Matt S. took so much time with us to make sure that we were on the perfect plan for our family, he compared deals to ensure we got the best, and he worked so quickly and efficiently to activate our phones. We enjoyed working with Matt - he was laid back, but super knowledgeable. We didn’t feel like we were working with a salesman, which is so refreshing. Matt did a great job multitasking as we were not the only customers. He is a one man show!
Terrible experience with salesman Chad R. The initial sale went well and he was very personable. I went into the store to get my son a new phone after his was broken. We picked out a IPhone 12 after being told they do not sell the IPhone 11 in the store. Chad got on his tablet and informed me of the total to walk out the door with it. I asked what was entailed in that total and was told taxes and a $30 set up fee which included a case and screen protector. Great! A case and screen protector for $30. Later that evening when I looked at my receipt, I found that I was charged almost $100 for the case and screen protector! My son was not given an option of what case, even though Chad had already charged for it, further making me think it was part of a promotion. At no time did I tell Chad that I wanted a case or screen protector, but since it came with the $30 set up then why not? I typically order cases through Amazon since Verizon prices are higher. I returned to the store the following day and was told the only option was for me to return the case and screen protector. This salesman was pleasant and seemed understanding about my issue. I WOULD NOT use this store or recommend it to my friends or family. Granted, I should have looked at my receipt in the store but since I specifically asked what the charges were for, I did not feel it was necessary. I feel Chad was deceitful in what he told me versus what I truly paid for.

I wont be returning to this store anymore. If you are told you will get $400 trade in credit for your phone you expect $400 trade in credit not $0. It been a year and a half and still nothing. Ive been in multiple times trying to get it figured out and nothing has been done. They have told me that there district manager would call and they never have

Condescending and refused to help because my phone wasnt purchased at that location. Offered to sell me another phone. When I said I didnt want to purchase a phone on a payment plan, I was rudely told Billions of Americans are doing it. Im not interested in carrying debt on a phone that will be outdated in a year. There was an absurd lack of customer service and the employee was highly unprofessional.I recommend going to the Bellefontaine Verizon store. I was treated very well there, and the issue was resolved within minutes. It is worth driving an extra 20 minutes to be treated like a human being.I have been a loyal Verizon Customer for nearly 20 years. Im disappointed with the behavior I witnessed in Urbana but glad the employee (Derrick) at Bellefontaine was helpful.
I came in with my dead husband’s phone 7S Apple (Sprint was his carrier) wanted to upgrade my phone 5S Apple (Verizon is my carrier) to his. Sprint has his account locked so he referred me to Sprint or he presented several other options. I went to Sprint and between 2 employees they couldn’t unlock his account! They provided no options to resolve the issue with Sprint and gave me no options. I slept on it and went back to Verizon & gave him the sale on a new phone and upgraded my service!

Nightmare experience, hidden fees and charges, lost data when they did my new phone transfer said couldn’t help then later after complaints they tried and found some, I will go to a real Verizon store next time not an independent like this one. Unprofessional did things without telling us fee and giving us a choice then charged us. Said we would get a discount on bill and we just got a huge charge on our Verizon bill I will never go back to this store, they talk it but really don’t know what they are doing
Went to the store today to get two new phones. Wasn’t really sure what I wanted. Kale took a lot of time and explained all of the features and options different phones provided along with different data plans. I hate doing stuff like this but he made it very simple and easy on me. Highly recommend this store and kale, excellent customer service, will definitely go back.
Ive been shopping at this location since they were in the Walmart shopping center. When they moved I went with them. Ive always had great experiences with the staff and management. Highly recommend
I love this place.... and I’ve been to a lot of Verizon stores. The employees are friendly and take the time to explain the phone and my bill if I have questions.
If I could give them a zero I would, took my son there for a new phone they sold it to us and told us we would get a promotion and credit in our bill never happened we got a huge bill form Verizon . They said we can help you set phone up, they did while there then charged us a fee without telling us when done, we left and all the photos and videos were gone. Sent son back with phone and since a kid they said sorry we can’t do anything now, we called and complained and they said let us try something we called Verizon and they said could still save it, after many phone calls and complaints they found some of his pictures and videos they had transferred incorrectly and were going to blow the kid off. I feel they were dishonest in hiding fees and unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. We are now getting that bill with no promotion discount, total nightmare make sure you go to a real Verizon store not independent contractor store like this one.

Horrible store, charged us And extra $40 for “setting up the phone” without even asking us. Lost all my photos and music etc. Had to go to store 4 times to recover them and they didn’t know how to fix hardly anything. Never go there

Had no internet service on my phone. Spent over three hours on phone with Verizon tech ical support. Two different technicians had remote access to my phone and could not resolve the problem. Told me I had a bad phone. One said go buy another card for it. So..went to urbana Verizon store. Nick put in new card but still no service. Then he looked more into the phone settings. Found the issue. He resolved it in 5 minutes. Unbelievable and much appreciated. Nick has amaizing knowledge about cell phones. Thank you Nick.

They were very helpful through the process of getting me a new phone.
I went into this store to up grade and was flat out lied to. I had asked questions about the s8 plus about the back being made out of glass. The salesman taped on the back of the phone and said no its not glass its good. 2 weeks later I sat down in and lawn chair and the glass on the back broke. I feel that if you dont know about your products dont sell them. So I call Verizon and they will not work with me on anything just want me to pay a 200 dollar deductible. I feel I was lied to just so the salesman could make a sale and get the commission. I personally will never walk back into that store and I will be exploring other options for service. I have been with Verizon for 6 years and see no loyalty to there customers.

Went in and signed up for the new unlimited plan asked many of solid questions about how truly unlimited it was they told me what I wanted to hear. (Not quite the truth) I asked if it slowed down after usage and was told no but come to find out that after only 10 gb of data being used it slows to 3g instead of 4g sure it is unlimited but it seem to me that it shouldnt slow after 10 gb I also purchased the the jet pack for home internet and it is slow as well . The sailsman actually said during my questions that Verizon actually done unlimited correctly and it was truly unlimited and did not lag after usage. I questioned him about it and he said that he would look into and I have never received any phone calls or e-mails on what he had or hadnt figured out. The real funny thing is that we did the little trial period and it didnt slow to a crawl then not did I get the stupid text message saying I have already used up my monthly allotment for the month other wise I would have just stuck with my pre paid which I was plenty happy with for years.but no there is a sucker born everyday that gets caught in the deceitful traps of two year contracts
