Unprofessional working attitude. This morning, we came to asked about the services and incentives when buying the Iphone 13 pro max, because we saw the good deal on T-Mobile website. There were 2 male employees with an unenthusiastic support attitude that made us quite disappointed, we didn’t feel welcomed.
Came in the store with a billing issue and Dylan took his time to listen and try to understand what was going on. He reviewed my account and found the problem got it corrected right away.
Sophia in the Burien location near Fred Meyers was very professional and friendly. She quickly gave me info. on the best deal and value for my family. Thank you Sophia
I just moved to Washington but even though this T-mobile was in a mall it was nice and helpful. A guy called Stephen helped me and he was a great employee he helped me with everything and was nothing but honest, great employee and Im sure everyone else is just as helpful.
They did great. Answered all our questions and got us set up. Great experience

Stopped in to buy a new iPhone 8. Literally took less than 30 minutes talk with April, connect the phone, sync everything, attach the protection case...etc, everything needed was handled professionally and I left with a smile on my face... Great Job April !
I see why this location has a 2 star review. I pre ordered a new phone and had it delivered to this location for pick up. The day I came to pick up my device no one had a clue where it was. Obviously upset, I wanted to return it. An employee (standing right next to the manager) implied that it was my fault that they could not find the the device. He also told me it was NOT policy to have devices sent to stores (If this is against store policy why did their employee have my phone sent there?) And I must have convinced the employee helping me to do so. It was only after the second time the employee offended me that the manager stepped in and asked his employee to calm down smh. Im filing a formal complaint.These guys in this store need some serious costumer service training.

Recently switched the TMobile from another carrier. The staff at this facility were beyond helpful. I spend nearly 40mins (I ask a lot of questions) taking with them. And they were either able to answer my questions or find the answers. The shop is always busy but they staff are knowledgeable and helpful.There are a ton of TMobile stores out here (have been to 5). Recommend these guys over the others!!!

Tried coming in today to transfer over 2 new lines waited so long but mever got helped did have 1 person at least say they would get to me as soon as possible but she was busy 2 other employees had the chance to help us out but just left us sitting there and helped out other guest who arrived after us only reason im giving 2 stars is because one person at leaat tried.
I walked in the store to buy a bluetooth for my phone, and the store manager was very rude to me. The staff in the store are very racist, and treated me like I was trying to steal something. They deserve less than a 1 star.
They will always withheld information that will cost you in the future. They also have some rude employees.
Beyond the worst customer service I ever experienced. Im canceling my whole Tmobile service just to make sure Im not putting my money into people who dont understand that I have something to do with there paycheck . They even lied about their names when I asked for them to write a letter. The store manager Brandon was clueless to help me and not concerned at all nor did he see past finances. An upgrade ? why would I be interested in an upgrade when your company has already inconvenienced my finances? I actually have no problem with spending money, but how Im treated is my number one priority. Quality over quantity is essential to maintaining a business. Ill definitely by word of mouth relay how tmobiles employees have no intention of consindering my perspective and experience from a company they work for. If you fail the needs of the customer, you fail yourselves. Oh and thank you in advance Tmobile, I know its not your problem . I can see that in who works for you .Respectfully, Chris Hardwick
They are very slow and dont really listen what the customer tells them. I was on a prepaid plan went to the store to find out if I can qualify for a lower price if I switch my plan to post paid it took me more than an hour, the guy who was serving me was on the phone he said he will find out the prices I told him 5 times if I dont get a lower price I will stay with the current prepay after an hour he told me that he switched it to post pay $180 unltd data, 14Gb of hot spot while I had the same service and price with prepaid.Even I told him 5 times after each 2 or 3 minutes while he was on the phone. He didnt listen he did what he wanted. I told him I am here more than an hour why would waste my time and yours he said what is the reason you want to stay with the prepaid.I was here 3days before this the sale associate didnt ask me about the 4digit PIN number he entered everything manually he wanted, cause he was in hurry.There is no customer service or care.After visiting this storeI hate T-mobile
