Pretty upset you cannot rate this place more than 5 stars, man when I tell you the customer service is BEYOND amazing. Scottsdale Collision Center deserves 10 stars for their customer service and how amazing they are at their job. I got into an accident first week of May, ive never been in an accident before so this was a pretty stressful upsetting situation. Before finding this auto shop, I had contacted many other shops around me and no one would get back to me as quick as they did, or they were booked a month out just to get my car in for an estimate. Soon as I emailed Shayna she responded right away and got my car into the shop same week for an estimate. They even picked it up from my house which isnt close to their shop. From the start Shayna has been such a huge help and took off all the weight off my shoulders. She communicated with my insurance and kept me 100% updated and would email me with any updates she would have regarding my car. Shayna, Oscar and the whole team should be beyond proud of themselves for their quality work and service! If I ever need any work or repairs done to any of my vehicles I will never hesitate to bring it to Scottsdale Collision Center, my car looks brand new I am so happy with how it looks!

I came to Scottsdale Collision Center after going to many other shops that unfortunately could not complete my hood related issue on my Audi without invasive service that would damage the vehicle.I was referred to Scottsdale Collision Center and was expecting that they would also need to damage the car to fix the issue.TO my surprise, they WERE able to fix the hood easily without causing any damage to the car whatsoever. We went to Scottsdale collision center to have a headlight repaired/replaced on our BMW X5. The team worked diligently to not only replace the headlight, but to also fix the damage to the surrounding fender. It looks like new!! I went to SCC on the recommendation of a fellow car enthusiast. I needed to get a spoiler and diffuser painted. I dropped them off Monday and after seeing how busy the shop was I was certain it would be a couple of weeks before I got my parts back. Well I was wrong and pleasantly surprised that I was able to pick up my parts on Thursday of the same week and the paint work was perfect.

I’ve gotten a number of different kinds of work done to my vehicle here. I had the pleasure of meeting Oscar the owner of the shop who is a very honest and straight forward person. The company I work for has used them for bodywork on company vehicles and they are really great. They are fast and always friendly and the vehicles come back in perfect condition. I was rear ended in a company van and the rear end was pretty bad. It only took a few days and you couldnt tell anything had ever happened.

They went above and beyond to make special accommodations for my situation. They were fast, quality work, and fairly priced. The car was fixed and looks great and all parties involved are happy. On top of exceptional work, even though the car was done paid for and ready to be picked up, a storm rolled in over night and made the car filthy dirty. They could a left it dirty but instead ran it through the car wash and cleaned it for the 83 year old owner that was picking it up that morning. Going above and beyond to make people happy. I was referred by a friend and Im glad I met Oscar and Luis to help me fix all cosmetic issues on my car. The carbon fiber on my roof was turning yellow and was delaminating and they pointed out imperfections on the wrap that was recently done. They carbon fiber roof is immaculate and so is all the carbon fiber parts on my car. As advised, they pulled out the wrap and shes all pretty again! Definitely going back for more.The SCC team are perfectionists, they care for your car as it were theirs and they do it right.I would highly recommend SCC for getting a perfect end result.

Their customer service is unbelievable-I felt totally supported by them for the whole 2 months it took to resolve my situation and they didnt even fix my car, which was totaled. Oscar was great at following up on emails and phone calls, always let me know where things were going and what to expect.
