Very kind staff, limited staff which is a norm at this point for all stores. Staff was doing their best to get the job done and keep people happy. Easy to find stuff.

WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE HERE AND RUDEST MANAGER YOU ARE GONNA HAVE.I got a wrong item from my store pick-up order two days ago. The store manager Victor stepped in, but his rude attitude and unprofessionalism just made this my worst shopping experience ever. He did not care to understand what went wrong with my order in the first place. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the wrong order, his response was simply Its not my fault. He kept interrupting me when I tried to explain what happened and refused to help me check their system for the right item which I requested. Kept saying NO NO NO NO NO! At least 20 times in five minutes if I recalled it right. NOT A SINGLE APOLOGY in the whole process. Then he just threw this unsolved issue to another cashier and left. In the end, I had to return the wrong item after the cashier explained to me that the store did not have the item I ordered (although the website showed that item was still in stock for pick-up at this store) and the one I got was wrongly labeled.

Lots of parking and easy access. But I was struggling with the store layout. The sign for what I was looking for was not well located. After I found what I came for they did not have one out in the size I needed. It took forever to find someone working there to help. Eventually I did find someone and they found the item I needed in the size I needed in inventory and got it for me. But honestly I wish I had just ordered online.

Went in looking for something we needed. Found it, but they did not have any on the shelf, only the display model. Said they could get one in a week. We found the item on Amazon, less price, faster shipping. Big box stores had better up their service and availability of products otherwise it is too easy to order what you want from home and get it delivered faster, right to your house!

Store looked great. We were looking for item in there mailer that was a broom with no dust pan because it also was cordless vacuum, but they did have any and the people we asked had no idea.

I do not recommend shopping at bed bath and beyond without your 20% off coupon or a coupon in general. All the prices are marked up, maybe because they expect you to come in with a coupon where are you’ll be able to get a more competitive price. This store is just not as “beyond” as it used to be.

Had a great experience working with Lovie on an exchange. All the employees were very friendly and nice and willing to help.

The staff are no longer as friendly as they once were. I was assisted by a cashier who appeared to be angry at the world and refused to greet me. The atmosphere is gloomy and dark! She warmed up after that, a little, but its not the same warm fuzzy customer service feeling they use to have.

We ordered something for delivery on Valentines Day, which never arrived (went back to the warehouse). We went to this store to just buy it off the shelf. They said it was in the back but wouldnt go and get it for us. Offered to order it for delivery to us instead (presumably to arrive never).This is the same store where a manager told cashiers not to honor an advertised Veterans Day discount (on Veterans Day). Their website allowed us to use the discount, however. So the workaround we determined was to stand at the customer service, order and pay for the item for in-store discount from our phone, wait for them to grab the item off the aisle, and then pick it up from their customer service.Simply ridiculous. Drive the extra distance to another B&B&B or buy off Amazon.

Im really starting to like this place. There is lots of parking and its easy to find on the main Strander Boulevard. The selection and prices are surprisingly good, and they have International food too which is great if you like European food. They are almost comparable with World Market. So if you are looking for something like Timtams chocolate biscuits, you can get them here. The young lady who served me was really nice and helpful and I really enjoyed shopping here today. The thing I like most, is that its easy to find the things you want. Most American stores are a mess, because they want to try to make you impulse buy, but it just irritates everybody. But here, at BBB, they layout makes good sense. Its so much easier and more pleasant.

There’s only about a 70% chance they actually have what I’m looking for but they always seem to have a bunch of stuff I didn’t know I needed until I got there.

Good selection but there prices are always up for debate. If you pay full price you are paying to much. They always have sales and promo codes / coupons so if you don’t have time to go hunt for them you get ripped off. I wish there stuff was just priced normal.

