Ive had scheduled many service appointments here and always were amazing. The service adviser, Ismael Flores always provides me with honest advice and excellent quality of service.
I brought in my car for a headlight change, oil change, tire rotation, and other maintenance for 120k mileage. Due to not having a bulb and another part in stock I had to wait an extra day, but the team was nice enough to give my car a great clean both inside and out! Overall, this was a very smooth and pleasant experience. My car is running great for a 2006! I pay a little more compared to a place like Mr Tire or Jiffy Lube, but the quality of service is worth it in my opinion.
Ismael was very helpful from start to finish. He helped to get the repairs to be covered by my extended warranty so my out of pocket cost was limited. The repairs were quick and done correctly the first time. Will definitely bring my Nissan back for all repairs going forward!
The staff was incredibly polite, professional, and down to earth. Ray the salesman was extremely courteous and helpful and the General Manager was a real straight shooter, and ridiculously funny! I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from these guys! I purchased a 2020 Silverado Custom Trail Boss and I am very satisfied with this vehicle.
I have been taking my car here since 2017 and I have nothing but great things to say about Priority Nissan Tysons! The service department is professional, charismatic, and willing to work with you to get the job done in the most cost efficient manner.I would like to give a shout out to Michaela in the service department for helping me out the other day. I was a walk-in who needed to get their car inspected after dealing with another body shop failing my vehicle for an accurate reason, she was able to fit me into their booked schedule for the day and confirm that nothing was wrong with my vehicle.Always a pleasure to go to Priority!
Another great car buying experience with Tommy Omar, Gabi Ceron and the entire Priority dealership. I was able to test multiple makes and models with zero pressure to make a decision. Tommy and Gabi educated me and spent time answering all my questions and made me feel so comfortable and confident in my decision. Now a proud owner of a Mazda CX-5 and very happy. Thanks again Priority
Stuff was very friendly and whilling to help. They answer all my questions and the service was done quickly.
Tin was my representative and from the time I walked in he was very professional and helpful.
I recently purchased a 2022 Nissan Leaf from Priority Nissan, and the vehicle is excellent, but unfortunately the customer service and accuracy of information provided by senior management was inaccurate and misleading. The senior staff were unwilling to match other dealership pricing, even though they were significantly over MSRP. This was somewhat acceptable, but then during the final transaction they added excessive processing fees and added duplicate title and registration fees. I am a military member that registers my vehicle out of state, and I independently register and title my vehicle and pay all associated fees. I let Mr. Tommy Omar know this prior to the sale, and he reported all registration fees would be removed during final signing but then Harpreet Budwal reported this was not possible, and the additional costs were nearly $1,000.I highly recommend if your considering a Nissan, you review options at other dealerships to prevent unnecessary costs and to improve the customer service you receive.
I went there when they had a promotion for 0% APR and $500 off. I asked them what is the total price after tax and fee, they wouldn’t tell me. They kept telling me not to take the 0% and get the $500 off, so I asked them for the final price, still nothing. How hard is it to show final price after tax and fee. Very sneaky.
Everyone was awesome. Great service. Very efficient. Lovely lobby.
Enrique was great during and after my service and I would be happy to recommend him and Priority to anyone. My service was done on time per my appointment and completely quickly.I also appreciate the separate waiting areas for service - I brought my own sanitizing spray and was able to find an empty free room to get some work done comfortably while I waited. No complaints 👌
Great cars and trucks purchased a Mazda cx 9.
Joseph had my car serviced in less time than they anticipated and prepared me for what I would need to get done in the future. I always appreciate how Nissan Tysons lets you know ahead of time what kind of work might be coming up but don’t pressure you into getting unnecessary things done. I always feel my car is in good hands and come from Ashburn whenever I need anything done!! I’ve never had a bad experience
Sales Manager, Tommy Omar, Naim Bryant, & Rob Zaharias we’re kind, helpful and just really nice guys when I purchased my new 2021 Nissan Rogue Memorial Day weekend. They were knowledgeable and made me feel stress free. If it wasn’t for Tommy, I wouldn’t have the color and trim I was really looking for. Well done guys! Everyone go visit these guys for your next car purchase!!!💜
Good service, good results, work done quickly, nice waiting area, ease of making appointment and paying for services
As usual Mr Ismael had went beyond to help out with the problem I was facing with the car . He took his time to understand my need and kept me informed on every steps he was taking to resolve the issue. Mr Ismael is very kind and very understanding and the best.
