Hands down the most straight forward and quickest car purchase I have ever had. Was able to communicate fully through text for the beginning of the interaction which makes it very nice that I was able to get everything done ahead of time. So fast in fact that I didnt realize how quick things were done and thought I was going to need to get a confirmation before coming in. They were waiting on me to come in and test drive and sign everything had been approved in the morning. When I got to the dealership I was in and out within an hour. Laurie, Abby, and Jon Jon all did amazing. I am definitely going to recommend everybody to here and be coming there for my next vehicle when its time.

This car dealership is the best thing that happened in my life there vibes are all there and the down payment is perfect. something not so expensive like other dealerships. The cars are low mileage and look amazing. If that doesn’t get you in there office I don’t know what will.

Don’t get me wrong the buying experience was great everything went very well Laura was so super nice they were so helpful my problem is I bought a car in 2019 and they sold me a lemon. I’ve had nothing but problems with this car a Chevy Cruze and when I called them and told they said they can’t do anything for me. I’ve put more money into this car than it’s actually worth, tonight it broke down on me on the highway out of no where every month I’m fixing it and it’s one problem after another.

Thought I had really gotten a good deal with these guys. And even though they look like they might be super helpful with getting you into a car, they don’t really help you much after that. My whole transmission blew on the car they gave me 2 and a half months after I got it. The whole transmission had to be replaced for almost 4500. I sent them the paperwork about the repairs, they said they would see if they could help me out and I haven’t heard A THING from them in 2 weeks. To think I was thinking about referring my friends here. Yeah right.

OK the good: They had a car that fit our needs waiting when we arrived, the process to buy was fast and the staff were mostly friendly and courteous. (Mechanic mustve had a bad day)The bad, I specifically asked for a warranty, but the car I got (and I must admit I knowingly bought) had none. We had to put $1500 down when I specifically asked to make a 500 to 750 max down payment.The AC went out a month after we bought it, that cost $1400 to fix. The front wheel bearing went out a week after...In the defense of the car dealer, I did NOT address the AC or Wheel bearing with them because I did in fact agree to buy the car as is. Buyer beware I guess.Would I buy another car from them? Probably not. Do I fault them for my poor judgement. No.My wife would rate them lower, but I cannot in good conscience do that. They were honest with me and didnt try to talk me into something I didnt want. Maybe I just got a lemon...

They take your money they call you and tell you the bank won’t approve you after you been driving the car.. they are a big scam company. The wife called telling them specific vehicle and they got one for us. Engine light on in 3 times, they replaced catalytic converter but still engine light . Now 11 months later engine throwing codes lift and right and they wont even look at it for us. Doesnt run and they dont care. Had us lie to the bank first off and lie about down payment. They are worst in the business. Calling bbb filing complaint. Stay away.

Awful. They got us to sign every paper and trade our car in. Then come to find out they want more money then what was ever agreed on and I had to grab all the papers and leave. I also was listening to them when they thought I couldn’t hear. The owner himself said “let’s see how much money we can get out of these people” he was talking about the single mom in there with 3 kids. I informed her and she left thank god. So this is this scam these guys use. My daughter put down $1000 and agreed to make a extra $1000 towards the down payment in the near future. Paperwork was signed and she was told by the dealer, when the bank calls for a verification just say we fronted you the entire $2000 already. 1ST RED FLAG!!! So this any credit dealer called her and said all is good to go and gave her documents from the bank and stated shes approved and 1st payment is in 45 days to the bank. So 7-8 days later a chic from any credit started to call and say the bank couldnt approve the loan because her job is temp. We call the bank and the bank says we never got an app for you miss! Wow!!!!!So the docs were fake and the scam, scheme was in full effect with these idiots.We called the dealer and said please return the grand in exchange for the car. They argued, played games, lied and was irate. All for $1000.00!!!! You gotta be kidding me. So later that night they came and picked up the car (towed it back to their fake office building lot). We get there today to pick up the $1000 and the Jerry guy argued, pushed and shoved my daughter out of the door and said she was trespassing. Temp PD was called. Situation was difused. But wait, please get the popcorn!! We saw the car parked in the back and guess what!!! ANY CREDIT AUTO SALES crashed the entire front end of the vehicle. Reason?? They are gonna try to put in a claim with my daughters insurance company as if she was in the wreck!! Silly silly silly,,, the insurance company is not going for that bull! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. PLEASEFYI:you see they dont respond to any reviews, why???? Because they dont care
