My car is a 2001 and has been showing signs of wear. Sealed a leak in my Hyundais trunk, and gave my car a nice detailing before giving it back! Also was immediately responsive when I noticed a minor oversight, and fixed it right away. Paul is a fantastic guy who does fantastic work. I highly recommend him and his company. I have a 2006 Prius that had a leak, causing water to come into the spare tire area. He took one look at it, and said he would have it done the next day. He took me to the car rental one day and picked me up the next. Liberty Water Seal is the place to go if you have a leak in the car. My 2010 Subaru Outback had water on passenger floor. Paul was able to find the leak under the front right panel and seal it up. Very happy that I did not randomly try and repair sunroof and windshield in hopes of solving the leak issue. Paul will thoroughly troubleshoot your car and fix it right. Highly recommend.

In the end, my experience was great!My car started leaking again, so I called and made an appointment with Liberty, then I looked for my receipt, from the last time I had taken my car into Liberty, because I knew Paul had a 1 year warranty on his work. I couldn’t find my receipt, but I did find an entry on my Visa stmt with the post date of 12/05, I looked at the payment receipt I keep attached to my Visa statement and it showed the year 2018. I showed Paul my statement when I dropped off my car & he agreed that it was under warranty. The turn around time was a little longer than usual, (sidetracked by the birth of his son💛), but that was OK with me because I had another car to use.I picked up my car. He had fixed the leak and cleaned the carpet without charging me a thing (I thought he might charge for the carpet cleaning).I got home, was making some notes to myself about the appointment, looked over my Visa statement again and realized I had made a mistake!!! The previous work had been done in Dec 2017 NOT Dec 2018!It was out of warranty. I immediately called him, explained my mistake, apologized and asked how much I owed him for his work. I think he was surprised I was calling him, because he came up with a generously discounted price and thanked me for being honest.He works very hard, and for me, it wouldn’t have been right to take advantage of the situation. I believe he would have done the same, if the situation had been reversed. How can you NOT use this company?!I recommend Liberty Waterseal to everyone! His work is top notch and he was willing to honor his warranty (btw I have an older, yr 2000 vehicle & that’s why I had to take it in a second time, it’s showing it’s age!).