Had my first heavy load of mechanical work done here after my car died, which is never fun especially during a time when money is tight. However, this dealer made it as stress free as possible. My fuel pump died and I needed a slew of other work done such as a few light fixtures, battery issues, a recall, and other minor things. I actually had my car towed here after a bad experience with a previous shop my car was at. The first shop quoted me a fix almost 2.5x the price of what I researched it to be and just seemed overall incompetent.Overall this Nissan dealer was able to get me a quote for all the work at a competitive price and my advisor Jon did an amazing job explaining their diagnostic process and itemized cost/labor. It was spot on and confirmed the research I had already done earlier to sanity check the previous shop I mentioned. So I was glad to get my fixes done here rather than pay for the unreasonable prices at the other shop which would have cost more even after the out of pocket towing/Uber rides. I really wish I had just towed my car straight here...At any rate, thanks for all the work guys! Easily made it a first option for me for any future work.
My car had an issue, they setup my appointment and had a loaner in less than 15 minutes. Amazing service.
Absolutely fantastic service with friendly, knowledgeable, and professional staff. Yousef did an outstanding job to make sure I was comfortable and to understand my vehicle needs. Very clean facility and efficient service area and staff.
In both purchasing a vehicle and getting it serviced to pass Maryland inspection Bruno (sales) and Enrique (service) were both extremely helpful and made sure I was satisfied. They both kept in touch regularly to make sure everything was ok. I felt they both went above and beyond and I would definitely recommend to friends and family...
I had a bad experience with them but Michaela was great! I would definitely come back !
Priority Nissan Tysons is a FANTASTIC dealership. Everyone I dealt with from Zaid Omar in Sales to Rob Zaher in Finance to the General Manager Tommy Omar, was top-notch. They were all professional, honest and trustworthy. They went above and beyond for me to make sure I was 110% happy and that is not an easy task. They were patient and really care. I cannot say enough great things about them. Buy from Z and tell him Anthony sent you!!!
Great and fast service! Even during the pandemic! We called in to assess waiting time, they started working on the oil change right away, they had many available service people. The price was very competitive! Well definitely take the car here for future services!
Just bought a 2020 Nissan Sentra SV premium with Bruno and it was a delight! Bruno and the rest of the team were kind, professional, and diligent. Bruno made sure I was happy with the car, price, and process. I regret that I’ve forgotten names, but the manager was great and so was the lady that attended us in finance (quick, easy and to the point).I recommend purchasing a car with Priority Nissan Tysons to anyone!
The only reason that I won’t return for service is because I live out of state which does not reflect my opinion of the dealership in any way. The general manager, Mr. Omar and his staff were incredible and made this feel like a walk on the park. My car will be delivered out of state in far less time than I would have expected, given the logistics that go behind car delivery. I’ll recommend Priority Nissan to anyone who will Lester to me.
My Service Advisor Was Great and The Service Technician was Great!!!!
Wow! Thank you so much Priority Nissan, you guys went above and beyond the call of duty. Special shout out to Mauricio Cuevas in Service and John Slaughter the Service Manager - both of them helped me out when my transmission blew. It was a defective part and even though the warranty had recently expired they personally contacted Nissan corporate to get me some financial assistance.Thank you so so much! Without Mauricio and Johns help I would not have been able to afford the repairs. Not only were they helpful, but everyone at Nissan has a big smile on their face. I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend getting your Nissan serviced with these guys. 10/10 experience
My car stopped working and had it towed to Nissan shop. I knew I had no worries because my service advisor, Ismael always gives top notch service.
