The customer service here is stellar. Best Buy has had its high and low points over the decades; but the employees at this location are always patient and happy to answer all my questions.I recent purchased a laptop here that I unfortunately had to return due to a manufacturer problem. The staff was super kind and easy to work with. After I did my return the associate at the customer service center expertly handed me off to another associate to help me find a better replacement system.
Trying to get a car stereo installed. Over 30 minutes in store asked multiple employees. They all sent me to someone else. Last one told me to just go into install area and find someone, but Door was locked. Im debating trying another best buy or just going somewhere else.
We ordered online to pick up in store and walked around for 25 minutes because we never got the notification that our order was ready. But the store is clean and staff was very helpful. Their selection was great as well, not a ton of out of stocks which was very nice. Overall good store and Id go back.
Wont ever shop here again. Carts of product blocking aisles, but nobody working the stock. I ended up purchasing one thing, but it ended up being a different price than what was marked. Finally when I went to check out, the cashier was chatting with the security guard. I stood in the empty que for a couple minutes, completely ignored by her. When her conversation was finally done, she walked by and went into the break room! (Or whatever that door leads to behind the checkstands). Two other employees walked by but nobody helped me.Finally, after nearly 5 minutes of standing in an empty line, I tossed the product on the counter and turned to walk out. The customer service lady called me over to her counter and I ended up buying my item from her. She was helpful and apologetic, but the damage was done.Worst service Ive seen at a Best Buy, will never be back.
Liam S. a sales advisor was outstanding with his knowledge of the different products, patience and problem solving. His customer service was better than any experience I have had in 20 years of purchasing products at Best Buy. I would highly recommend he be a trainer for the company. I was lucky enough to get him two days in a row at the store as I helped a senior citizen get a new phone and plan via Liam S. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great customer experience with the first person that helps them at Best Buy. Great job Best Buy for hiring Liam S.

Clean store, prices on electronics seem to be high. Good place to view product to find out what you want then to search for the Best Buy elsewhere.Update: bare shelves and staff was not easy to find. Went in with the intention of buying a VR headset, but only saw demo units and ended up just leaving because after walking the store twice I couldnt find anyone to help me get a unit.
Was in today, got helped by James (older guy in a Google shirt). We were looking for smart doorbells/security cameras. He may be a Google employee, and directed us to a Google product; but, he showed us why we wanted it, let us see live video from his personal system, and answered all our silly, uneducated questions.James is THE MAN.I will always trust him to steer me in the right direction. Would buy from him again, and again, and again.

My school was helping me purchase school supplies. I’m an engineer student. The employees here were not honest over the phone about having any of the products I needed in stock. Drove over 30 minutes to get to the store; finding out they had nothing. The staff never assisted and provided a way to order. I tried speaking to customer services and even contacted them through Facebook. No one wanted to assist or help me AT ALL. Having something same day was the intent. I was willing to wait.We stood there in the middle of the store purchasing from Amazon and Costco. It was a good amount of money for school. Laptop, several software, connectors, printer, etc. It’s like Best Buy is allergic to money now.
I ordered a replacement cable modem and did a curb side pickup. Everything was flawless from the ordering to the associate finding my vehicle. Price was decent and customer service was good. Best Buy is a great place to go if you need something same day versus waiting for a few days from Amazon or other online stores.
Great experience at this location. It was my first time in a Best Buy store. I had no idea where things were and where to go. All the sales people in sight were busy with customers. So I wandered on my own. I was lucky to find the right aisle quickly. While looking, a sales person just walked by and asked if I need help. He handed me what I was looking for, checked me out, and I was on my way in 15 minutes.
Complete disregard for the state mandates and employee health and other customers at this tukwila location. I came into the store to a return an item and the lady customer in front of me was wearing no mask and the employee assisting her said nothing. If anything he wasn’t even wearing his mask properly covering just his mouth. We are in the middle of a surge and decide to come during the week at a time when it’s not busy to reduce contact and have to experience this is more than disappointing. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.
Typical Best Buy experience - employees, if you can find one, are friendly enough but not overally knowledgeable. They can answer most basic questions but unless you get lucky and find one with experience or personal knowledge, you wont be deep diving into anything beyond whats already provided in the advertising pamphlets.I came in to look and touch TVs, soundbars, and the Galaxy Fold 3. I then went online and read reviews, educated myself, and then purchased the TV and soundbar directly from the manufacturer at the same price, or a bit cheaper than BB in the case of the soundbar, and as part of the online promotion, got an old TV removed for free.Like I said, the employees are friendly, its a place to see, touch, and hear electronics but I always end up buying somewhere else (Video Only, Amazon, Costco, etc) because of more knowledgeable sales staff, better prices and deals, and a sense that I matter as a customer.
Came in on a Saturday night, wasnt too busy. Needed something to convert rca to hdmi, found what I needed but was fairly expensive. Was hoping to find something else that converts rca, but its a dead technology so Im not surprised. Cashier was friendly.

