Paul did a new replacement for our older now obsolete opener. He was precise, very knowledgeable and had our new system adjusted and working perfectly. He cleaned up after to make sure there were no screws etc left behind on our garage floor and took the old parts with him. He was excellent!

They gave me a written quote & later charged me $800 more. I took them to court but lost after they claimed my wife made changes to the door ordered. Then claimed that if I wanted the cheaper door my wife should had stopped them from installing the door. Whenever they spoke to her she always would only say talk to my husband. In court the judge asked her if she had talked to them. She said yes because she had told them to speak to me. So because they lied we lost. If you work with this company lookout for a bait and switch.

Worst customer service we have ever received from a business!! Called last week to get a new garage door opener and installed and was told they would come out last Friday or this Monday and I called Monday afternoon because we had not heard from them and someone who sounded about 14 years old came back to the phone and said they were out of garage door openers and they would call us when they got done in!!! I said “why didn’t anyone call and update us?” And she literally said “Ummm yea I am not in charge of that so……”. What a joke of a company!!!! Still haven’t heard back from them!!

Had a garage door opener that wouldn’t close. They got the tech, Lloyd, out to the house in just a couple of hours. He diagnosed it correctly right off the bat. Got it fixed fast. Super friendly. Fine-tuned a couple of other things on the door at no additional charge. Very happy with the service.

I originally called another garage door company who installed my door to come out and fix my door. it got off track and the spring were needing wound. They wouldnt repair it but offered to sell me two new springs. I called Overhead door for a repair and came out same day and fixed my door so fast and for a fraction of the cost of the other company. I highly recommend Overhead Door of Tulsa. Will use them in the future for sure.

I was heading to work and noticed my garage door wouldnt open. I noticed that one of the springs was broken and called Overhead Door Company. The lady that answered the phone was so nice and helpful and was even able squeeze me in. They had someone out at my house within the hour. The service man had the spring fixed in no time. A+ customer service and would recommend using them.

Zach came by the house when I thought I was going to need a new door, track, and springs. He could have very easily sold me all of those because I was prepared to bite the bullet.Zach was speaking with my wife when I entered the garage. He had already informed my wife that the door needed an adjustment and it would cost less and $350, including an insulation kit that I have been wanting for quite sometime.Lloyd came out answering all of my questions. He worked quickly and quietly as I was working from home and kids were taking naps. The bill was much less than expected. The door worked great while being quieter than before.By the time it was all said and done we found out we also needed to sensors (because the 20 yr old laser was too weak during the intense daylight sun). Lloyd came back out the next day to update doing a great job once again. In the end, with the expected total was still less than originally quoted.Great communication, fixed what needed to be fixed, and did not take advantage of anyone in the process. I trust the Red Ribbon with my business and would refer them to anyone!

I bought a house 90 days ago and they have been out to my house 3 times already. Today I opened the garage door and the upper section of the door came off the track and started swinging. I called the emergency number and was told, even though the door is still under warranty the emergency repair would be 150.00 dollars. I was told to just close the door and call back Monday. Really Sad!

Needed a simple repair, the person on the phone was extremely rude when trying to get set up. Was told they do not do appts or even time frames. I was told we only call 30 mins before we come.....who can sit around all day waiting? I mean even the cable company gives at least a 2-3 hour window. Employees with attitudes doesnt really help either. Reading others reviews clearly Im not the only person who has experienced the rudeness of their phone staff

Bad service and bad business, would not recommend at all, no customer service, the ladies that answer the phone dont know their head of their feet, they are totally lost and want to charge more for the service, only then they are willing to pay attention to you if you willing to pay more than your deductible. Never again would I recommend or call for service.

Installed my garage door incorrectly. The header was screwed into drywall and not wood. Repair person did a great job and indicated it was not installed correctly. Was charged for the call-out. My wife and I decided to use Overhead Doors because the company I work for uses them and they have always been professional. We were very pleased with the service they provided. They were able to get out to our place in a couple days. Everything has been working great for the year we have had the openers.

This may come off petty to some, but it’s the principle of it. I’ve used TOD a number of times to replace broken springs on my garage door. I’m the type of person that if you do a good job at a reasonable price, then you’ve got a life customer. The last time I had my springs repaired I was pleased. However, I owned some Dewalt shaded safety glasses that I used when I cut my yard. They come with a cleaning pouch. Since the repair, I haven’t seen them. Not even the pouch. I may have only spent around $16 for them, but the point is when you leave someone to do work for you and they do more than repair (negatively) you’ve lost a customer and a referral. If I took the time to locate the receipt I’d put the repair guy’s name on here. I’m not one to leave my garage open and no one outside of family is ever in my garage. Side note-I live in a gated neighborhood. Whenever my springs break again I’ll be looking for someone new and I’ll put a hidden camera in the garage. I hate that I can’t trust a company to do its job and have to take inventory post repair.