I have never been more played in my life than my appointment I had on Wednesday with Ishmael. I had a safety inspection done on my car and it failed. Okay...nbd. He then proceeded to tell me if failed because my headlights were too dim and I asked if they could be replaced or fixed. He said yes, and told me that they were dim due to an internal problem with the hardware and told me it was going to cost $1,299.99 to repair and that was without labor. I said, No. I took my car and called 2 separate garages asking for their opinion on this, even took my car to the one and looked at the notes from the inspection on the dim lights, one told me they have never heard of this issue within hardware EVER. The only issue was they needed to be REPLACED. I paid 1/16 on the amount Nissan told me it would cost to repair the hardware they said the bulbs needed to be replaced, and not $1300 to fix some unknown internal problem with my car with the lights that was not even real. I have never been more offended in MY LIFE that Nissan Priority Tysons was trying to TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME and make me pay for something at that cost that could have been fixed simply, and the garage where I took it quickly changed the lights and did the inspection and it passed...no problem. Just because I am female, this guy and this garage thinks that I do not know anything about cars, which in fact I DO, the the fact that they were trying to take advantage of me, I do not appreciated and Im honestly offended. Do not bring your car here even if you do have the lifetime warranty and free inspections/oil changes. STAY AWAY.
Most disappointed experience. Deflated my tires and suggest me to replace them. There’re other Nissan dealers, avoid this place for your own good.
This is my second Rogue. I keep coming here because of Phil and Enrique in the service department. They both are outstanding individuals and are good at what they do. They are honest and engaging. WELL DONE!!!
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTSThis dealership has by far been the worst dealership we have ever worked with in our lives. We purchased this car 1 year ago and STILL have not received license plates. When we call, no one answers or returns our phone calls. ADDITIONALLY, they sold us a car with a HOLE in it (when it rains, our car floods), broken automatic start, and a missing key for the wheel locks. They will cover none of this. There are a hundred other car dealerships in this area- go there instead.UPDATE: we just found out that this dealership sold us a warranty, although a warranty had ALREADY been purchased for this car by the previous owner... and the warranty would cover the car for 150k miles. On top of this... we called the warranty company and NO ONE EVER REGISTERED OUR WARRANTY. There is no contract number to even reference. No one has even offered to help and I have been calling their offices for a week straight.Avoid them at all costs.
This is the second time we’ve come back to this local dealership for Nissans for a routine oil change! Enrique from the service team is amazing! He’s very courteous and understanding of everyone’s time. He personally gives you a call when your car is ready to go and he makes it as stress free as possible! He surely seems hardworking! Both times we were catered to by him for our Nissan Rogue.Everyone deserves a little praise and recognition! Enrique sure is one of them!Thank you! :)
I was told that there was an almost $1000 processing fee. When I asked if that could be reduced, I was then told that I wouldnt find anything better in the area.Literally the next dealer I checked (less than 10 miles away) had less than half that with no other fees. Im reading the other reviews, and there seems to be even more fees on top of that which is unbelievable. Not being able to close a deal with a dealer is completely normal, but being blatantly lied to is unacceptable to the point that I wouldnt suggest that anyone does business with this particular dealership. Its honestly hard writing a review like this because the people running the dealership seem to be professional and kind people, but its just not an honest business.
Exceptional service by Joseph who was my maintenance representative. Took his time and was very detailed.
Robert Gugliotta....PROFESSIONALUNDERSTANDING AND KNOWLEDGEABLETHE. VERY. BEST!! I will personally only ever use Robert Gugliotta again in my life to purchase another call.
I was a customer of Rosenthal Nissan for years. I trusted their estimates and their work was great. Then they changed to Priority. I had an issue with my alternator. I had to bring my car back 4 times until it was fixed. My car died on 66 in a dangerous spot right after I left the shop the first time I had it towed.. I had to get my car towed to the shop three time. When I finally got my car after the fourth attempt to replace my alternator, the tire sensor was not working. I also found the cover for my engine was not bolted down too. When I complained to the shop manager she gave me a passive aggressive response. I HAD MY CAR TOWED BACK 3 times for a repair that should have been completed the first time. Priority is the rip off repair shop that gives dealer repair shops a bad name.
