Amazing maintenance of moving vehicle. 2500 miles and no issues with the 16 ft. Truck. Trailer got a flat though with 200 miles to go but Penske responded immediately.

Ten days ago, I reserved and paid for a 26 foot truck with Penske. Today I get a call saying there is no truck.Im not really sure we agree on what reservation means but this has really messed with my move this weekend.Try someone reliable instead.

We reserved a 26’ truck over a MONTH ago to move across the country with, and it was suppose to be ready for pickup 4 days before we’re suppose to be on the road. Every time we’ve called or checked our emails, they said the truck will be available and we will have it ready. Called this morning (the day of) and surprise, surprise. No trucks available, no 26’ trucks in all of Washington. We put a large deposit down, but they just couldn’t hold up their end of the deal. Useless company, won’t ever rent from these people again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’m making a big move with my family across the country, so I made an online reservation for a truck. Received confirmation emails to make sure it all went through. The day I’m supposed to pick up the truck, they tell me they don’t have one to give me. They said they allowed others to extend their truck rental this weekend, therefore not having any for me. This is absolutely unacceptable, they cannot play with someone’s time like this.

Made a reservation over a month ago for a 26ft truck. It was all confirmed and everything. This past Thursday I even get an email saying that the truck I reserved will be ready for the day I pick it up. Today I call to confirm and they don’t have any trucks available here or in the state. I’m moving across the country and I’ve even told them that. Unbelievable that with a reservation and the advance time I gave them they do this. Never really write reviews but Penske has the worst customer service I ever had to deal with that I had to make an exception for such a horrible managed company.

Best Penske I have been to and I have been to several across the country. The 2 Ladies working the front desk are the best.Ric p2p.

It is right off of Interstate 5 which is nice but the facility is pretty small. A bit difficult to get in and around if you have a big rig and a trailer.

Always a good deal, a clean well cared for vehicle, and a very friendly staff. If a problem pops up they make it right. Give our lady Tiffany a big hug for me.

They need 1 more person checking people in!!!! Sales clerk was nice enough but But had to wait over a 1/2 hour to get the keys

Have to agree with Patrick.....called the place today, left messages for Shirley (no call backs) and then after 2+ hrs of waiting, got the run around from Dan (his idea was to get my number and leave a message for Shirley.....seriously??) Vicious circle of NO KNOWLEDGE from anyone!! Worst customer service over-the-phone I have encountered in quite a while. Definitely no notion of sensitive customer issues that require more than just leave messages and get off the phone.

$8 a gallon to refill the truck is a straight rip off of customers.

Wonderful experience with this location. Id never rented from Penske before. I originally called the Seattle Sodo location, spoke with a guy who said hed call me back in a few minutes and they never called me back.As it turns out, I lucked out. The YRC freight terminal in Tukwilla where my shipment was arriving turns out to literally be directly across the street. The staff at YRC alerted me there was a Penske facility across the street. I called Penske with less than a days advance notice and they were able accommodate my request. They immediately emailed me confirming my appointment and were ready when I arrived. I mentioned I was moving from one storage facility to another, as well as hauling some of the load to my condo. When I said I was doing it all on my own. they mentioned they had a lift gate available and that saved my life!! I was in and out in less than ten minutes with a wonderful young lady walking me out to my truck and showing me the features. The truck had 62,000 miles on it, but was in terrific condition. The cab looked brand new and everything on the truck worked perfectly.When I returned the truck the next morning, Andrew checked me in and I was out in a few minutes. Final email receipt was almost immediately in my inbox. Great experience!

Overall good experience. They didnt have the truck size i reserved but they offered an upgrad to a larger size for free. Penske was by far much cheaper than UHaul. I will ONLY use Penske going forward... no per mile charges :)