I rarely review lately for retail shops especially big businesses but I just went in to buy an adapter and had such amazing customer service. Baba Khan in the computer department helped me find exactly what I need and check out in like TWO minutes flat! He was kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. I was running late to work and now I’ll make it there in time. Thanks, Mr. Khan!

Found the range I wanted right away at Best Buy in Tukwila. The sales associate James helped us pick out an over-the-range microwave to fit our needs, and was super helpful, super friendly, and efficient. Loved the fact that there were so many brands, models and makes of various appliances in the store.
What can you say about Best Buy, it is Best Buy! This store however is a little more edgy as there is a security service person with a hip mounted taser ready to zap that sticky fingered patron! I was on my best, they looked eager for business! Had what I needed and for a great price!Windows Mouse!

The store is good. Online purchases went smoothly. Hard to get the Geek squad to help on the phone though.
Usually when I come here the employees are really nice but the last time I was here I stood in front of a counter waiting for someone to help me with something. I stood there for about like 15-20 mins and no one would help, even when they did see me they would just walk by. I ended up just walking out.
Quick staff, helped me get right to the professional I needed and had me quoted/educated in timely fashion.

I loved prices... deals were great, but store helpers were not good. I walked out without best buys because I had no help... when I did finally find some one, they blew me off & gave me wrong information. So I ended up leaving empty handed... unhappy,, not sure if I will be going there any time soon....

This Best Buy always has so many things missing or not on the shelves. I regularly visit this one, the one at Northgate, Lynnwood and Issaquah and this is almost always the most bare. They do have a pretty good selection of cameras and availability but for other products they are often a bust.
Bought a new TV online, didnt go in but the curbside pick up was seamless, very well organized. Would definitely purchase from here again

I just bought a new laptop and so I went to Best Buy Geek Squad to have it loaded from my old laptop. I made an appointment everything went flawlessly and it took about 5 days and they called me to pick it up which I havent done yet. Process seems a little long at least theres some place that you can get this type of electronic service. Very grateful for that Im going to take my wifes laptop in and have it checked out as I bought one of those year-long service contract things. It covers the whole family.
You know how every time you go to a Best Buy you are basically assaulted by people asking if you need help? well this was no different, but when I finally got someone to actually assist me it was as if I was interrupting him and he had something better to do. I know this isnt normal, but it still wasnt a happy experience

Went in a month ago to get a washer and dryer delivered and installed. They ordered me two washers. No dryer. I didnt notice until the day of delivery. They delivered the two washers. I was told to send both back and call to get the mistake fixed. So I called and the woman on the phone was nice and helpful and said she will be directing our call to the guidance team to find our dryer and cancel one of the washers. Once transferred the guy had no idea what we were talking about and had horrible customer service trying to help us get it figured out. So we are transferred back to customer service who couldnt help us either. Who orders two washers?
Very disappointed in Best Buy’s return policy. In a day and age when stores are doing everything they can to stay afloat, Best Buy has the worst return policy and customer service I have encountered. If you don’t return something within 15 days or for the holidays you have until January 15th, then they won’t accept a return. So if you receive something as a gift for Christmas you better make sure you get it returned within 15 days. I took a while longer than that as I received a nest protect and just haven’t had the time to put it up yet. When I did go to put it up I realized that it was wired. My mom had meant to purchase me a wireless one. I didn’t even think to check because I knew that is what she had intended. Even though the product was untouched (yes, unwrapped), but untouched inside the packaging, they would not accept it. It is the newest version as well. I didn’t even want to return it. I wanted to exchange it for the wireless version. Many stores have expended their return policies lately because they know how important that is to customers and honestly most people I know’s favorite stores are ones who have the best return policies. I don’t think I will be shopping at Best Buy anymore. Can find the same stuff at stores who forgive mistakes much easier. Or online. Hell, Amazon is way easier than this. Bye Best Buy!
Tried to run in to buy a video game for my kid. I was ignored and passed by for ten minutes. So I put back my other purchases and left. Ended up going to GameStop, who were more expensive but very helpful. That is until they said they price matched without me even asking. Never going back to best buy again