I had the pleasure of working with Enrique to get quite a few aspects of my car serviced this past weekend. I have to say I have never really cared to say anything about an experience involving my car, but I had to leave a review for Enrique because he has such a clear commitment to excellence when it comes to helping his customers. He was extremely friendly, responsive, and educated. He thoroughly explained all of the issues going on with my car to me in a way that made sense. His communication overall was professional and timely. I will be coming back and asking for him every time! Thank you so much again, Enrique!
If you want a hassle free car buying experience, then look no further. Priority Nissan will go beyond your expectations and have you walking out the door with a vehicle that suits you. Hassle free experience, seems more of a family environment than a major car dealership. Couldnt have asked for a better buying experience than the one at Priority Nissan.
I only get my work done at Priority Nissan. My Service Facilitator Jon Lavigne is the best. He knows my Nissan Pathfinder quite well and he knows which maintenance is needed and tells me that certain work is needed in the near future. Jon does not try to have work on my truck that is not needed. I trust Jon and he is honest which keeps me coming back.
It was my first time visiting and the process was incredibly simple, the customer service was great, and Gabriel was great about explaining the services I requested and what I needed based on the multi-point inspection. He was clear and transparent and didnt pressure me to do get any work done that I didnt want.
In these crazy times, we have been reluctant to bring our 2015 Rogue to Priority Nissan for regular maintenance. We finally got brave on July 27. We were so pleased with the Virus-Avoidance protocols in place. Thank you, Priority Nissan, for your cautious and careful and considerate treatment. Our car maintenance is up-to-date, we felt protected and our Rogue was returned to us in spotless condition inside and out. Team Nissan - Well Done - Thank You!!
I would not recommend this dealership! When I purchased my truck that I paid $64,000 for everyone was quick to contact me and responses came fast! After purchasing the truck it changed, the salesmen tried to show me my truck features and didn’t know anything about it. I bought my truck on 8-8-20 and still after 3 sets of temp tags and still waiting on my fourth set as they keep pushing in regards to my permanent plates. Regardless of COVID I know of 5 people that have bought new cars and had their plates within 2-3 weeks. I will be coming up on four months and still have no idea when my plates will come in. They are great and make buying the car easy but after that they are not that responsive! My next new vehicle will be purchased elsewhere.
Great customer and maintenance service.
Service team is so far excellent. 100% comprehensive, good stuff
My car was ready in one hour and thirty five minutes which is good, but I have to wait extra fifteen minutes for the rep. to get of the phone that was a waste.Thanks,. .
The waiting time was very minimal despite both a recall fix as well as regular maintenance. Jorge was extremely nice and informative. Great job!
Great experience. Appointment confirmed with just some clicks on internet. Quick response. Excelent service provided by Michael: text messages and phone call to get the car exactly on time. Simple, fast and efficient. We will return again for the next scheduled service to keep Nissans warranty. Thanks to all at Priority Nissan Tysons
My service writer Mauricio went out of his way to make my service an easy enjoyable experience. Two thumbs up and 10/10.
Jon is always very helpful and makes my experience go quickly and smooth. He is very friendly and always goes above and beyond. I don’t live in the area, but go out of my way to use this dealer because of their excellent service.
Everything was excellent. Mauricio did a really good job for me.
I came in for a recall fix and an oil change. As always, John Lavigne and his team, made it a very enjoyable experience. It was very easy to schedule and John had me out of their right on time and even included an additional recall fix that I was unaware of. I am at the end of my second lease and John and team have always provided the best customer service.
My old car was towed to here due to PCM failure. Then I decided to trade in my old one to get a new car. My salesman John Pelaez offered me a great car with the deal that I can hardly refuse (as shown in the picture). It has all the features I wanted, and ones I do not except but I am really happy to have them. I rushed in the later of the afternoon, but I drove my car home in the morning of next day. The whole process was fast and clean. Really appreciate my salesman John Pelaez, great experience!
I had my car serviced. It was done quickly and the wheel bearings were checked for free based on my request, and Jon was quite honest about what needed replacing and what could wait. Overall very satisfied.
