They were so nice and helpful! I got helped by the girl at the kiosk. I didn’t have all the information I needed to switch over my phone but she was so nice and wasn’t annoyed by it at all! It all got done, she was super helpful!

Stood at the kiosk next to AT&T for 40 min waiting for someone to show up that had a sign that read be back in 10 min. While she supposedly grabbed more phones which she never had in hand when she finally got there found out she went to her car and went to grab coffee... dont post a sign that reads 10 min when your going to be 40min. Poor customer service!! >:[

Was sent text offering new phone for upgrading service but the store did not honor the ad.
I purchased the Alcatel hotspot because D. Albarracin gave me miss leading information he said that 10 g would be enough gigs to use a Xbox one that was a lie that only covers 2hrs of game time this was on Saturday June 30th 2018 on Monday july 2nd I went back to complain Layla who claimed she was the manger/ supervisor said there was nothing she could do even though I explained what had happened other than to give anouther 10g on a device that I never wanted i said that this was ridiculous because i would have never purchases if I had known that 10 g wasnt going to work further more she had a horrible attitude and lied straight to my face acting like she new who I purchased it from but I hadnt given her any of my account info I asked if there was some one I could talk to above her she said call corporate also I said because of this I would change my provider she told me to go ahead worst costumer services ever in my life thank God I called metro and asked to speak to a supervisor and for some reason they where able to give me a refund I will never ever go to South center Mall to the metro PCS ever again they r liers only trying to make a sale on misleading info and r rude when you catch them and r unwilling to help
Terrible service here. Im waiting at the kiosk right this moment. The time is 11:16am and still no one is anywhere to be found. They are supposed to be open at 11am. 11 is 11.