Nightmare!!! Our third car garage door was sticking. First, the technician removed siding off the garage door. He said he fixed it. He left with the siding! Our siding. He didn’t ask if he could keep it. Then I noticed a quarter inch gap around the door! I called. They came back out and he tightened up the door. Now there are huge gaps at the bottom. They weren’t there before. I need this fixed! This company is a sham.

Called on the phone, and they try to provide the least amount of help that could possibly be provided without actually hanging up on you, but still manage to be on the rude side. Called a different dealer had exactly what I wanted and was able to articulate that in a way that inspired some confidence. The key take away from this review, call someone else that will be helpful and do business with them.

I ordered a custom designed wood grain fiberglass doors. What I got were panels made from plywood. They replaced the bottom 2 panels within a year because the panels were bubbling up from moisture. Its been 2 years since the 2 panels were replaced and they need to be replaced again. Everyone there was incredibly rude. They ripped the cover on my classic bronco when they were putting the panels on. They set the keypad with a code but never told me the code and when a manager came out to look at the panels he couldnt get the keypad to work. If youre reading reviews I would go anywhere else but this place.

I am giving 3 stars because there were pros and cons. My husband said the guys were nice and shook his hand..but..they showed up at 9:10 am, they set out a couple things out of the truck, but when my husband walked back outside, they were in their truck. They told him that they wanted to finish their breakfast...he was fine with that, but thought that it was only going to be 5-10 more minutes...25 minutes later they finally got out to start work at 10 am. My husband left to bring me lunch about 11:30 and he said that they were back sitting in the truck. They finally got finished a little after 1 pm. We found after the fact that they had put the opener so high on the wall that I cant really reach it without jumping a little. It is all the way to the top of the door frame. I wish they would have asked if we wanted it lower since I dont think I even reach 53. They were replacing the door and opener. We were told it would take 2 hours, it took them 4 hours. And they left a mess! They left 2 boxes full of old parts in my garage and a large stack of skinny long boxes too. And we found several bolts laying around the floor. I dont like that they didnt take their trash when they left. Now saying all that, it wasnt all bad. The door looks great and is great quality, and my husband said they were extremely polite. If they would have managed theirs and our time better and cleaned up after themselves they would have got 5 stars.

Door decor handles were installed improperly on brand new door, preventing the door from being able to open. Now there are holes in the wood panels, where the handles were and all they did to repair was put putty over the holes, which is visible, when I asked them to replace the panels. I have tried getting in contact with the sales rep Larry Spriggs, and manager Robert, but they will not return my calls. I see a few other post regarding their customer service and being ripped off, and I have to agree. Not a single call back and now I have a new door with visible holes with putty over them. I would avoid this company and try to find a more reputable vendor.

Had an unfortunate set of events with Overhead Door yesterday. We were quoted $175 over the phone. When the technician arrived, he was smoking a cigarette on our front porch. My pregnant wife had to open all of the windows on our first floor to get the smell out of our house. He installed 2 springs instead of the 1 we were quoted, without asking if we wanted them and told us the bill was now $250. He told us we could take it down and put back up the old spring if we wanted, but if it broke when he was doing so we would have to pay to get it fixed. Felt like a bait and switch type of thing.I decided to call to let a manager know. Being a small business owner myself, I figured it was just a mistake and they would make it right. After letting the manager know what happened, and that I wasnt angry, he told me that if X company in town would have done our repair, they would have charged us $800 and not lifted a finger. I thought it was odd that the manager would immediately throw some other company under the bus. At that point, I told him that I just wanted him to know what happened, so he would know. After about 30 seconds of him accusing me, I told him that I was fine with the charge and we moved on.We wont be using this company again as they showed true unprofessional behavior, didnt make it right with us, smoked up our house, and didnt do anything but make us feel bad for having the issue. Not to mention we were overcharged and under communicated to.I never write poor reviews, but am writing this one in hopes that other families see this and choose to go elsewhere.

Had two doors garage doors installed one has never closed properly which has subsequently come off the track due to a faulty install (bolts, harware coming loose, etc). At this time they refuse to come out and correct their mistake which would literally take them a few minutes. Mr John Malloy needs to be taught some customer service skills and manners.

Just had Overhead Door out to fix a broken spring. They got here within 45 minutes of my call. Jeremy( I think that was his name, sorry if not) was very nice and professional and had both springs replaced in about 30 minutes. Only one spring was broken but I decided to have him replace both as the second was probably likely to break soon as well. Couldnt have gone better. Thanks.

I called to see if they would look at my garage door since my landlord wouldnt fix it. The lady I spoke with said she would look up what was wrong, everything showed that it was under warranty. She informed me that if it wasnt to much of that they would waive the service call fee.SO 5 minutes after the man arrives and 1 screw tightened later I got charged $95.00 He didnt oil the rollers like he wrote on the ticket, he also wrote that he had adjusted the sensitivity, he didnt. The guy was at my house literally 5 minutes, used my step ladder to look at the door and STILL charged me. I am not one to not pay for services that are rendered. but seriously nearly $100.00 to tighten a screw?