Was able to use ChadEmo charger. Greatly appreciated
This review is about six months overdue because of Covid-19, but I have to say if you have any issues with your Nissan, GO HERE! After a long day of not being sure about what was wrong with my car after a parts shop shorted out my car’s computer, Jon Levine was incredible with explaining what was wrong, what needed to be done to fix the issue, the costs, etc. Probably the nicest customer service worker I’ve ever met and insanely reassuring throughout the process. Thank you to Jon and to Priority Nissan for making an extremely stressful experience so much better!
Everything worked smoothly. Pathfinder drove great after service. John Lavigne was prompt, courteous and thorough- very happy with his service.
I made my appointment and all was fine. I have trouble maintaining an active Nissan dealership. My first was in Bethesda and they gave up their Nissan dealership. Then it was Reedman Toll Nissan and they closed up. Anyway I came to precision in Tysons as it is the closest to me. The service experience was good. My only issue is when it comes to basic parts and the ridiculous charges for them at the dealership. I received a quote at the dealership of roughly 120-130 for air filter for the engine and the cabin filter. I declined these because its robbery without a gun. I bought Nissan Certified filters on Amazon with the cost being 48.00 for the pair. If you are marking up the parts to include labor for installation, its a 10 minute job at the most and overpriced. Aside from that all was professional.
It was great, they took me in close to quitting time and did a great job
Everyone tells dont go to a dealership for maintenance trouble cause its expensive and to much hustle. I was surprise the estimate I got form 2 other mechanic shops was just a few dollar difference. But the most important of all is the outstanding customer service, fair and honest business. And finally my family wants to give thanks to Priority Nissan for there help especially at this very difficult time.
Samir full of energy explains everything step by step and makes sure you understand everything.
Jorge is absolutely amazing. Ive worked with him multiple times and have always been impressed by his support. Hes the best Ive seen.
Excellent customer service
They brought the car my house for a test drive because I couldnt get to the dealership. So professional. Tommy Omar and Josue are employees of the month!
I purchased a vehicle from this dealer and within an hour I had an issue. I spoke with the sales manager about the problem and returned to the dealership the next day. Long story short, the issue wasnt fixed. Instead the sales manager and service department reenacted the shrugging I dont know emoji. Then followed up with the comment we never saw that before, maybe something happened during the detail.Honestly, if that was the answer you received, I think you, along with I dont really care for the excuse, just fix the problem. They havent and now they ignore my attempts at communication, from the general manager, sales manager, to service manager, not one attempt to return phone calls.Oh, and the vehicle I purchased has an undisclosed accident. Beware of the clean Carfax rhetoric.Priority Nissan in Tysons Corner of Vienna, Virginia, I can do this day in and day out, I suggest you respond.
Tyson’s Nissan Priority is the best in the northern Virginia area. Prior to buying my car from the Tyson’s location I visited another priority in the area. There was a clear difference in the level of customer service I received. While the other dealership seem manipulative and deceitful, Tyson’s product specialist felt genuine and overall caring of the customer needs. I look forward to experiencing my first car servicing there!
Went in for road noise, they spent 3 hours and $165 checking everything. Found nothing. Specifically said brakes were a little rusty, but totally fine, no reason to replace. 14 days and about 50 miles of driving later and Im getting all kinds of metal scraping in my brakes. Take it to someone who actually knows what they are doing and brakes are metal on metal and not only do the brake pads need replacing, but also the rotors. Not only that but be prepared for daily spam emails once you get any service. Avoid at all costs.
I brought my car in after having it serviced for the same issue a few months ago. It cost a hefty amount to fix and when I took the car home the second time, an hour later I had the same problem. I was quite frustrated, especially since I spent over 1k to fix this issue. However, Ishmael was kind and understanding of my frustration. I’m not sure if I would bring the car back because of the time and money it took to finally get it fixed properly, but Ishmael is amazing and he made sure that I had a rental while the car was in the shop. If I do come back to the Priority Nissan it will be because of him.
I was able to schedule my appointment at exactly the day and time I requested. When I arrived I was greeted. The service advisor took the car in immediately. He knew I was waiting onsite. He showed me to a very comfortable waiting area with the option of a quiet room. I helped myself to a gratis cup of good quality hot chocolate. When I inquired about a car wash a hand wash at no charge was offered. This is now MY go to dealership for all service and everything else. Thorough and stress free. Thanks, Priority.
