What a joke. I made a reservation for a uhaul online. When I went to pick up the truck it was downhill from there. Clerk was on her personal cell the majority of the time. She only put it down to USE IT TO TAKE PICTURES OF MY DL! After waiting for her to complete my paperwork for an exorbitant amount of time, she provided me with a final price that was almost 300$ more than my original quote without insurance yet. It was the last straw. I canceled in store and went to the Renton Highlands location and has the best experience. Take your business elsewhere.

Please do not drop off package here. They stole my package and didnt hand over my package to DHL courier. Then I contacted them for my lost package, they said they can do nothing since I didnt print label on their site. Have reported this to DHL.
