Called and received same day service from John Robertson. John was exceedingly professional and kind, but what particularly stood out to me was his sharp eye, attention to detail and attentiveness with my garage door and its operational problems (going down only halfway, then retracting). Most techs tend to focus on only one thing (“Oh, you need a tightening of your chain; oh, you need to install a new rail”), but John performed a comprehensive tune-up of my garage door, from new nylon rollers with ball-bearings, to a chain tightening, to rail oiling, to new hinges and re-anchoring of some that didn’t need to be swapped out anew, to rebalancing the door, to resetting the opener’s limit. It was thorough and committed work where I feel I received John’s full passion and focus, and now I have a fully operating garage door for $125 instead of the $750+ new door installations other places were pitching me. John says his philosophy is, “Whenever possible, repair before you replace.” My kind of philosophy right there!

In a field where a lot of service providers have their ups and downs these guys were all on the up and up. Had a door that was CONSTANTLY getting stuck/hanging on the track and they fixed the issue for WAY less than I had been quoted by other companies and they actually came in under their own estimate because the problem was easier to fix than we thought. Would use them again.