Very efficient. Would have like more access to portable desk while I waited but it was not as long a wait as I anticipated so worked out.
Great customer service- Tara casey, thank you!!
Gabriel was wonderful in following up with my service for my Frontier. Very personable and friendly.
Everyone at this dealership delivers top notch service. They made it easy for my mom to purchase a new car during the pandemic. No touch service and the process was seamless. Definitely will buy there again. Tommy Omar and Sohrab Ghazimoria are top notch no pressure salesman.
I do not live in the NOVA area, but was in town for work, so this is not my home dealership/service center. They were quick to schedule with, easy to work with, and very candid in their findings. Would return there if I was ever in the area again and needed service.
My experience was awesome from start to finish. All of the employees are an asset to Priority Nissan Tysons Corner. Would recommend all family and friends looking for a vehicle to go there first. I guarantee they would be pleased.
Zero stars deserved!! We spoke to Alex yesterday in regards to a used car for sale & he was very well aware that we were traveling 4hrs to hopefully purchase the vehicle. We get on the road early this morning and he sent a text to confirm our appt and we let him know we were on our way so about a half hour later and two and a half hours into our trip he sends us a text stating the car has timing issues and may not make it home. When I called to ask why he waited so long he said I dont know what to tell you...im sorry. Oh and then he told me to have a safe ride backHOME!!! Unprofessional & I recommend car shopping elsewhere!!!
I was towed to Nissan after my car broke down early in the morning on the way to school. Ishmael made sure to communicate with me throughout the wait and when the results of my diagnostic test came back he worked with to help ensure my car was fixed. I was very relieved because I’m a nursing student and need my car to get back and forth from class. The whole process was seamless
Highly recommend Priority. Thanks to Said and Rob for their friendly, professional help.
Very pleasant salesman and other personnel I dealt with; car was ready for inspection and test drive which went smoothly. Negotiations for final price, etc., was done easily and without pressure of any kind.
My first experience was very smooth and the team gave me a full breakdown of options that was provided for the maintenance of my car.Im definitely coming to this location again and big shout out to your employee Mr.Ortega for his excellent customer service.
I have been a valued customer at Priority way before the name change! Ismael Flores has always made me feel like a VIP and always pays attention to details that I would bypass! The team at Priority is amazing! I always leave with a huge smile knowing I have received the best service in town! The professionalism that Ismael and John as well as the whole team in the service center at Priority Tysons is so genuine and not forced. I as a customer appreciate that so much!!!! From the kind smiles from the techs to the lovely notes that are left after service are greatly appreciated! Mr. Freddy Deleon leaves his with a smiley face which is the icing on top and as he brings my car over he walks over with a smile thats nothing that can be taught but is genuine. Thank you!!
I bought my car at another Mazda dealership. A few months later priority Mazda sent me a letter offering free oil changes for life. So Ive been going here around 2 years. I work remotely so I always work from their waiting area. They got a desk and I just work on my computer from there. They got a pretty big flat screen too. Looks like they upgraded their coffee machine - its pretty impressive and makes great cappuccino. Oh yeah... They also provide great service on my car. I feel their repair recommendations are honest and accurate. I had a concern about worn front tires and they came back with an accurate assessment with tread depth measurements. I was relieved I didnt have to change them quite yet. I also felt relieved that I was dealing with people that arent try hustle you; they just provide fair and honest service.