Sales persons are curtious knowledgeable, helpful., and make sure their customers are satisfied, and have positive experience. But I realized male sales associates are more helpful, and more knowledgeable than their female counter part.Prices are very reasonable with all their overhead expenses compare to Amazon, or on line shopping.I am willing to pay more for items at best buy than cheaper on line, because of all the benefits I get from best buyThey have great customer serviceAnd great up to date products

The customer service was Horrible. One Dillon was just RUDE, and the other Dillon, though he was helpful, wasnt knowledge and gave me the wrong Information.
Went in to help a friend pick up a new television. Glad I had the truck because they didnt mention that transporting it flat (lying down as you would in an SUV) immediately void all warranties, including the one my friend paid extra for, until they brought it out of the store.
This place is not great its like they dont even want to sell anything. I wanted a camera and they told me no one is available to help they said come back tomorrow so I just went to Costco and bought it there..oh bad return policy and 45.00 restock fee on items doesnt help..
Horrible service, and the rep was totally rude! Ive been an excellent customer for years upon years there, and the disrespect and overall inexperience was clearly shown! Hopefully the managers take a gander at this, and correct the problem..

Door Security and Customer Service did great, even though they could not solve my problem - which is still extremely frustrating but not the fault of employees and more an issue with a 3rd party service provider and their asinine policies... Grr. Meanwhile, I tried shopping for a new phone and like always - cell salesperson barely made any effort to assist me. Typical of Best Buy no matter where you go, the cellphone sales team will always be nearly useless. You will wait around on them for service and they will do the bare minimum that is expected of their position when they finally make eye contact.
Geek squad was nice but ultimately refused to fix my phone because I didnt buy it there or subscribe to their repair plan. Im not sure why I was able to make an appointment over the phone. A wasted trip is annoying.
I bought a refurbished laptop from Best Buy, which works great! But it would only charge via my docking station I have. Turns out the power cord that shipped with the laptop was defective which we figured out after doing some sleuthing with Customer Service at the Tukwila store. Gratefully, the manager Michael had the Customer Service Rep give me one of their (used) chargers. And the Customer Service Rep (unfortunately I didnt note her name) was very helpful and friendly. Definitely doing a happy dance today.

Generally speaking this best buy is good on customer service. Not great. Im always hoping there will be someone walking by so I can ask them questions about the tech Im looking at. Lately, the shelves have been pretty bare. Several times Ive wanted a specific product but have not seen it in the store. I like to see before I buy but thats been hard to come by at best buy. I still enjoy coming here to look at whats new. I just wish they had more sales associates available.
Big box with lots of partially stocked shelves. Wen looking for smart light switch which was on display but labeled incorrectly as a WiFi light and not in stock. Salesperson directed me to another location and incorrectly pointed out wrong switch.
Drove a long way after calling it ask if an item was in store. When I arrived they said no it wasn’t. When I called other stores I was told it wasn’t possible to get. But when I was in store an associate showed me where they were stocked and out. Consistently is lacking. Big waste of time!
I have been going to this location for a few years and I have not once had a good experience here. People at the front door are rude and you can never find someone to actually help you. I just order online and pick up in store now (which i have even had problems with) and don’t spend long periods of time here. How this place has over 4 star reviews blows my mind.

I used to give them 3 stars on price and the disconnect between the online list for a stores in stock and reality. However, the sync between stock counts is much improved (IMHO) and, with Frys gone, this is my go-to for simple peripherals. Note: didnt engage floor personnel at all.
I needed help for a Galaxy Watch purchase and there was staff there just for Samsung who was able to help me very efficiently and answer all of my questions. I appreciated him very much- as we had driven up from Tacoma because the Tacoma store was sold out.
The geek squad did a great job with hooking up my Amplifier and speakers.

Good selection...lots of toys for boys and girls. Great friendly service. The only reason it didnt get five stars is I went to find a charger for my Garmin watch. They sell the watch but they dont sell the charging cable. In my opinion you cant sell something and not have supporting items yknow. But great place for lots of gadgets.
The average geek squad employee appears to know basically nothing and just be trained to tell you to spend money. They told me Id have to replace my laptop, but I took it to an ACTUAL repair place and they fixed it for free with a few screws and two minutes of their time. If I had listened to the geek squad Id be several hundred dollars lighter right now.
