Edited to add: Just finished reviewing paperwork with my Insurance Adjuster and FINALLY have the dollar amount I was ripped off by this company. Do not allow them to take advantage of you. Original Review: I am extremely disappointed in Hector Caro and his company. Poor time management. Poor communication. And I believe their company did not provide me with honest service. I do not recommend this company for ANY services. Other people are sharing similar experiences and you would be better served to use a reliable company. They originally had my car for 30 days, where no work was performed besides a failed attempt at patching my bumper, that he later sold. I ordered the replacement and paid for it, and still have not received a reconciled summary including what my insurance paid out. Something is fishy. Enter at your own risk with this company.

Have taken my vehicle to Hector several times for body work. This last time the car was late and incomplete, which was not unusual. I gave them 1 and a half weeks to round up the parts and was told they were in. I have tried several times to contact Integrity auto and have received no response.

I was very happy with the body work Integrity performed on my car. Theyre good, quick, and have reasonable prices. I brought my car in on Monday and had it back on Wednesday. Granted, it was only the right rear fender and some scratches on the door that needing repair, but Hector was true to his word. Very pleasant to work with.

Ive been using this company for a few years and only trust them with my vehicles. I have 2 vehicles ceramic-coated by them. Their attention to details is spot on! Highly reccomend them and will refer them out as much as I can!

I had the pleasure of Hector working on my wheels when it was damaged. Hector made sure that my vehicle was properly restored and working for my familys safety. Also, he has the most reasonable prices and is responsive with emails/phone.I finally found my go-to mechanic in South Scottsdale/North Tempe. Hector is a genuine person who will get the job done for a fair price. HIGHLY recommend.

Not sure where to start... At first, I felt ok dropping off with Hector being a new business owner and I wanted to support him. Unfortunately, it ended up being a horrible decision as my repair was not repaired correctly and Hector ended up being a complete nightmare super rude and demeaning to me. Even heard him mimic me to one of his employees. I felt very uncomfortable during this time in his shop! Hector, I was just concerned about the quality, color, and safety of the repair of my only vehicle which I need to transport my family and friends in!1- The Color is way off.2- Does not line up to the fender.3- Still internal damage that was never addressed.4- Second body shop estimator said internal damage still and is not safe. to drive still after Integrity repaired it.And the way this all ended was Hector said that this was as best as it gets! Really Hector, Im sorry but your name Integrity just does not match how you do business...If I can pass one thing on to everyone make sure you take your vehicle the 2nd most expensive thing I have ever purchased to a quality repair shop that has lots of experience and great reviews.

Had both my front and rear bumper fixed. Very professional and priced well. Overall great experience

Had some bad bumper and hood damage, Hector and his team had it looking good as new in just two days and at a reasonable price. Great shop, would recommend.
