I ordered a mattress in June. Upon delivery I noticed that the bed did not feel the same as the one we laid down on in the showroom. I ordered a FIRM mattress and the one that was delivered felt softer. Just to make sure I wasn’t losing my mind I went back to the showroom floor and laid on the bed I ordered. It definitely felt firmer than the one that was delivered. I asked to have the mattress replaced as it had been maybe two weeks since it was delivered. A manager called me the following day and arranged for my mattress to be replaced. When the new mattress arrived, the difference was like night and day. Much happier with my mattress and especially with the level of service and attentiveness that this branch provided. I will definitely buy my next mattress here. Thank you.

Joseph was super helpful and made my experience awesome. I explained to him how I had a bunch of injuries and was having problems sleeping and he matched me up with one that fit my situation. I came in looking at a more expensive bed but after reviewing a few different options he got me into one that was less expensive and better for me. Would recommend Joseph and this location.

Update: we had to return our bed. It was not as comfortable as we thought it would be. The return process was easy and as advertised. We worked with Hunter. He was super helpful and patient even though he didnt get credit for the sale.Joe did a great job. He was very patient with us; we spent 3 hours trying to figure out which mattress we liked. We also had to bring our 5 year old granddaughter with us. He let her try out beds too so that she stayed entertained while we were there.

The salesman was great, answered all of our questions and was very polite. We bought a purple mattress. They price match any deals you find and we ended up saving $500. If they have what youre purchasing in stock this is the quickest option for local delivery.

I have to say, there is certainly a reason why this location has an almost perfect 5-star rating and that is absolutely because of the people who work here; this experience was way more than buying a mattress for us.To give you a backstory, my husband and I are an interracial couple and, throughout our furniture buying experience, we have felt as though many of the stores that we have walked into have racially profiled. Not only have stores not offered to help, many of them have barely even acknowledged that we had entered the building. I wish I could tell you the number of times we have been neglected service in favor of an all-white couple but there are honestly too many to count. So many times, after leaving stores my husband has turned to me and said, “I guess my money doesn’t have the same value here.”Let me just tell you – this was NOT the case at Mattress Firm. We were greeted immediately upon entry by Hunter, who showed us nothing but absolute respect the entire time we were there. He looked each of us in the eye when we spoke and did not favor conversation with one person over the other, both of us were heard and respected the ENTIRE time. (This is something that is also important to me as a woman.) I am telling you, this kind soul took us from mattress to mattress, really assessed our needs and listened to what we were looking for and found us the most perfect product. We came in intending only to buy a mattress but ended up buying an adjustable base and two pillows because, obviously Hunter is an amazing salesperson, but he actually took into consideration everything we had said and found products that are going to completely change the way we sleep. Additionally, Hunter did everything in his power to get us the absolute best price possible!We truly felt seen and valued during this experience. As many of us from the communities of color can probably resonate with, buying anything from a store could be a stressful experience. I have had one of my best experiences in the Tukwila store when I bought a bedroom set. The customer agent seemed very knowledgeable and was impressively helpful in understanding my specific inquiries. I was very satisfied with not only my decision to buy but the respect I received for my shopping experience.

We were looking to replace our existing mattress with an identical name brand. Came in and after testing all of them decided on the Tempur-Pedic. Had so many questions, but Hunter was so knowledgeable about all of them. He was able to answer every question and then some. What I loved most was there was never any pressure from Hunter on anything. He guided us to the best choice for us. Scheduled delivery tomorrow for the adjustable frame and mattress. I had a great experience working with the salespeople at this Mattress Firm location! I ended up needing to exchange a mattress I had purchased at a different location, and even though that meant this location took the ding (because I ended up exchanging for something cheaper), the guys were pleasant, informative, and willing to help. I had attempted to do the same thing at the Mattress Firm location on Andover Park W, where I was ushered out the door (the guys there told me I needed more time to consider my decision and clearly didnt want to deal with an exchange). But given the wonderful customer service I experienced at this particular location, Id absolutely come back, and send others to this particular location, but not the other ones that are in the same area.

Marcus the store manager at this location took amazing care of me for my order. He went above and beyond to help me get what I needed and I felt truly taken care of which is sometimes challenging when youre shopping for mattresses. But highly recommend this location for all of your needs! Ill be back when I need an upgrade.

In the end, working with such a great person as Nathan, is what made me want to purchase the mattress with them as I knew I was being well taken care of.

Most recently, we bought a Purple mattress and adjustable frame from Lonnie Thompson-Williams, who is the assistant store manager.
