We are on a long driving trip. Our check engine light came on, and really stressed out my husband. We stopped at two place before this one to get a quick diagnosis but Noone had time until we stopped at Family Automotive. I didnt get his name but the angel come out did a quick diagnostic and let us know it was all ok. Then, would not take a dime for his time. These are awesome people!

Jonathan was incredibly helpful and super professional! I took my recently purchased BMW 2001 525i that needed a ton of work from brake pads to exhaust issues to fixing a misfire. I was also under the impression before coming in to Family Auto that I might need a whole new transmission and after some testing, Jonathan fixed one simple thing and it was running good as new. Saved me a ton of money! Trust me, hes your guy!

Fantastic. Jonathan runs a Personal super friendly family business. I took my 2001 Nissan Pathfinder to get the engine light diagnosed so I could pass it through DEQ. Was a cool problem, he fixed it and when I went to pick it up he had already run it through DEQ for my... wow how cool was that and he didn’t charge me anything extra for that. I’m going to get my struts done next and whatever else needs fixed... service above and beyond. My hero!

I am not a car guy and am a little intimidated when dealing with auto repair related inquiries. I know how to use the googles and did a fair amount of research about what was happening with my car and what symptoms it was displaying. I havent driven my car much in the last 10 months and when I fired it up recently, I noticed a few potential issues.When I went in, Jonathan was extremely professional and accurate with timing and quoting what it would need.This is the part that amazes me: when I suggested possible repairs my car needed, he actually talked me out of problems it could have been. Then when I picked up my car, he told me that he had done a couple of minor tweaks that would make my driving experience better at no charge. When I jumped in the car, he had even fixed my stereo because it was a no brainer fix. He didnt even mention this.It is hard to find a repair place that you can trust without question. I have found that repair shop.

I brought Jonathan my 2013 Camaro. He inspected it for free after it missfired. He was quick in diagnosis and was very kind through changes I put forth. I will absolutely go to him again.
