I will never go to another Jiffy Lube. Just this one! The entire staff are friendly, professional, upbeat, honest. They take their time explaining with professional courtesy and support. This location has done many oil oil changes as well as my brakes. The staff remains there over the years,which says a lot! They direct you every step of the way with options. Makes getting my car serviced actually enjoyable! Today, JOjo especially made my week.

Used to be good. My last visit in September 2021 was really bad. People work there so careless. An employee open my door carelessly and the door was stuck in the shelf outside. Additionally, I have realized that three of tires caps are missing. I would not go there again.

I went to this Jiffy Lube to change my transmission fluid. I was helped by your extremely courteous customer service advisor Ryan, who advised me on the service. From there, Jake and James, both knowledgeable and courteous professionals, performed the service efficiently and thoroughly. The manager at the location, Andrew, was extremely polite and professional and did a fantastic job ensuring that the service was completed properly and in a timely manner. Overall, I would absolutely advise that anyone who needs their vehicle serviced go to this Jiffy Lube location. The employees are polite, professional, and prompt. I cannot say enough good things about this location and they will have my business for the foreseeable future.

Update on July 09:I reached out the said email and received a response from Mr. Thomas Schawalder (Regional Manager) which seems to be convincing. Here is the reply that I received with the pictureSaravanan Dhandapani,Thank you for reaching out to me. I completely understand your concern. At our locations we use what are called Ecobox packaging. They cut down on waste and save us inventory space. I have attached a pic of what the boxes look like. The new oil is drained into plastic containers and then poured into vehicles. During the day the containers do get a little dirty on the outside. The location has cameras and we can assure you that new clean oil was installed in your vehicle. You are more than welcome to stop in and speak with a manager on duty. He can walk you through and show you anything youd like to address your concern. Once your concern is satisfied, we would appreciate an update to your online post.Sincerely,-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I was here for a synthetic oil change today and the gentleman who worked here poured oil from an old dirty can. I saw this from the waiting lobby and clicked a picture. The billing person convinced me that they use such cans for all oil changes. As they attempted to con my wife into a new “cabin” filter, suddenly it was “oil soaked”. How the cabin filter would get oil soaked is concerning... What a scam. Someone put a wet substance on her filter. So now my vehicle sinks inside. Nice try. BEWARE!!!

These guys did the impossible. A few months ago they broke my cars ignition switch. True story. One of the employees just popped a piece from the system. The manager tried to fix it for about 30 minutes. It was finally fixed after I showed the manager a video I found on YouTube. The staff thanked me for helping them out. The funny part is I still paid for the oil change and I think some other service, possibly tire rotation. -- Seriously, true story.(Im never going back to this location.)

Place is awesome. I work all of the US so I put a lot of mileage on my truck and use oil changes places all over the place. But this is by far the best place I’ve come across. Ryan that works here is super helpful and informative. If your in the area, this is the one to use.

This review is about the people who work here at this Jiffy Lube. My teenage daughter was in an accident Friday night and two employees of the Jiffy Lube, Ryan and Kylee, came out to assist her immediately. They made sure she was okay, put cones up, and moved the car out of harms way. In addition, they made her laugh during a stressful situation. In a time when COVID makes people think twice about interacting with anyone, Ryan and Kylee made a decision to help. If these are the type of people that Jiffy Lube employs, I can only imagine their service is just as good!

Spent $100 here for an oil change. 5,000 miles later, come to find out there is no oil in my engine. Guess they get a kick out of scamming their customers.

The fastest oil change Ive ever experienced. No lines, no waiting time. Like in Formula 1. Very professional.

Technician recommended an engine flush based on the milky foam on my oil filler cap. Once I did a little research based on this recommandation, Im finding that the engine flush is to help clean out oil grundge and build-up.... not related at all to the possibility of water in the oil indicated by the foam in oil filler cap. Basically I was misled into spending extra money.

The staff was very polite and efficient.

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation which showed additional damage to the rotors and broken stabilizer. What was supposed to the a quick oil change protected my car from further damage down the road. I was kept informed and comfortable through the wait!

The crew working tonight at The Vienna Jiffy lube on Maple Street was absolutely outstanding even tho I showed up at 6:45PM, 15 Minutes before they closed.Joanne cared enough to show me newly purchased vehicles previous history at Jiffy lube on my first visit and the rest of the Jiffy lube team took care of my car and we’re very charismatic and customer service oriented. If I could give negative stars, I would. They acted in a predatory manner, convincing my wife she needed expensive services that the owners manual did not suggest for another 30,000 miles at earliest. Completely unacceptable

I’ve only been to this location twice but my first experience was so positive, I came back again and wasn’t disappointed. The gentleman who checked me in remembered me and my car from four months ago. They always explain to me what is being done, and I trust that they’re giving me honest information because of their transparency. Great customer service, I’ll have all my oil changes done here.

Pros: fantastic customer service, quick service, status updates throughout.Cons: much more expensive than most other auto shops in the area.Both of my regular auto shops, I pay $60 for my full synthetic oil changes, they charge $99 here.If you are short on time and don’t mind spending more money then by all means go to this shop. The people are so nice and they will take care of you and have you in and out for an oil change and additional services probably in 30 minutes or less. I will probably continue going to my normal place for oil changes as they are so much lower in price but in a time crunch, this is a good alternative.

