On a Sunday our 22 year old garage door collapsed. I contacted Reliable Door Services that evening via email, thinking Id hear from them on Monday morning. Nope, I got a message that same night. Sent the requested photos on Monday morning of said garage door. Chris gave us a quote and soon after Noah and Jake were here to begin work. We are so pleased with the customer service received as well as the excellent work. We will continue to use them for all our garage door needs and will be recommending Reliable Door Services to all our friends.

Excellent service! Noah came out same-day and repaired a broken metal plate that attached the opener to the wall. We had tried to find a replacement part, but were unsuccessful and were told by another company that our only other option would be to replace the whole garage door opener. So appreciate that Noah was able to replace the part as he saved us more than $300. He was extremely pleasant and even tuned up our other garage door as a bonus! Will use this company again and highly recommend them to anyone.

Quick at coming out and handling a repair on an existing overhead door! These folks showed up on time, and were able to work on the existing door without a problem. I had an issue with a belt on a belt drive motor and they had it fixed within an hour!

I don’t even know the name of the gentleman who answers the phone for this company.... but what I do know is his EXCELLENCY and commitment to customer service!I needed my overhead door springs replaced because I had one break! I called, but they were booked for several days.However, the gentleman on the phone walked me through the replacement of the springs, and provided information detrimental to obtaining them.It took my 2 hours, because I had to rewire my sensor to complete the process, but I’m happy to say my garage door opener works just fine now!I can’t thank him enough!When I’m ready to replace my older opener, or need additional adjustments on my garage doors, this IS the company I’m calling!

When i couldnt resolve the issue i called back back and made an appointment and he arrived on time. Very knowledgeable and gave me plenty of options to get my garage door working again.

We have been using Chris at Reliable for years, and have no plans to change. We have 40+ overhead doors at Bob Hurley Ford service departments, and they can have problems at the most inopportune times. Chris and his team are as reliable as it gets, doing what they say theyll do, great quality work, and fair pricing. We had an emergency garage door failure and not only did Reliable Door Services come out faster than I expected, but they charged less than the other 2 quotes I had gotten over the phone! Their service was professional and quick - I would highly recommend them again to friends and neighbors.

Two days ago a garage spring broke -essentially trapping my car in the garage. I called Reliable Door Service because their sticker was on the wall by the opener button. (At some point they had done work for a previous homeowner.) My knowledge of openers is limited but I texted a picture of the problem and they responded right away with a quote and warranty information. This price was in line with what I had seen online so I arranged for them to come today and do the repair. He arrived on time within our arranged window and called when on the way. Overall Noah was great! He didnt let small challenges of old houses get in his way and in about an hour I was good to go. He explained what he was doing and got the job done. Ive had a few less than satisfactory events with other name garage door services here in town. Thought I would try somebody new and found these guys on the net. Always a little skeptical of reviews, but...These reviews are legitimate. Nice to work with, accommodating, even called to tell me they were 30 minutes away and showed up on time. Noah was excellent, very nice young man, and could have been in and out in 30 minutes. But he took the time to explain the when and the where springs and rails need maintenance. Would recommend Reliable to anyone and will use them exclusively from here on out for service and purchase.

Chris was very professional in all communications and while doing the work. He was able to work around my schedule. I called him out because I had a spring break. The price was quoted up front and well worth it. He even took a look at my whole system to make sure everything was functioning properly. Extremely courteous crew: dealt with two different employees, and both were friendly and knowledgeable. After they installed, I had a question about function. Within a couple hours someone was there in person at my house to walk me thru it.They beat everyone elses prices. My door is a focal piece to my new house and looks great.
