I had a couple bad experiences with boost so I called at&t and Sallie hooked us up and I am so happy for her. I will be coming to see her from now on for anything. My wife had her old Samsung phone die and got a replacement. Sallie was extremely helpful in getting the data transferred to the new phone and answered the many questions we had. Were very pleased with the service.

The customer service rep was extremely rude! As a customer I had questions and I didnt understand some things and instead of trying to help me the rep preferred to argue with me! It was so bad that if my daughter & niece were not there I wouldve walked out and done my business elsewhere. At this time I wont walk back into that store if she is there!

Stopped at the store today to get some help with my iPhone. Sally helped me and she was amazing. Got my phone fixed and even left with a few new accessories. I usually go to the Springfield store but I will be using the Urbana store form now on. Thanks Sally for the great customer service!

Sallie, the store manager was friendly and very happy to help me with all my issues of switching from sprint. She made everything alot easier for sure. I recommend this store because the service was awesome!!

Outstandard service

When I first got my AT&T service I had to go back an the employee had to reset the service after he said I was all ready to use my service he was wrong. Now I could not sign into my AT&T account I tried several times so I went to my local AT&T store an waited a half hour cause they dont have enough employees to wait on every customer so when I did finely get waited on a sales lady right off the bat said it wasnt AT&T service it was the app that wasnt working an id have to wait 24 hours an try again. So I waited 24 hours an still I couldnt log into my AT&T account so I went to the AT&T store.. Were a employee told me it wasnt the app at all it was because Im on prepay instead of postpay.... So the lady did not know what she was talking about even though I told he I was prepay.. So one last time I went back too AT&T store because my unlimited data was super slow an wouldnt load up at all sometimes at all the employee that waited on me told me it was because I was in Urbana Ohio an AT&T service suck an is very bad there... Now I have another phone aslo an it through Verizon wireless an it works great in Urbana Ohio.... So Id say its AT&T service that sucks.. So for my Galaxy s10e I changed service to Straight Talk which works on AT&T Towers an now the Galaxy s10 e works great in Urbana Ohio... So if you live in Urbana Ohio you might want to think hard about using AT&T service in Urbana Ohio... I would suggest using Verizon Wireless Ive traveled all over the country in 49 states as a secret shopper and I have never had a drop call loss of service or data while using Verizon