The entire staff was friendly and professional from the moment I pulled up. They were thorough, fast, and made sure everything was done to standard. The shop was clean and well taken care of, and the waiting area was extremely clean with everything to make you comfortable during your visit. I thought all Jiffy Lubes had the same quality in standards, but to tell the truth. Jiffy Lube, Vienna VA is the best in all ways. They are Friendly, they explained in detail about the Car’s needs, very professionals, a little bit pricey (but it is worthy.) I talked to 3 different people and all of them were simply awesome. I used to go to another Jiffy Lube (I don’t want to say where) and I was not 100% satisfied.As soon as I gave the keys of my car, a gentleman showed me in their Ipad the whole detail-prices they would be going to do in my car. I go about of my way to have this Jiffy Lube service my vehicle due to the great service I get from the whole team. Starts to finish they are professional in every aspect.Most recent visit I needed to replace a battery in addition to the usual oil change. They were able to locate the battery I needed and installed it after a slight delay. I loved that it saved me a trip to another business!!

Ive had my car for 10 years and always done my own oil changes. The outside of my oil pan has stayed completely dry/oil Free. I live in DC now so I dont have a lot of room to do car work like I used to... Take it in to Jiffy Lube ONE time while Im at work and now the pan is covered in oil and has a very slow drip. Drain bolt was tight but the filter wasnt. After adjusting the filter, cleaning up the oil, and waiting a couple days, I check again to find little droplets of oil around the edges of the pan. With the filter taken care of I can only imagine they slightly cross threaded my drain bolt or over tightened it. On top of that, the oil was over filled to begin with. LIKE SERIOUSLY? you screw in a filter, a bolt, and add 6 quarts!! why is that so hard?!! Extremely upsetting to rely on these guys for one simple thing and now my car has an issue Ive never experienced in the 10 years Ive owned it. Will never go back to a jiffy lube.

The best visit I’ve ever had to Jiffy Lube. The woman that checked me and seems like she knew her stuff. The woman at the counter was wonderful. I live far away and Bethesda and it took me over an hour to get here but I would do it again.

First off, very over priced. I have paid half the amount at another chain for the same service. Also quality of service was poor. If I pay top dollar for a service, I would like top dollar service. Within a week of getting a signature oil change, every single one of my tires was under-inflated. The temperature did not change and there was no reason for them to be flat. It is quite evident that they did not inflate my tires. Makes me wonder what else they did not do...

Super poor came in for a oil change and a tie patch they fix patch but messed up the sensor on my tire and tried to send off with it still a possibility of leaking. I do not recommend anything other that oil changes at this location because the technicians dont do complete work. On top of that I waited almost 3.5 hours to get the work done NIT ACCEPTABLE

Weve been going to this location for 6 years but Ive not written a review until now. They are always so courteous and friendly. The crew is quick but thorough. Joanne is lovely and always friendly. I dropped by this morning just to get my air pressure checked with the cold and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Always a pleasure!

Great team!! You should deploy the Hunter ACE PRO on car brake lathe for brake service instead of always replacing rotors with the inexpensive Chinese rotors. You can get a perfect cut in less than 10 minutes with the auto comp elite brake lathe. Patented, made in America and cuts right first time every time with very little room for operator error. Not to mention higher gross margins, greater efficiency and higher customer satisfactionWill you be attending the SEMA show?

I’ve been using the same Jiffy Lube for years. Each time I come in I receive 5 star treatment. I see the same employees at the bays and inside the reception area. The two women who work behind the desk and sometimes check me in act professionally, courteously, and friendly. I actually enjoy going there!

Very courteous and friendly folks got the service done in a reasonable amount of time but I paid $170 for an oil change and tire rotation only to find that the pressures for the tires are backwards, meaning the rear tires are 28/29 psi and the front are 32 psi. The door panel recommends 30 in the front and 33 in the rear, and my receipt indicates they were set properly, but I suspect the inflation was never changed after the rotation. I will take it back to JL today, where I have every confidence the tire pressures will be promptly corrected.

My battery died at a gas station in Vienna. Wish it was a service station. However, the Jiffy Lube I use is just up the street. I called them to determine if they have battteries. Jonathan said they have them and he would come give me a jump to drive to their location. It wasn’t the least expensive battery, but it’s an Interstate and they took care of everything. Much better service than I perceived a Jiffy Lube would handle. This location has always been very helpful and professional. I highly recommend.

I have never felt more taken care of at a jiffy lube, the high quality people made getting an oil change a good experience for me. I happened to be in the area and went to this location on a whim, but I’d be willing to drive the 25 minutes for this service again. All round great service and people.

I’ve been using Jiffy Lube for oil changes for over 20 years without concern or mishap, the crews are always polite and informative. Having moved several times, my current Jiffy location the past two years has been in Vienna Virginia and the crew there is exceptional and what makes the experience even better is observing their enjoyment of each other and how personal that they make the otherwise routine experience.

Jiffy Lube Vienna has been my stop for our vehicles for many years. I have never had an issue with their service and has almost always been a quick in and out for my cars.

They kept installing an oversized part on my car. I appreciate it and was able to get my car fixed properly with my personal mechanic.
