Used to be so much better, but theyve really cut a lot of corners recently. Even absent price hikes and shortages from the pandemic, theyve pretty much eliminated their bakery and much of their butcher counter

Setup of the store is a little odd, with the grocery organized in a horseshoe shape with clothing in the middle. Prices are decent and food quality is great. Nice deli here.

We had a very helpful young man that went above and beyond to answer my questions in the produce section. He was so polite and kind and was working on his day off too. It is hard to find good workers like him these days

Meijer does a great job filling orders in an efficient and professional manner. Their team is always nice, helpful, and pleasant to talk to.

The Urbana location was absolutely immaculate and organized it was nice to see such a clean store everyone there was extremely nice. I loved it there

I really like the produce and I enjoyed shopping at the store but a lot of times when Im doing the self-checkout for some reason I always end up having to wait for the assistance to come I dont know what it is with their checkouts

You go in here you know where stuff is, i go to tesco fleetsbridge and they rearrange everything like boggle - plus its a good spot for t-hunting

A nice place, has most everything for my shopping needs in one stop just a couple things personally Meijers doesnt carry my sons brand formula also pokemon and trading card section prices have gone up by half as much as Walmart other than that I prefer to shop here than Wally world all the time.

The store is always clean and bright with a decent amount of product selection. The departments are gifted with people who go above and beyond and are assets to the community. Pay them more, Meijer!

Like I said....Walmart just hit the lotto and got nicer things...not like they won millions tho like they hit for low triple digits....

I give them 5 stars because they have such good merchandise grocery and produce, but never enough cashiers at rush hour. I occasionally stop pn my way home from work and it is always busy and the lines are long. I know that I am getting good produce and meats,but wow!

Meijer is my number 1, grocery, the produce, is always so fresh, so is the meats and fish, the variety of shelf non perishables are absolutely a large variety. Thank you for the fine bakery and hot foods. And as well as the clothing merchandise. Meijer is just the best. I am rating Meijer a 5 out of 5

One time a watermelon fell off a shelf and exploded on the ground with hundreds of flies coming out. Yuck!

I rated 4 stars because some of the customers order was not in stock. However Meijer is a cool store.

I had one thing on my list, a common item. I couldnt find it. It wasnt out of stock, just lost in the disarray of the store setup. I couldnt find an employee anywhere in the store as I wandered every aisle twice, until I was passing the cashiers who were busy doing the jobs they were hired to do. I did ask the self checkout cashier but she was unable to help. Nearly every time I try to buy something here, I end up leaving empty handed. 😞

Somehow I find this place more convenient than Walmart .. But well apart from the clothing section which is more price friendly in Walmart. Apart from.that you can get almost everthing over a variety of price range.

I was warmly greeted upon entering the store. Lots of sales, fresh fruit and produce. Clean store and the self checkout assistant was very helpful when I asked for assistance with some items that I thought did not ring up correctly.

I get almost all of my clothes from Meijer and have been very pleased with the great sales they have, sometimes 50% off or BOGO deals. The Meijer brand products also help you save money and not sacrifice quality. Definitely one of the places I actually enjoy shopping!

Usually an okay store, their prices are overpriced though for literally the exact same thing.Delivery on groceries is $10 no matter how small your order is, so no tip for the driver.Not sure why you think everyone would want to pay $15-$20 for a small drop off.

Hard to find employees who know where to find things in the dry goods grocery section. Although, I would be confused as well. Grocery section needs some rethinking when it comes to aisle categories. Why is oatmeal with peanut butter and dressings aisle and not in the breakfast aisle. Totally confusing set up. Other than that great service at the register. Good prices on meats.

Easy in and out. Covid-19 compliant. Staff dont run away if you need assistance locating an item. They also provide grocery curbside pick up if you are needing to keep on moving. Meijer is considerably more peaceful to shop around in when compared to another large counterpart.

Not happy with them dpnt buy fish from they leave dead fish in the aquarium s. And you cant get help when you need i was in the store. I call. Their number twice and they promised they have somebody right there to help me with the fish they never did come some guy hadnt come through with the garden from working in the garden part and he helped me I was 45 minutes waiting on somebody to help me then why I got the fish home it was dead

This is an extremely well-run Meijer. The store is always clean, the floor managers are attentive, and I almost always get friendly cashiers. Prices are competitive and stock is extensive.

Not crowded, great produce department

It is a good place for grocery. Due to the pandamic, the staff will wipe the cart using isomorphic or sanitizer. The products quality and quantity is also stable during the pandemic, which is really good, including beef, chicken and pork and eggs. They also provide curbside pickup for people who are not suitable to go in to the store. They prepared your items pretty efficient. Before the pandemic, it is already pretty good. Their fruit and fresh vagitable are better than some of the other grocery. The price is reasonable.

Pricey for just a few items

The quality of this Meijer is great. I can always find what I need & the store is very clean.

It is close to home and have wonderful selections of everything I am looking for. Prices are as good as anything I the area.

Theres a wide selection of fresh and packaged food with good prices. The store is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. I stop here for their california rolls made fresh daily. Theres even 15 minute parking up front by the doors when you need to duck in and out. The only thing they didnt do is cart me around the store on a handtruck, will shop here again.

A huge selection of all kinds of things for you to see, something to do on a day when youre bored.

Nice staff. They didnt even mention that I was not wearing a mask. I was just coming off of a long day at the construction site and didnt need to deal with that kind of B.S. anyway.

Cheapest milk I have ever seen. I dont think you could get it cheaper if you bought it directly from the cow. Also a good selection of other foods, quick self-checkout lanes, never a bad experience. But seriously, that milk is crazy cheap.

The store is clean and has a good layout, but good luck finding some help. All the workers are hiding, and if you manage to find someone, theyre always on their phone. Even the cart pushers are on their phones. Ill come back when this place hires some more useful and competent workers.

Best place to find fruit

Recently used the curbside service to get groceries. I was a bit skeptical, since I really enjoy doing my own shopping, but had foot surgery, and cant do it myself right now. Everything was picked perfectly, and bagged neatly. For the modest charge and convenience, it was well worth it!! Thank you!

I like this Meijer better than the north Prospect one. I find the layout is a bit easier to navigate for my reasons for visiting. Did not appreciate when they got rid of the self checkout lanes with no merchandise limits.Store is usually clean and staff have been helpful.

The guy are doing their job well and are friendly and courteous. I greatly appreciate the pick up option at this precarious time. However, the system is diddicilt to access at times and inaccurate in terms what the staff can get. This is my second time to order various meats (packaged) and to get none.

Big shoutout to Meijer. In a world where late night shopping is rare, they are there. All my needs met.