I never shopped at this store, until recently, when I was passing by and stopped by at this store to purchase an item. I have to say this place is one of the most outrageous stores I have ever been. The cashier who is called Lovie was truly a rude and unprofessional person, she got frustrated with her inability processing a purchase, and when we asked to see another cashier, she started swearing at us. We called for the store manager who is called Jason, it turned out he was even worse and defended the cashier. The behavior of staff at this store is clearly a reflective of the lack of management and their poor customer service. We left the store, because actually felt extremely unsafe that they would physically attack us.

I thought the place was bigger back in the day I walked around the entire store then I get to the check out I see a huge section of discount so make sure to look to the far left once you walk through.the front doors. Just saying.

They seem to be on top of getting the Black Friday deals on the shelves. I even overheard on of the employees saying that they were short handed and yet they seemed to be on top of their restocking more so than the Home Depot. Home Depot could learn a lesson or two from Bed Bath & Beyond. Great Job guys😉

B, B & B has everything one could want to outfit a home. When I went, I was searching for bathroom towels and a bathroom scale. Both which I found and was able to purchase them for 20% off, using expired coupons. Life cant get better than shopping and finding unexpected bargains.

I have been to well over 100 locations for my job and this location was by far the worst I have been to. The manager (Victor) told me he would honor the sale price they had forgotten to take down. When I got to the register he decided the sale price was too low to honor and told me he didn’t remember what the sale price was because he had thrown away the paper and it would be too much work to get it out of the garbage. I love Bed Bath and Beyond as a company but they need to find a new manager

Happy with BEYOUND+ discounts, unhappy with customer service at return/pickup counter. At locations Ive used have found unusual problems with returning products, at 1 location no card was needed to return with receipt, scanning was all that was needed, at another card was needed, at card was needed location yet in 1st attempt, a value was $ 17. less or $ 3. on a $ 20. purchase. The cashier had no experience in handling this. At 2 locations, management HAD to called to resolve but left before my Beyond+ discount was applied. Next step call CS, update on this post to follow.

Good selection of products in the store. Sometimes its just good to wander the aisles. Online websites have not figured out how to recreate that serendipitous experience of finding that useful item you didnt know existed while shopping for something else.

I returned a couple of items that didn’t work out for us. It was made super easy as long as we have the receipt. Afterwards, we went to shop for other necessities, we needed help to locate some items. Victor was there to help us, and one other lady whose name I didn’t get, but she was a tall brunette with shoulder length hair. They were super helpful, informative and helpful. During checkout, Anh helped us. She showed great patience and professionalism. I would visit this store again.

I picked up some salt and pepper shakers I ordered online. Also bought some wine glasses at a good price which look very nice. Had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get the item ordered online. No one at the counter and staff would walk by and ignore me. I had to provide my phone number and Email address to use a coupon which I prefer not to do.

Was looking for window coverings and I have zero design skills. The first person would barely give me the time of day. The second person was very helpful.

Bad working air conditioning, too many people

This location features the usual large parking lot, easy access, and friendly employees. Inside, though, it is a bit crowded with wares and aisles are so narrow youll find yourself backing up or standing aside to let people by...a lot.Now they do have some good organized sections, like the As Seen On TV area, the Kitchen section, the Window treatment section and so forth, which is nice.What isnt as nice is the huge area that feels like youre in a drug store, what with all the way to the ceiling (it looks like) rows of lotions, shampoos and whatnot. Also scary (but good) is the clearance area where youll find massive savings on random things...or not. Make sure you know the usual price before you pick up that red-tagged brush or cookie sheet.The main thing I get is that the store is struggling. With online retailers beating IRL stores into obsolescence, it is a shame to see. We need to patronize stores like this one to keep them around. We still love you, B, B & Beyond!

I love bed bath and beyond, I shop there once a month or more when finances permit. My complaint on this visit is in regards to the mens restroom...especially at a time like this during Covid cleanliness is expected above and beyond the normal call of duty and my experience was to find the toilet paper hanger barely hanging onto the wall, dirty grime covering the floors and walls, a pink residue inside the toilet, unstocked paper towels haphazardly placed above the dispenser and an overflowing trash bin...

