Very friendly, fast service good people own it and work there, never had any problems. Would not go any where else

This place has always been my go to place for tires and alignment but today I am going to have to put them at the very bottom of the list. First I order tires from simple tires. Even pay them to install them for me through Simple Tires then they say they can’t install the tires cause they don’t have employees. Next my appointment was scheduled on Monday for this Saturday morning as a drop and go. Then they tell me they are no longer open on Saturdays . They said I could come in on Monday but they doubted they could do it on Monday. Again no employees. Owner wanted to talk about tone well in my opinion I’d close down before telling everyone at a tire shop they can’t change a tire. It’s my hope they improve for the other customers that they have left but I will not be back...

I came here 9/22/21 and realized on 9/24/21 that my pills were gone out of my car there were 20 in there and the white tall dude with clown hair and messed up teeth took them we came Friday morning to talk to boss he responded “ theres we could do without proof” he was rude so make sure y’all take all the important belongings before going to tupelo tire and wheels !!!😡😡😡

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I took a set of brand new wheel and tire to this place to be put on my vehicle. Very expensive wheels I may add with low pro tires. They did a excellent job putting them on. Unfortunately I ran over a screw in the parking lot at my job, so in great confidence I took my vehicle back up to their shop. They charged me for the patch on my tire. Something told me to look before I left and THANK GOD I DID. The so called mechanic had gashed my rim up so bad! When I approached the owner he told the mechanic he would have to repair it with a new one. An hour later I called to see when they were going to replace it and he then proceeded that he wasnt going to be able to to replace it but he would repair it. Giving him the benefit of the doubt of him saying it would look like new, I gave it a try. Didnt work! My rim looked horrible when I got it back! Do not go to the place or you would be taking them to court like a plan on doing!

This place is why I joined this review site. They were friendly and professional. The tech was an older man who knew what he was talking about and explained the issue to me without being condescending. Im emotional about my car, it symbolizes independence for me and he cared about it as much as I do. Theyre also a small business, which I love to support.

We had a flat tire on the interstate 8 hours from home. They fixed the tire in less than an hour and had us back on the road. Super nice and reasonably priced!

Driving home from vacation and had a blow out. We googled the closest place. The first 2 establishments were closed early even though it stated they were open til 5pm. Pulled in at 3. So we found TupeloTire and Wheel. They were the friendlist group of workers and they got us in and out and back on the road in less than 30 mins. They were very busy as well, but took time out to get us back on the road. The price was great too. Very honest, I was goning to buy a second tire and he stated that there was no reason to because my other tires were in great shape.

Needed a slow leak fixed. I brought it in off the vehicle. They got right to work on it and found the leak, installed an inside the tire patch and had it ready to go while I waited. Excellent staff, comfortable waiting area and good work. Ill be back when I need tires or other tire work.

I have been here twice to get new tires for my previous car. The pricing is good and the service is better. One time I came by to get some nitrogen in my tires because they were a little lower than I liked. The owner filled it up for me and didnt charge me anything. Thank you.

Absolute worst customer service ever received at a tire shop. Asked for a rotate and flat repair, only 1 side rotated and no repair done. I did wheels and tires for over a decade and receved certifications in multiple brands, when we returned they refused to own up to their mistake. Do not use this location. Very poor management.
