I have been taking my car and my moms car to Bob & Dorie for at least 2 years now. Will NEVER use another mechanic. The most honest, friendly, dedicated, knowledgeable and affordable place I have ever been to. They treat our cars like they are their own. So blessed to have been referred by a co-worker.

I had my vehicle in a different auto shop when they made a bad thing worse. I called Premier Auto and Bobby said “bring your vehicle in and we will fix it” I made an appointment, brought my vehicle in and Premier Auto repaired the exhaust manifold leak. They had to extract the broken bolts from the engine head which the other auto shop caused. I definitely will bring my vehicle back to Premier Auto for future repairs.

The only two places I will trust with my vehicles are Bob’s and Yota Pros. Thankfully they’re within a stones throw from one another. Literally ignore the bad reviews which you can count on one hand. I don’t know if they’re reviewing the wrong place or what, but they’re flat out wrong.The wheel bearings on my GMC Sierra eroded and destroyed the brake calipers and other components. It honestly put my new job in jeopardy but thankfully Bob went to work right away on it and even took the time to communicate with GMC directly to help me see if anything could be covered under warranty. Above and beyond with customer care and diligence. In addition, Bob and his wife are just good people, some of the nicest you’ll ever meet. The work was done quickly and the pricing was low even with quality components.

This is a very high class business. Doesnt look like any other shops Ive used. High class mechanics that are very skilled. That said if your looking for cheap look elsewhere, if you want your vehicle done right THIS is the place to come to.

This place is amazing! Joe helped me get an over tightened and stripped bolt off so I could replace the knock sensor in my Subaru. I had tried everything I could possibly think of to get this done with no luck. Joe got the bolt off in no time and I couldn’t be more grateful! I would highly recommend this place for anyone in need of any automotive repairs. They will be my new consistent mechanic shop from now on. Thank you so much for your help!

Amazing lady I spoke with over the phone was able to get me in when it was convenient for me and when I dropped my car off it was finished very quickly and it was very affordable for me. All the gentleman here was super kind and called to keep me updating right away.

I called the desk asking for information about what battery would be installed in my car, the owner was rude and inconsiderate. Told me to get my car if I wanted to use a cheap, battery. All I wanted to know was what battery was going into my car. To avoid damages later.She got hostile on the phone. Made it seem like I was asking to many questions. I only Made two calls to the office, was rushed and rudely treated. She even hung up the phone twice. Either she is having a bad day, or doesnt like certain type of people...

We were charged...$40 for 2 $12 bottle of coolant - 60% markup$100 for a $50 thermostat - 50% markup$60 for a $20 radiator hose - 300% markup$25 for a $4 flushing kit. - 1600% markup$225 : ~$100 - thats upwards of 50% for upcharge for simply parts.Plus an additional $220.00 in labor.Almost $500 to fix a leaky hose and replace a thermostat housing. Think twice before coming here. A quick google search and youtube video or two might save you half a grand.2 stars because they did fix the vehicle.

We have been taking all of our family cars to Premier Auto for years. We used other local independent shops in the past and were happy enough, but since our very first visit to Bob and Dorie we have been thrilled with the service, the price and most importantly the quality of work-year after year.We take current toyotas, a 25 year old pontiac and our old mustang to Bob. All get detailed/thorough service, fixing only what is having a problem at the time. I never feel as though Im being up-sold for additional work. Bob and Dorie have been able to adjust the amount of work to fit our budget, which is very helpful to us.It makes us feel good supporting a local, neighborhood business/family, and I believe they feel the same about taking care of their customers in the same way. They are super friendly and helpful, even when talking mechanical to us.

Number #1 in town! I noticed the reviews so I decided to take the due diligence to see for myself. Bob is the best professional, courtesy, honest mechanic straight shooter there is that is a fact. I went there with service engine light for my toyota 4runner and evap light. Bob and company meaning the mechanics say Hi and so awesome and incredible. Not just saying it, this shop is the real deal as good as it gets! Bob was so polite and a dear friend treated me like family which I adored so much never would expect it. I drop my Toyota around 10 am and was done by end of the day ran a smoke through the pipes see any leaks. I was pleased Bob was able to make it very fair and affordable treated me right and showed me what I needed provided options. I was so thankful for the advise and taking the time to truly take care of me as a customer. I was so happy that he pointed out what was effecting my car and how to get it taken care of. As Bob left for the day he waved was so nice to have such an experience. I got a nice card sent to my home as a thank you for the business! I definitely recommend to all five stars all the way.