The selection was pretty good, prices decent, but the cashiers werent very friendly or helpful. If I can find another store with the same products I may bypass BB&B next time.

This place gives great service! I was searching for a body pillow for my wifes birthday last month. And I called them to see if they had one. The lady I spoke to for right on it, and held the last one for me to pick up. On a side note.... guys if ya wife asks for a body pillow, prepare to be replaced at least until she needs body heat 😂🤣😂🤣.

The store is always clean and organized, making it easier to find what Im looking for.

While shopping today at Bed Bath in Tukwila, my car was broken into, shattering the passenger side front window. Come to find out from the manager, there have been break in problems in the parking lot. No camera recording of the lot, either. The shopping center owner needs to invest in security patrols for this known issue. Retail is already challenged by internet based shopping, now there is one less reason to shop at a Bed Bath, if they do not address a known car vandalism problem at their Tukwila store.

When we arrived we asked where we could find a bread box. We couldnt find one so one of the staff escorted us to the area. There wasnt one on the shelve. The same staff went to his computer and showed us what they carried.We ordered a bread box and had it delivered to our house. I am very happy with the exceptional customer service.

I just tried to get store credit for a painting I wanted to return here. They still sell the painting, it’s only been a few days. I lost the receipt, I paid cash, they won’t give me store credit because there is no proof of purchase. There are several of the exact same painting hanging on the wall right behind them. The barcode was still on it! This is BS. I’m deleting my BBB app account, never shopping here again. For YEARS I’ve shopped here, never again!! Amazon will get my business for now on.

Been to this location a number of times and it seems like many of the products are overpriced. Chances are I could find a lot of what they have on Amazon for cheaper. For example they want to charge $15 for a zester which is absolutely crazy. The aisle in this location are extremely narrow and difficult to navigate.You almost constantly feel like youre in someones way which makes me want to get out of there quicker. Chances are if thats the case I am spending less than I could be.

I really like this location. We bought draperies here recently. We are happy with the selection and the staff. The hand sanitizer stand at the front is a nice touch.

The girl at the register was not very helpful or knowledgeable, she must have been new. Kept getting mad because the return I was trying to make wasnt working right and she couldnt figure out how to use the phone. She got real frustrated and even said it was pissing her off. Then she did the refund wrong anyway and I had to make another trip into the store to get it straightened out. The male manager on duty was not very pleasant either.

They have everything! Give yourself plenty of time here because it is addictive. You will want to peruse every isle and probably spend more than you set out to, but they have anything you could possibly be looking for, including hard to find items. Plenty of parking and located next all of the shopping you can handle. Stop in and get some retail therapy. The only thing you may regret are the lines at checkout, but hey... they cant be perfect!

Helpful staff! Everyone there was eager to help with a smile. They are dog friendly too! Brought pur pooch in and he loved the store. Ended up buying his first dog bed here.

They have great deals if you are willing to wait for them. The 20% off any item coupons in the mail can really pay off if you wait for the right item. Customer service is great and there is always a manager to fix things. However they took out the price scanners so they only get 4 stars.

Bed bath and beyond is a fun store to shop at. I really enjoy all of the different foods and many spices to choose from. They also have a great selection of housewares and sports merchandise to root for your favorite sports teams.

Service was frustratingly slow. I went in (mid-day) for a specific item and quickly located it; but due to lack of checkout clerks (and extraordinarily slow checkouts), I spent way too much time in this store. Supervisor was calling for more help, but could have at least temporarily manned a station rather than just standing there watching other clerks work. Poorly managed during a busy time of year.

Never shopping here again. I stood in one of what appeared to be several lines at three different check out stations for a good 10 minutes. When I finally was about to check out, a lady from another station came over an informed me that there was one big line, and I needed to go stand at the end of that, including after several people who werent there at all when I first got in line. There were no signs indicating that there is one big line, and multiple people were standing in line at the other stations, which youd think would indicate there are multiple lines. What a waste of my time; I will shop else where.
