Always fun to shop here. Not many pants but lots of shirts, sweaters and dresses. No place to sit while waiting for my granddaughter.

Fun enough to browse a bit. Wide and varied selection of trendy clothing and gifts, including games and records. Although generally focused on teens and young folks. You can sometimes find a hidden gem, if you take the time to search around.

My daughter happily found her senior photo dress here.The store was easy to move around and staff were helpful.Nice vibe.

Came in to try on clothes, after leaving the dressing room the attendant took the hangar for one of my items so I walked through the store holding it in my hand. Got thoroughly yelled at for shoplifting by another employee as I was about to check out. I guess you need to look like a rich teenager to shop here? That’s what I get for giving them a try after a dozen controversies by this company. #yikes

My daughter loved her Christmas gifts as well as the Urban bag!

Unfortunately this is my favorite place to buy clothes, but I will not be going to this location anymore.A few months ago I stopped by this location and had a bag from brandy melville and it beeped when I walked into Urban. I was rudely approached and the associate took my bag and dumped it onto the table without even asking. This happened a SECOND time yesterday when I went in after I had gone to the Brandy store and my bag beeped. I was approached when I walked in and the same thing happened even though there was NO censors on any of my items. I bought several items from Urban Outfitters yesterday and when I walked out of the store my bag beeped again. This time as I was leaving, a different employee rudely grabbed my bag from my hands without even asking and dumped all of my items onto the table and again, couldnt find any sensors.First of all, this is extremely disrespectful considering I spend SO much money at their store and it is not my fault that brandy melville has weird sensors that they dont take off. But the way I was approached was totally out of line and it was humiliating having the whole store watch them interrogate and go through my bags when I had just spent over 400$ at their store. I hope no one else has to deal with this because it is complete disrespect. I did not appreciate getting my bags searched through and dumped out without even asking. Its unfortunate that the employees do this to their customers.

This place is good if you need to buy a gift because it has a lot of quirky products that you cant find in a lot of stores. While Im really into the clearance section of stores, this one at the back of the store kind of frightens me because everything is disheveled, falling off the hangers, messy and/or broken. Stick to the front of the store.As for the service, I really cant say. Whenever I go, the staff members are too busy looking cool to provide any customer service, except for this one guy who helped me pick out an awesome shade of nail polish.

We never fail to find something at Urban Outfitters. Unusual products. Reasonable prices and lots of deal. Just a blast to browse in this fun store.

The store literally made me nauseous & made me feel like bulimia was the solution to my body issues. The mannequins in this store are small than average. This store promotes incredibly unhealthy body ideals for both young girls and boys. Over priced. Products you could find on Wish. Exploitation and cultural appropriation.

My daughter really wanted Nike air force shoes and she was so thrilled to fine them in store on her birthday. They were returned and slightly worn but were discounted... i convinced my daughter to order a new pair... reading reviews on shoes several people mentioned getting mens shoes instead of womens, I asked the cashier to check they l were womens, she reassured me they were. 10 days we finally got the shoes and they were mens, called customer service and unfortunately womens were all sold out. I called the store and they said they were quite busy and couldnt look throughly so someone would check in the morning and call me. I didnt hear back so called to be told that they were purchased by employee last night.... really???..

This store is a DISASTER! The associate that was on duty Arianne clearly lacks customer service skills and knowledge of the brand. I was refused help because she was conversing with friends. The other associates that first greeted me were gossiping about other employees, which no customer should ever experience! I WILL NEVER come back to this location and will make sure everyone I KNOW DO NOT either.

The prices are high for styles I wouldnt wear, I was dissapointed.

There used to be a lot more clothing for men here, but its about 3/4 womens clothing now. Not a lot of options. The downtown location has a lot more to choose from.

More womens fashions these days, but less for men. Plenty of interesting lifestyle merchandise, though not as much as in the past.

No mens clothing at all. Not an issue if it were at least advertised as such. There is no indication that it is female only and no real explanation. If you are a guy this is a waste of time unless you are shopping for a girl in your life.
