My cell phone battery was quite swollen and in danger of exploding. Took the phone to CPR Cell Phone Repair Upland and got the battery replaced within an hour. I was extremely impressed with this business! I chatted them on Yelp and they were very responsive and provided me a quote and repair time to set my expectations. I dropped off my son’s Nintendo Switch Lite with a pixelated screen on a Thursday at lunchtime and the called before close of business Friday that it was complete! FAST! Battery in mobile phone needed to be replaced, referred to CPR byVerizon store. Battery was ordered overnight and installed the next day. So far so good ... would have needed to buy a new phone otherwise subject to what the Verizon store had in stock. Saved time, money and buying a phone that was available instead of phone of my choice. But, thats the current times we live in ... happy with what service can be provided.

Great job switching my shell on my Nintendo switch lite. Fast service too dropped off and picked up the next day. They even accommodated changes after I sent in my item. Super friendly and helpful. Told me a price and kept it. My only issue was it came back a little smudged like whoever was working on it was eating something orange or red.

I have a Moto G Power (2021), and I broke the screen. This was the only shop suggested within 50 miles of my home in Lincoln Heights (and the other CPR.) I called, they told me they could find the parts with an alternate supplier (a first, Ive been to several local shops that could benefit from this alternate supplier.) and they would send me an invoice. I drove in the next afternoon after they called that their parts were in, and spent an hour and a half wandering around Target and reading in my car while they fixed it. The phone works so well Im leaving them this five-star review with it. I would post a photo 😁🐶 dang autocorrect but my camera is in my phone.

Good customer support they can have more cell parts for replacement/fix for different brands than other places .

The store was clean and smelled wonderful. Staff was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Was very impressed with the service I came in for as it was completed within 15 minutes from beginning to end. I hope not to be back but if i have a repair need I will come back and highly recommend CPR Cell Repair.

It only took about 2 hours for my screen to be repaired, and I found their prices extremely competitive. They were also able to replace my battery. The two gentlemen who assisted me were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Great customer service. I 100% recommend this location for any cell phone repair needs you have. Great customer service and fair prices

I have taken in my phone twice, soon to be a third because the techs at this shop have not properly fixed and/or tested my device before claiming its ready to be picked up.First time was the drop off.Second time the screen panel made AWFUL noises when any pressure was applied. During this time I made sure to stress my failing USB port does not reliably charge and does not allow data transfer when connected to PC. My Squaretrade claim approved me for a replacement port. They swore up and down its good now along with screen.Third time, The screen is flawless thank you very much but the USB port is acting the exact same way and now I have to take it back inI called several times to ensure the USB port was being worked on and gave them ways to test to see if their fixes are working. They lied to me about the USB port and now I am I out my phone for a third week. So unprofessional. If I did this kind of service at my job Id lose customers and possibly my job.

I had some issues with ordering items and them saying they had it, and then coming for pick up and then they said they didnt have it. Other than that, great quality, very responsive, good value, and very professional.

Had my iPad Air 2 LCD/screen replaced and entire process was smooth. I received an estimate online and made an appointment online to drop off. I was notified to pick up later same day and there were not any problems.

Even with store renovation issues they had a table set up outside and were quick, responsive, and repaired my cell in less than 2 hours. Highly recommended.

Had a issue involving 2discs in my ps3 it took them about 2 hours to fix and after it was returned to me I found I was having an issue with my ps3 ejecting discs. I took it in that same week and they not only fixed it but they waved the fee saying it qualified for the warranty from them removing the discs.

Just dropped by this location, and they gave my phones charging port a quick cleaning, free of charge. I thought Id need to replace parts and have an expensive bill, but my visit took seconds and staff was very friendly.

These guys are great. I had been having issues for the longest time with my PlayStation 4 and no matter what I tried I couldn’t fix it. Took it to them and they had it fixed within 10 mins. First thing i had to do once my screen was fixed was come straight home to write a review. This place has great customer service and is very easy. I had LCD damage to my screen and got it fixed within an hour for $130 bucks which is what i believe the nest price i have gotten from previous locations i ave been too. Very FAST AND AMAZING WORK

They didnt update me about the process, I had to call 3x for them to finally look at it, it took them 2 weeks to tell me it was the laser so they replaced it then told me they were going to call me when it was ready to pick up the next day, I waited and no call so I just went the next day to go pick it up and they explained to me that they couldnt fix it after all but replaced the laser with a new one and to just contact Sony instead. I was disappointed on how long they took to give me a diagnostics and how they could never give me a call back before until NOW that I gave them one star. A simple we cant fix it within a week couldve been fine for me and I wouldnt have been upset.
