I recently purchased a Toyota Prius from Charlie and have some information to share. I reached his website and scheduled an appointment to view the vehicle. I was expecting to be bombarded with having to provide all my information prior to even being contacted by anyone. All it needed was my email and I appreciated that.Charlie got back to me almost immediately, letting me know what times worked and throughout every email interaction or text, he was very thorough and responsive. Charlie is not a pushy sales rep, he tries to make everything as easy-going and seamless as he can for the buyer and I appreciated that about him.A week after I purchased the vehicle my dashboard lit up and the vehicle prompted me to get it checked. This did not sit well with me and shortly after reaching out to Charlie he was persistent on making sure I was a satisfied individual. He gave me his mechanics information and he paid for the bad cells in the hybrid and I was able to get a refurbished hybrid battery for far less than if I paid for it myself. I give 5 stars for the effort he made on his end to make my car buying experience harmonious.

- My wife and I bought a car from Charlie seems like a cool dude but dont trust him hes shady and likes to hide whats wrong with vehicles the day we bought our vehicle from him we found out the engine mounts where bad had to have them replaced the next day then the list goes on from here, come to find out the A/C filter and the Cabin filter where black had to have all the belts replaced on the vehicle along with front strut mounts and tie rod ends and his Mechanic must of cleared the code for a Evap leak in the system.. cost me an extra $2500.00 to fix it all .. then we got told that the Title would be clear and free sent in the mail in my wifes name along with the plate come to find out that wasnt true had to fight for the title for two months straight, kept getting the run around until he told us we could come get it so we drove to him and got it but much to his surprise he was shocked we where there to pick it up.. paid $130.00 extra for the title and registration/ plate, also he never made good on.. had to repay out of pocket... seems cool at first but has a very shady business aspect. -

Taking back my 5 star rating unfortunately. have had this car for less than 4 months and have already been to charlie’s mechanic twice for the same problem, which was still not fixed properly and i have to take it a 3rd time. will be bringing the car to my own mechanic as charlie’s is not trusted. was charged $156 for the problem to not be fixed. i bought this car so i wouldn’t be pouring money into fixing parts anymore, very disappointed

While Charlie is very nice and helpful and quick with purchase the integrity of the vehicles sold here are questionable.We purchased our vehicle about 5 months ago for 2010 Chevy aveo initially the vehicle needed 2 new rocker arms which Charlie covered repairs within the first like week of purchase last month we had to pay over 1200 to get a new catalic converter and exhaust manifold Installed because the car was having issues again we were told the entire body and contents were rusted which will cause issues. It is back in the shop this month it is losing gas power on the freeway dropped down to 20 mph on the freeway while pushing the gas so now we have to see what else is wrong. These cars are dangerous money pits! Be careful with purchasing!

I just recently bought a car from Charlie. The car was in great condition for its age. I had purchased an extended warranty which I though was great that he offered. After about two weeks of driving I noticed I was having a cooling issue in the car. I notified Charlie and he had me take it to his mechanic, they found a small leak. Charlie covered the cost of all the repairs needed. All in all very happy with the services received from this company.

I bought a 2002 Honda Civic with 112000 miles on it, to my surprise it had such a low mileage and such an easy car to deal with. I was very happy to get the car.Then I saw that within the first week I got a check engine light on and a friend told me I am missing a part. It was the air intake i didn’t notice to much I am not a car guy but after I found these two discoveries I connected with Charlie.Charlie did apologize and explained he can have his mechanic help out. He got the missing part and found out the check engine light was for the O2 sensor I set up a time with Abe(the mechanic) saw his cute shop and he was super awesome as well. He was very fast about getting the part in and replaced and it was no wait at all. My car drives like a dream now, I can easily keep this bad girl for another 300,000 miles.Thanks Charlie!

A pleasure to deal with, no hassle! I inspected the vehicle inside and out, was allowed to plug in my OBD2 reader and check the computer for errors, and take a test drive.They were knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all my questions. The paperwork was a snap too!I bought the Black 08 Dodge Ram truck!

UPDATE 04.11.2021...I am pleased to share that Charlie took back the defective Tahoe, refunded all our $$ and more so. We believe he was duped when he bought this vehicle. Please give him a try, he is ethical and stands by his word, a rarity these days. We highly recommend him and if were in need of another vehicle he will be our first choice. HE IS HONEST!Bought a Chevy Tahoe from Charlie yesterday, he is great to work with, convenient, and most of all honest, hard to find that in any kind of automotive buyer/sell transactions today, from dealer to private person. Highly recommend him!UPDATE 03/31/2021 I do NOT recommend this place. Charlie was great to work with but the outcome? This vehicle was never fully inspected and it should have been before being sold. 1. It was a Police Interceptor vehicle so had many after-market changes; 2. Front end a mess; 3. Electrical a mess; 4. 4WD transfer case and both front and back differentials dry--never lubed. 5. Every tire was separated and the dealer drove this back and forth to work with it pulling to the right. In other words, no Car Fax by the dealer was obviously done to know what kind of vehicle it was; the aftermarket problems, and shouldnt a good dealer inspect it to make sure it is safe to run? Usually we have a pretty good bull indicator but somehow we let our guard done on this guy. Shame on us and worse, shame on him.

Charlie is the exact opposite of what youd expect from a used car salesman, he is extremely friendly and there was no pressure. He even fixed a broken power window switch. Well this real winner of a company has made appointments with my daughter to see a car then canceled the appointment on her and then when we were supposed to meet told her that he sold the car. The day before we were supposed to meet. So then I went and asked him what was up and Charlie wouldn’t answer me. So I left a negative review on his Facebook page and he proceeded to go attack my business Facebook page and left me a negative comment. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Worst first car Experience ever!!! Dont get fooled by the cars outside appearance or interior i am 19 and I officially bought a LEMON! Im a female and went with 3 other females to purchase my first vehicle. I dont have a father and I dont know much about cars! I Asked the questions that I thought I needed to one of the questions was if it had rust and if it was an arizona car! The whole underneath was rusted when my uncle went to change my brakes and roters and to find out today August 17, 2017 the bottom back axel was welded on the car I have is not road worthy I worked my butt off this summer on my summer job cause I go to school for $4,500 which is now down the drain and Im left with no Safe Transportation!
