The technician arrived at the early end of the time window and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He worked quickly, did a great job, and was up-front about all of the issues my garage door was having. He quoted prices fairly and was honest about what I needed. I would highly recommend this service. I cant believe Ive been suffering from garage door problems for so long when they could be fixed in a half hour at a great price.

Consider a company willing to come to your aid on a Sunday morning. Then consider the Service Man being courteous, gracious, prepared and ready to work within an hour.Completed the repair to our 54 year-old garage door in a short time then, at our request, quoted us a price to completely replace the entire structure.Three days later he returns with the correct door selected, removes the old door, and builds the new one from scratch. He even hauled away the old door, over 300 pounds, and eliminated a trip to the dump as a courtesy.The mans name is Michael Creel, and he deserves the highest praise for a job well done in the time frame promised.

I called to have someone come out to take a look at my garage door/motor. To my surprise they were able to schedule for someone to come out the same day I called. My service tech was Luke. He was friendly and very professional. He explained to me why I was having the issue that I was having and was able to fix it in no time. Garage Doors did a great job. Late on a Friday night I couldnt get my normal garage company Ive used to come out until Monday. Garage Doors had an experienced tech, James, who responded quickly, got the door back up and operational and took the time to lubricate and adjust the door so it runs like new. It was my mother-in-laws large double door and was half way up, off track and totally non-operational. The tech, James, was outstanding- very professional, got right down to business, and was friendly and courteous. Would highly recommend this company, especially if you have a door that wont close on a late Friday night and need it fixed immediately. Super experience.

The service provider arrived on time and gave my garage door a thorough tune-up. He explained what he was doing at each step and even performed the honey-do of changing out the overhead light bulbs. Very pleased.

Their customer service impressed me more than than the cheaper bid, too. I will only use them for future Garage Door repair or replacement needs. They are local...the other company I called lied and said they were, then a call center called me back from California to confirm the appointment, and a very pressure-sales approach...not Tulsa Home Garage Doors....good people.

The service techs were out on the same day as I called to install my new garage door that I had previously ordered. as my car was stuck in my garage due to the old doors spring breaking. They were very courteous and worked for sometime taking the old door down carefully as not to damage my car. I then removed my car from the garage and they were able to install the new door and door opener soon after. I am so please with the new door and the service they provided. I couldnt be happier. I gave a 3 due to quick response and quick service. But I felt like we got ripped off. At the time we had dealt with so many quotes for other issues, getting more quotes for this didnt sound pleasant. but had I shopped around I probably could have saved about $400. My mistake but the price was extremely high.

Tulsa Home Garage Doors did a fantastic job of fitting me into their schedule late on a Saturday when we had a door spring break and both cars were left stranded in the garage. We were out of options. I felt like both the phone staff and field technicians did a great job. When it was obvious that our first technician would be late from a previous job, they showed commitment to their promise to take care of our situation that day and scrambled another technician who had already finished his work and gone home for the day. That technician (Michael) was even apologetic that it had taken them longer than expected. He arrived well after dark and made sure that we were taken care of and not stranded all weekend. We felt very taken care of.

He was able to diagnose a problem that was 20 years in the making, quickly fix it, and help us avoid, quite likely, a serious problem.At the same time, he diagnosed another problem - spring replacement. He expertly showed me where the problem was and we agreed to get it fixed NOW instead of waiting for catastrophic failure. It was a problem I could have delayed to fix until after the holidays, but I did not want to risk a garage door failure when I was away, or worse, a failure which could cause injury or property damage.THGD, thank you for your service. Beware! Would give negative stars if possible. Shady company that goes by several different names. Choice Overhead Doors of OKC (which is website they bought out and use as a false site which is false advertising) aka Neighborhood Garage Door Services of OKC (which has the reviews and old reviews of the previous company) aka Precise Garage Door Repairs which is on the invoice. Called them out to fix garage door which was a broken spring. Was told it would be after 3:00 and showed up about 7:20. Was told it would be $480. Britton the Tech put on a spring the first time and put it on backwards and had to take off and put on again. I had to help hold a part which I didnt mind, but maybe should be taken off of labor since I was using my time. Finished the job at 9:15. Britton who the tech was taking off and was pushing button for garage door to go down and it wouldnt. He came back in and then said he couldnt fix it and that I would need to call another garage door company and would be another $100 or more. I stated that if that were the case then I would have called them to begin with. Called to talk to supervisor Amber the next day and she asked if it would go up and down manually. She stated then they did their job. I told her I wanted it repaired to be able to use the opener and not have to do manually and that is why I called to have it repaired. If a person were elderly or disabled then they would not be able to do it manually which is why someone has if repaired. Im sure they will delete this post.
