This company totally got over on my 18 year old daughter! Took them like almost 2 hours to get to her. The guy came off very rude, after finally showing up. And then completely overcharged her when it was time to pay. She locked her keys and her phone in her car. He charged her $170 dollars. Instead of calling me back once he arrived at her location and verifying the price, as discussed to begin with.

I was not at home and lost my key fob (which is needed to even start my car). It was a Sunday and in the evening. They were the only people I could get to come out and I am glad it was them that came. They got in my car and programmed a new key fob. They have much to improve on. From their scheduling issues and no shows to the façt that after a week I was told to buy another ECU because mine was fried. Somehow this was only realized when installing it In my car. The second ECU I bought online cost me well over $100 and now sits in my living room collecting dust. There was nothing wrong with it . The experience left me second guessing using them and I found a way better alternative.

Dont bother with Pop a lock, or any others around Tulsa. They were fast, both in getting to me and unlocking the vehicle. Literally less than a minute after he arrived it was unlocked. Definitely saving their number if another accident happens. $55 well spent.Just for knowledge, it was $85 for Pop a lock, 24/hr lockout was over $100

I called on July 5th as I’d locked myself out of my mom’s house and my car. Someone answered, took my name and address, then told me someone would give me a call. No one ever called me, and still hasn’t as of two days later. I wouldve liked nothing more than to give this place a good review, but unfortunately working with Mobile Locksmith has given me and my wife a bad taste in our mouths.My wife took in a new set of keys we bought for our 06 Toyota Landcruiser to get cut, but NOT to get programmed. We had every intention to program them ourselves to save money and only get the keys cut. But the folks over at Mobile Locksmith decided to just go ahead and program them without asking, charging us $150 in the process. They never said that they were going to do this, and my wife didnt feel comfortable with arguing after they had completed it since they hadnt been particularly friendly during the process.Overall pretty disappointed with how that turned out, maybe we werent clear enough about what we wanted but you should always ask a customer before charging them that much money. Wont be visiting this place again anytime soonEdit: I appreciate the owners response but unfortunately this is a case of miscommunication with a customer.What I could do is list all of the details about what happened from our perspective... But Im not going to do that because its petty. Ultimately they didnt explain any of what they were doing to us. They can say all day Im not sure what side of the story you heard trying to switch the blame around to us lying about it... LOL.Look guys, you messed up and werent clear about what you were doing - its alright, Im sure youve treated other customers better. Excellent job by Sam and quickly replaced doorknobs on front and back doors. Called about back door knob that no longer worked and with 2 dogs, needed it fixed ASAP!! While he was here, I remembered front knob was hard to lock so replaced it also. Thanks so much for job well done.

I had a great interaction and experience here. Setting up a new location and had them come out to rekey all of the doors as well as get some padlocks keyed universally. The guy could not help me. Tried to charge outrageous price. Started out saying $360 then wanted $180 for a key that didnt work.$85 service fee. Said he had a computer that would reprogram the key.
