Appreciate your guys help! The issue that I had with my car is the back license plate screws. I was unable to remove the 2 screws that holding my license plate because they are rusted. I have tried screw extractor, drill, WD-40, Impact Driver Set. None of those work for me.After spending so much on it, I lost my patience and went to 2 local body shops near me. Firestone can not help me to remove those 2 bolts and another body shop ask for 200 to remove 2 license plates bolts. There is just no way that I am spending that much on just removing 2 bolts.My final stop is Tempe Collision Center. This is the first time that I used their service but my license plates bolt was removed within 30 mins. I have been bothered by those 2 bolts for about 2 weeks and they are finally gone. What can I say your guys made my day. Thank you so much for your help and I will surely come back when my car needs service. Thank you.

Got hit by a baseball while parking at the baseball stadium. I was really worry about it being an expensive fix but luckily this auto shop made it really easy for me, I called them about the situation and they told me to continue driving it while they reach out to my insurance for me so there’s no time to waste having my car sit at the body shop while waiting got parts. The staff texted me to keep me posted from getting insurance approval to ordering parts and working on it, it nice to know the progress. Dropped my car off and got it back within 2 days. They even offered me a loner vehicle in case I need to get around while they have my cars. Super professional and friendly staffs. Highly recommended

I have been having some electrical issues with my vehicle for the past year and from the two shops that I have done business with, only Tempe Collision Center has been able to remedy the problem. My car was meticulously handled by Omar Ashraf and his team. Excellent job. They actually went above and beyond by doing a few extra things and tossing it in at no additional charge. I drive out of my way to get there and it’s worth it. My buddy told me they thought the work was great. This shop has some really nice cars in for work, luxury cars and not, big jobs and small, and does it all from what I can see. I believe it’s a great shop and I would never post this review otherwise.

I was referred by Audi to take my car there and as soon as I walk in I was greeted by Chen which he look at my car right away and gave me my quote as soon as I looked at it.. I already knew I was gonna get my car fix Thur him..his quote was very reasonable and I was paying out of pocket..if was a great experience talking to Chen he gave me a detour of his shop and how everything works.. when it was time to drop my car and get it worked on..my mom followed me so I had a ride back to my house..Chen made my mom so Happy before I even got there he seen my moms car and fix her front bumper to her Nissan Altima cause it was hanging a little bit..he did it no questions and out of kindness of his heart..I highly recommend any body needing there car to be worked on..Im gonna go back for future upgrade to my Audi..

Brought my car to Tempe Collision Center as I needed a few mechanical repairs/services as well as wanted to have them give me a quote on a full custom vehicle wrap for my Tesla. As soon as you enter the shop, you know you are in good hands. They are a one stop auto shop that does everything in-house. From the auto paint to the intricate detail of wrapping a vehicle the right way (taking all applicable panels/fixtures off) I was sold! I couldnt help but notice the amount of exotic supercars in here which shows the trust that local owners have with this shop. I did my homework and their reputation is very good here in Tempe near ASU campus as well as in Scottsdale. The staff is very helpful and attention to detail is of the utmost importance. Not only was I more than confortable to have them wrap the car, but I also had them change all of my fluids (they were due) as well as had them fix my mechanical issue! Wow, a true one-stop shop. DO NOT TAKE your car here! save the hassle...Theyre incompetent cant even get a simple job done. Dont risk it I fell for the fake reviews on here so i took my car to install a bumper diffuser and was a total disaster they used 3m tape to install it and came loose on the freeway. I did give them a chance to make it rite however they said they would call me set an appointment once the parts came in in the mean time my car has drilled holes half ass these guys should not work on cars. Oh by the way this was 2months ago still no feedback.

The Vinyl wraps they do at the shops are the best quality in Arizona Ive seen cars and was shocked that they were wrapped! they look like they have been painted!!! no seems and you cant tell that it was wrapped in amazing 3m colors other than that they give ASU, Uber and Lyft discount even without the discount the price is cheap and the quality is amazing I always send my friends there and recommend everyone to them and no one complained about anything such an amazing service, even the owner is on site and he makes sure you get the best service for your car and takes good care of you and your car. I know you all covered my ductibles that doesnt justify my sunroof being messed up unless thats the reason why you all waived my ductible ??? because you all knew something was wrong. Its interesting youre saying its a programming problem which you all never said anything to me about that. I brought my car there two weeks ago and he suggested it could have been the programming but didnt know for sure unless he keep it for a day which I didnt want you all keeping my car any longer. so that doesnt add up with you saying you took the time doing a diagnosis on my sunroof at you all cost and didnt think I should be aware of that!!!!! You all never mentioned anything to me about that........ Also, he advised me you all never removed the glass of my sunroof just smoothed the top of it. If that was the case It wouldnt have a problem with tilting or staying closed . All I told the guy was I think you all didnt put the glass on the track right because it doesnt close. With that being said I looked at the estimation you all provided me and my insurance which it said for the sunroof you all did a R&I which it explained that was a remove and install so why was I mislead that you all didnt even take the glass out. But, yes I will go to audi repair shop if you all could set the appointment. I dont have time to keep reaching out when apparently you all knew about the problem and never informed me about anything.
