The woman who helped me rent my unit was great to work with, and even though she doesnt normally work at the Tukwila location she improvised and did a fantastic job walking me through the process!

Theyre way shady and will put a lock on your units without forwarning even if your all paid up! Then tell you, you can only go while they are in office and charge $75 dollars each time to go ! I WOULD RECOMEND NEVER TO GO HERE!!

Won lien/auctioned off unit and when I went to pick up a bunch of items were missing/gone. Very upsetting.

Keyla been very rude to me, and used the word ignorant, when i told her i couldnt pay on time becuse the payment system wasnt working,

The security system is a little over the top, especially during the day when they even have personnel working. And Im super annoyed that you have to get the key from the office to use the restroom, which normally isnt that big of a deal except for the over the top security protocol you have to use to even get the key... oh my G! And the whole 2nd floor smells like fuel fumes all the time!

Clean safe and affordable

This place is great and affordable! Only thing is if it was 24/4 hour access, which it easily could be. Its setup like a fortress!

New site manager is great. Old moody dude is gone. Problems will probably curtail. Onward and upward!

I rented a storage unit here for years. The place is always clean and well maintained. Tracy was always nice and friendly when I had questions, and even when I moved out. The only nit pick was how fast prices went up, but other than that, an exceptional place for storage. Would recommend.

Manager is so not easy going, and can be on the edge of rude pretty frequently. If you have options, use them-because this guy is just not easy to do business with.

They let me be late a couple of times their responsible they call you to make sure. We are able to pay then they give you a couple of days to pay for storage

Better and cleaner facility than Public Storage.

I guess theres not much to say aside that this could possibly be THE BEST Public Storage location in the greater Seattle area. All due to the exceptional service and warm welcoming attitude we experienced from the manager Joyce! Thanks a million!

I cant say enough good things about this place. Ive been renting here for years and I would never go anywhere else Period. Its clean the staff is always professional always willing to help and very accommodating. Oh and Terry the Manager is one of the biggest reasons I love doing business with them. :)

Great price, very clean, the guy behind counter acts like he disspicuss the world and everyone in it. Other than the counter dude its a great place, they are having a special,the FREE, FREE, FREE use of a large trk for one day to to help you move..you only pay gas and milage..

Good facility but rates seem to be going up faster than other similar facilities so the club Im a member of took out storage elsewhere.

Everything about tukwila self storage is acceptionally satisfying, and I havent and wouldnt use any other storage company due to the great experiences I continue to have when storing here..
