I went into the store on October 31, 2021 at 4:35 PM. I was greeted by a representative named Eric. Almost immediately Eric became upset for absolutely no reason! I was there to turn in a phone for the rebate and at first he was saying I’m not eligible for the rebate. I just went in the day before and a representative named Angel set it all up. Eric was actually yelling quite loudly and I never raise my voice at all. Angel heard from the back room and came out and calmed Eric down and told him that I was eligible. although I couldn’t hear everything because they were behind plexiglass and a few feet behind the desk . Eric came back to the desk and assured me that he now understood the situation. When I asked him for a receipt or something assuring me that I was going to definitely be getting a rebate he blew up again. This guy is a loose cannon and has no reason for representing Verizon or any store for that matter! I told him to get the manager or Angel back out here to complete the transaction because I didn’t like his attitude. Angel came out and was fantastic! Printed out a receipt that showed I was going to get the $800 in payments over the course of 24 months. I don’t know why Eric couldn’t have simply done his job!

I just want to reach out the Sales Mgr or the owner of this store and report an incident that happened with one of your employees on June/27/2021 with Sales Rep ID#P057392. I went and asked for the latest Google Pixel 5 Smartphone and your sales rep told me they have the 4a which is the latest phone they have available at the moment and I completely said no that is not the Latest device. So I walked out and didnt purchase the Smartphone anyways 4 days later I received an email saying that I ended up enrolling in Verizon Protection Home which I never asked for and didnt Approved. So Im reaching out to you to let you know the kind of sales you have in your Store and next time please educate them not to lie to the customers. As of right now Im reaching out to VERIZON Customer service and report myself this incident. He breach out my privacy by going in to my account and try to make some changes. This is unacceptable.

This locations customer service is horrible. Theyre pleasant when youre trying to add a line or buy a phone, but even then they make mistakes with your account. I received a high bill due to false information provided by a sales rep named Steven because he didnt return my exchanged phone back to corporate. When my husband & I tried to get it resolved with a manager a very rude rep was trying to keep me from communicating with him and telling me they are not responsible for billing issues when it was them who made the error and btw, the phone rep from Verizon Corp asked me to go back to the store to resolve. If you need to do business with Verizon I recommend not coming to this store or communicate directly with corporate office. If they make promises or offer you deals make sure you have them write it on the receipt and get the reps name. I will be contacting the Corporate office regarding this location and will also plan to visit other Verizon location.

Love my Verizon always. Ive been a loyal customer for over 15 years. Verizon has closed many locations during COVID but closed stores and revised hours are clearly noted on Google maps. There is no better cell service around than VERIZON. Thanks Verizon for never letting my calls drop.

My wife came to me one afternoon and asked for the 2020 Samsung Note 20 5G..... I told her lets find the nearest Verizon Store. Google sent me here. After 1 minute, she was convinced to buy the Note. After an hour or so, the kind and gentle salesman handed her a new phone. Then the wait for a screen protector to be installed by these guys was excruciating. I dont think they do that here, but they were most accommodating. To say the least, Im glad I had to wait so long here in this store than at another Authorized Dealer. Ill come back again...

I went across the street and was immediately helped by Steven with excellent service. The Verizon by chickfila is much much better and attentive to the needs of the customer.

Went to the store this morning around 9:30. As my husband and I approached the door a young man ran outside and put up a sign saying wait outside for assistance. We waited a few minutes noticing no one was in the store except for 2 employees (boy and girl) who were sitting and talking to each other, so we opened the door at which time they both turn a YELLED to wait outside, extremely rude, with no explanation as to why when obviously they were doing nothing. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Employees were very rude when I asked questions. I had to wait a long time to get help when the employees were just standing around. After all that I left and came back to cancel extra lines and the employee that helped me before pawned another employee to help us instead. Very rude. I came back to cancel extra lines and the employee said I cant cancel lines in stores but I can over the phone he gave me a paper to call to and said that the line was open 24/7. However I waited on hold for over 2 hours just to find out that they are not open on weekends. It is very frustrating that I can open lines in stores but cant cancel them. This company has a big problem when it comes to customer service. I am going to switch providers as soon as I can. I will never go back to this location!

This store had the worst level of customer service, they are great when you buy phones or items they can get commission on, but will do everything in their power not to have to address customer service issues. If you need help I suggest you call the customer service number or visit the Chino Hills store, you will be better treated elsewhere.

Had a great experience at this store today and James worked smart to assist me. First off when I walked in I was promptly greeted and thankfully there was no wait to work with an associate. James looked over my current plan and helped me decide to upgrade my phone and which changes I could make to economize. Decided on getting new Pixel 4 XL and enrolling in autopay to save $5 a line every month. Also hooked me up with some choice accessories for the new phone: OtterBox, screen cover and portable charger. Most importantly I had a glucose low while in the store and wasnt prepared for it, my Dexcom app went off, James got me some candy leftovers from somewhere in the back and he didnt ask me a bunch of personal questions about it; I appreciated that. We did discuss the new Disney+ app and Star Wars Mandalorian show, he was cool. I will go back to this store again for my Verizon needs and feel that you can shop on the app however the associates know how to save you money and answer/ask questions I might not have thought of. Five stars!

1 star for the initial walk in and buying my ipad pro with Pencil. Associate LaSalle was efficient and knowledgeable, he got me out fast. Unfortunately I had to come back because he gave me the wrong pen. When I came back I was greeted promptly and after I explained the issue I was told to wait for the same LaSalle to do the exchange. I stood by and waited while 2 workers sat there watching YouTube amd another 2 shopped online for concert tickets... I pointed this out to the man at the desk but didnt get any feedback...hahahhahha. LaSalle finished up with another guest, promptly came over and took care of the issue and crediting me the price difference for my inconvenience. BIG SHOUT OUT to LASALLE for doing what he is paid to do and providing excellent customer service. Still not sure what the purpose of having 7 associates with only 1 actually working does for any business.

Disappointed. Brand new Iphone XS with scratches, came back to swap it out. Was told its apples issue and not the stores fault. Reps wanted nothing to do with me in anyway, even seem frustrated that i came back.Verizon stores have reputations for being all about the sales, but always lacking in customer service for anything else. Verizon: does it try to be prime model of the extremes? Our experience over the many years at this location - either very knowledgeable and helpful staff, or an individual who knows Verizon has no serious competition in this area and makes not effort beyond maximize profit. Not sure if it is this store or the other Upland location, but they need to verify opening an acct before handing over phones. My wallet and identity was stolen and the crooks opened up an acct in my name billing me for almost $800 in fraud chgs. Now the phns are blocked and I have to go through the Hassel of filing a fraud claim, not to mention get the credit inquiry taken off of my credit report. Why it so easy for these thiefs to open an acct with someones info, yet they question me like no tomorrow when I call them to close the acct and clear it up.

Verizon was saved by Nathan Puccio today. Finally some great customer service. After leaving the last location in the Montclair Plaza. I thought about trying out T-Mobile. Im tired paying $200 a month for bad customer service. Nathan was patient and answered all my questions. He seemed sincere and eager to help. I will be a Verizon customer as long as they continue you have employees like Nathan. I would send more people to Verizon if the regulated there stores more efficiently. The customer service should not get as bad as that Montclair location.
