Stephen is extremely knowledgeable and a great guy and him and the rest of the crew were incredibly precise in their work. I had my model X wheels powder coated and windows tinted all around. All the work was exceptional, with one flaw that was only noticeable in direct sunlight and reasonably missed. The most exceptional aspect was how quickly Steve acknowledged the issue and offered to rework the flaw. This was done quickly, perfectly and with no hassle. I highly recommend The Wrap Room for any of the services they offer.

This dude took $250 from me for supplies about 2 years ago and then ducked me until I gave up trying to get work done or a refund. I just found the ability to review this place. I have proof if he tries to deny it and if you see his shop, he always keeps the door locked plus its super tinted front glass from what I remember (his excuse was that hes always busy in back and doesnt want people walking in without him knowing despite the camera setup). I drove out of my way to his shop many times because he made it seem like an accident, I didnt realize until about the 12th time he wasnt there (allegedly). So, dont pre-pay him any advance money for supplies if you choose to try and have work done here. I cant say how his work lasts though because of obvious reasons. I have nothing to gain from writing this review, but maybe it will benefit someone.

Steve and his team did an outstanding job powder coating the wheels and dechroming my black Tesla Model S. It now looks like a different car - menacing and awesome at the same time. Highly recommend the wrap room for doing meticulous work. Results are outstanding

I had them wrap and powder coat my wheels on my Rang Rover Sport and had a wonderful experience, and the work was spot on! Recently just ooo my i3 in for a full tint and they nailed it.

Great service and great results. The Wrap Room powder coated my stock BMW rims which were damaged and rattle-canned black They stripped them, repaired them and powder coated black. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