BEWARE of purchasing from this dealer!!!!!Purchased a GTR from this location. On the showroom floor everything looked great. 1 owner, low miles, no accidents based on Carfax, which have a tendency to be 6 months behind. Communication and transaction went relatively smoothly, so that was cool. However, I drove the car home the first night and noticed the driver headlight having condensation and water build up. Now, I do not know about you, but condensation/water in a headlight is NOT normal. I informed the sales manager and no worries, brought the car into the shop thinking it was going to be taken care of...Nope, instead given some lame excuse and service bulletin that both the service department or the manager decided to not read.I left the Priority Nissan and went to different Nissan dealer, which broke down the service bulletin and stated the lamp housing needed to be replaced. Whether or not the GTR has a lamp housing or simply needs a New headlight, this issue should of been taken care of with ease. The slogan for Priority Nissan is putting the customer first. HAH, that is simply not the case.I returned for a second time to Priority Nissan looking for the solution and ultimately a fix. The service tech vacuumed out the headlight, but didnt replace any gaskets. I showed the tech the service bulletin and what process needed to be completed. Neither the tech or service manager were willing to compromise. As anyone would do, specially since the sales manager decided not to show up that day, I left the dealership. As I got home, which is roughly 1 hour away, the headlight had condensation and water build up back inside the housing. What is kind of funny about this situation, vehicles in Virginia cant pass inspection with condensation/water in the headlight, go figure their tech is able to inspect and approve of such work.Adding to the headlight situation, after further inspection from a third party performance shop, who only works on R35s, the vehicle I purchased from priority Nissan has front passenger side damage on the lower bumper/splitter, whether reported OR not reported, Priority Nissan would definitely know everything about this vehicle prior to selling.I have continuously been calling to speak with the service manager and GM, but have been consistently ignored, with not attempts to return my calls.Oh yah, and they riveted the bottom of the bumper on the passenger side, putting a crease in the bumper below the passenger side turn signal. Great job.BEWARE of purchasing from this dealer, shade 2.0 in full effect.
Everyone was amazing and thorough! They were quick with the work on my car and kept me informed every step of the way
Friendly advisor, excellent customer service.
Everyone wore masks and I was able to wait inside in a an air conditioned room by myself! Thanks for wiping down the car after it was serviced.Gail
Easy in and out service. Work was done quickly. My service advisor was Ismael Flores. He always is very helpful and provides great customer service.
My experience with this dealership service department, has been phenomenal.I have been taken care of by Ishmael.I arrive with tons of questions confused and worried and leave at ease, and secured. Ishmael is exceptionally knowledgeable about vehicles but even more importantly, he can explain issues in lamemen terms.I will most certainly be back. Thank you Nissan and special thanks to Ishmael
I always appreciate Jon’s great customer service—and the quality work by all the staff taking care of my car.
They did a fantastic job of installing my new spoiler. It really felt like VIP-type treatment.
I had to wait 2 hours for oil change and I was recommended to change the filter which I did 2 days ago. When I asked them why should I replace the filter which I got replaced 2 days ago, the guy panicked. I asked the mechanic to come show me the dirty filter, he checked and said its clean. And the typical answer he had There was a similar car and I recommended air filter change for that car and not this. Thats BS. Not visiting this place again.
Wow, I loved this place! Bryce and Leo were great salesmen and they madecar buying super easy! I would highly recommend Priority because the staff was professional and fair. Bryce and Leo are just two regular guys that worked with us to find the car that we loved that matched our financial commitment. They will treat you with compassion and honesty. I enjoyed having both of them as our salesmen. Good luck in your car buying search!
Derrick at Priority Nissan in Tyson’s Corner was excellent to work with to purchase my new Frontier! He listened to what we were looking for, found the exact match, and even went to Richmond and got the vehicle for us the next day! The deal was straightforward with no pressure which made the experience very pleasant. I will send my friends his way next time they are in the market. Well Done Derrick and Priority Nissan of Tyson’s Corner.
Excellent service and comfortable waiting area.
I took my rogue to get the wheel bearings changed and to remove a humming noise from the car and the car came back with the same humming noise and a screech. Once I arrived back in jersey my car needed the rear end changed, not sure what happened during the time at the dealer but my car did not have a screeching noise nor was there a problem with the rear end prior to leaving my car at the dealer.
We needed to have a recall taken care of on our 2003 Pathfinder. It was easy to make the appointment, the service rep kept me in the loop while they had our vehicle, and it was done quickly.
We requested a $75K service and the mechanic, Jon Lavigne was fantastic and ensured we only had the service work that was required. Highly ethical and I left very impressed.
