My experience here was hands down the friendliest, most honest and most hassle-free vehicle purchase Ive ever had. They were up front and clear with their advertisement- the price they listed was a non-negotiable sale price, meaning no bargaining or trying to upsell, and it was exactly at or even below the fair market value for the vehicle that I purchased. It was exactly as described, and upon further inspection, had brand new tires, new battery, maintenance records, clean title, and it was detailed.The dealership itself was not what I expected at all. It definitely wasnt like a typical car dealership. Its a busy shop, tucked away in the back of a commercial building thats nestled in the heart of Tempe. This turned out to be a very good thing. They were very welcoming and kind, and allowed me privacy to inspect and test drive the vehicle with no pressure to hurry or to buy. After inspection and a test drive, I was set on buying it.The process of purchasing went by smoothly and fairly quickly. They answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns to make sure that I was making the right decision.The gentleman that I worked with, Bakri, helped me along with registration, tags and title as well, through EZ Title, which is within a couple miles of the dealership.A couple weeks after my purchase, I brought my vehicle into my usual shop, and I was told that everything looked great- the vehicle was in excellent mechanical, physical and aesthetic condition. I purchased a 2019 Honda Civic Ex from AKOI Motors and am more than grateful and satisfied by the customer service and quality of the vehicle I bought. I have been researching and shopping around for a car for months and am extremely thankful for AKOI Motors. The team went out their way to make sure that my needs were met and I was getting the car I wanted. The vehicle I decided to purchase was in the process of being restored by them. They were honest and provided transparency regarding the vehicle history, and even included status updates of the vehicle restoration. I have taken the vehicle to my mechanic for inspection, and he told me that the repair work done to the car was some of the best he has seen. My mechanic said that the car was in pristine condition, and no corners were skipped when restoring the vehicle. The purchasing process was headache-free and there were no hidden fees! The price I saw, was the price I paid. My family is now in the process of buying another Civic from AKOI Motors due to how satisfied we were with the first purchase. B and Rico were amazing! I purchase a car from them from out of state and they made the entire process so easy. They sent extra pics and information on the vehicle and worked with my lender. They even offered to pick me up from the airport! Amazing gentlemen. They had my car all washed up and detailed and it was better than I thought. B took the time to let me test drive and when I returned he show me all the features of the car and some of the features like assisted steering needed to be shown while driving so he took more time to go on another test drive to show me everything. UPDATE: I am in love with the car. A week after I purchased it I departed on a 5100 mile trip. I only had one small issue which turned out to be a defective headlight assembly. When I returned from my trip Akoi Motors addressed the issue immediately. They replaced the headlight assembly with a brand new one right away with absolutely no hassle. It is just another reason to consider buying a vehicle from Bakri and Rico. You will not be sorry.I purchased a car from Akoi Motors and could not be happier. Can’t say enough good things about AKOI Motors. I purchased a restored/salvage 2019 Subaru Crosstrek for my granddaughter. The process was a very good experience. I am from New Mexico and Bakri and Rico picked me up at the Phoenix airport in the car I was buying. They were professional, polite, courteous, and wonderful to deal with. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable about buying a restored/salvage vehicle. They took me to their shop where the restoration is performed, and showed me their high tech equipment. I want to thank AKOI motors for my new car! I mostly worked with Bakri. From our first communication he was honest and 100% straight forward. No BS. He had me inspect the car, drive it, take it to a mechanic and offered me a car fax. The fact that he allowed me to take to it my own personal mechanic said a lot. At the same time their mechanic is great and very helpful! My time in the office and purchasing the car was very smooth and quick. He provided me with a title place less than a mile away! Which made the whole process very low stress. He was kind and considerate to all my concerns in buying a car. Trust me I had a lot and never did Bakri get annoyed or impatient. I think its very important to feel comfortable when buying a car and having that feeling that you can trust your dealer. From the beginning AKOI was extremely helpful with the whole process of buying a car from them, including vehicle records, financing, test driving etc. Their customer service was thorough and honest. I would recommend buying a car from AKOI.

Please do some research before buying cars from them, they not honest people. I worked for them, and they didnt pay me. Suing them over 400$ check.
