The customer service here is hands down, THE BEST, bar none! Firstly, I have always been greeted when I’ve walked in the door and even on a busy weekend day, the wait has never been unacceptable. Recently we worked directly with Julian to upgrade our family’s data plans and a few of our devices. The process was so smooth and took no time at all. Since my parents were due for an upgrade, I brought my mom in to meet Julian and he took excellent care of her as well - he was very patient with her and left no questions unanswered. I just can’t say enough about how much he went over and beyond for us, but especially my mom. We will definitely be return customers!

This Verizon Retailer is awesome and Malorie makes it this way. I entered the store to consider purchase of a new phone. Malorie presented several options to me and I decided the upgrade was a very reasonable price. In record time of 20 minutes, my current phone information was transferred and I was ready to leave with my new device. That can only be described as exceptional and Malorie makes the experience so efficient. Im moving to this area and was fortunate to have Malorie as my representative. Came in today because my phone was not working. Not making calls. Gentleman spent time with me and fixed it.

I would give no stars if it were possible but I have to at least give one star. I spent from 3:30 to 8:30 trying to resolve my issue however it was not resolved. It was a very long time of getting passed back and forth from people in the Verizon store to the people at the 611 line for Verizon. Its pathetic that I can spend all that time to not resolve my issue. I spoke to the “highest person” they could give me and still no solution for me. Its absolutely pathetic a very poor representation of customer service from a global company. Instead of a solution I have to wait longer absolutely pathetic.

Hannah the sales associate there was very helpful and stayed late after hours to help make sure my phone was turned on and all my contacts were transferred over she was wonderful and well go back again for any problems in the future
