honestly cannot say how the difference in service was night and day! I had just wrecked my car and was upset. They totally turned my day and week around!Use this company if you have the chance! Ask for Rick!! Rick was professional, kind, responsive, helpful, and went above and beyond with my car!Also, Enterpise is right next door and I was out the door with my rental in less than 10 minutes!

NEVER come here.... They lie and wont let you back to see your vehicle.... This is a joke.... NOT a real collision place!!! All staff has attitude!!! I have been in the industry for years.... NEVER have seen a place like this!!! All other collision repair centers talk with you and take you back and look!!

When accidents happen and damage is done to your vehicle, it never is a good time. However when you take your vehicle to Caliber Collision you receive awesome body work, in fact you would never know your vehicle had ever been damaged. The whole staff is great and their customer service is outstanding.

Hello. I have a factory roof rack for my Subaru. While transporting my bicycle on the rack, I accidentally dropped the bicycle on the roof and caused a 1 scratch. I repaired it with a small kit from Pep Boys. I went into Caliber Collision in Tempe to get an estimate. I wanted a quick idea of what it would cost to professionally repair the shoddy patch I made. The scratch and total area of damage are no more than 3 inches long. The I talked to the receptionist. She asked me to fill out a personal info sheet requesting tons of private information. Like the one a doctors office may request. When I resisted, she seemed miffed and said shed get somebody to help. I would tell you his name but he never introduced himself. He never smiled. He wasnt friendly at all. I felt like I was bothering him. This was a tall white male, about 62 or so. No hair. In his 50s. I think he had a mustache. He told me that to repair a one inch scratch, it would take 6-8 hours of labor!!!! He said theyd have to uninstall my factory roof rack on my Subaru and even possibly remove the liner inside the cabin. Again, all this for a one inch scratch. He also quoted all other types of work theyd have to do like heating the roof metal and some other babbling that made no sense. From what I could gather, this representative of Caliber Collision wasnt interested in small jobs. He only wanted big jobs. And jobs that are insurance jobs. So they could charge them lots of dollars. Furthermore, he was unpleasant in demeanor and acted with disregard for my concerns. He didnt even offer other options for me to consider. Again, think about this, 6-8 hours of labor to repair a 1 scratch?!!!! Cmon!! These guys are crooks. Feel free to do business with them if you wish. Im just informing you of my experience today, 03/21/2016. Very disappointed. I will never do business with people of this caliber.
