Where have you been all my life?!!! I dreaded car shopping until I found ModernAuto. First off not your traditional dealer nightmare, Jason & Kendra were both very accommodating working with our schedules to come in. They explained their process, we test drove 2 teslas and they were not pushy at all! It took us a bit to decide what exactly we wanted and they just were there to help and absolutely not push anything on us. The cherry on the top was the financing company they referred us to! It was literally the easiest process ever! Last year when I purchased my vehicle (unfortunately through a traditional dealer) I literally had the worst car buying & lending experience. Because we buy them through our business it tends to be a bit more complicated than the usual, but not with Modern Autos lender! I’m telling you, just do yourself a favor and save yourself headaches and frustration and call Jason or Kendra, you won’t be disappointed. They’ll take care of you! I cannot believe the owner Jason Farress runs a business in such an unprofessional manner.I reached out to him via a Facebook ad about a van that I was interested in for my son’s motocross. I sent him an instant message Wednesday and received a canned response Friday. Sent him an offer (of course I’m looking for a deal) he responds “LOL” and how he can sell the car at wholesale for more and how he is the owner of a dealership etc etc blah blah, like I actually care.. No customer service here and replying unprofessionally he chose to go down a road that no owner should. Interested buyers beware.

Awesome service! Owner was out of town on business the first time I visited and test drove the car. He kept in contact the entire time and we sealed the deal. I definitely recommend buying a car from modern auto.

The worst experience ever! Owner said he had installed new brakes, had the oil changed and that he would send me receipts. Waited, called, texted and it was always the same Ill get them to you. Even called once and he said his wife had been in hospital, ok, I said I was sorry and just get them to me when he was able. Again NOTHING! Then he just stopped replying completely. Found out from dealer oil was never changed and brakes werent done!! Stay away from!!

Called about a car they had listed didn’t even have the vehicle didn’t get any updates for over a week when I made an offer, Jason sounded offended at the offer which is incredibly rude and completely lost a possible sale by this and also claiming to have over a dozen offers on the vehicle. Went back online to check if it was still available and he bumped the listed price up and the miles on the car went up by 2000. AVOID THIS DEALER AT ALL COSTS.

Dealed with Jason lied to me about the condition of the vehicle said brakes are changed when the brakes were old and inoperablePromised to pay me for the repairs then just disappearedNot to mention his making me pay for the registration and never mentioned that thats not included in the financing

I just spent 3 hours at a traditional dealership, and cant stress enough how easy and pain free dealing with modern auto was compared to the typical buying process. Would do business again in a heartbeat.
