We bought a used vehicle here. Our salesman was obnoxious, slow, unknowledgeable, and rude. One tire had a damaged sidewall and should not have been passed through safety inspection or driven off the lot. The only positive was that we paid well under book value, since the salesman clearly thought the air conditioner was shot, and it only needed a Freon boost. Worst car buying experience either of us has ever had. Can’t imagine buying a $70,000 car here.

The parts department was very accommodating in looking up parts that I needed for my vehicle. The customer service and attitudes are very welcoming and much better than the parts department at Mercedes Benz of Alexandria, way better!!!

DO NOT DO Business here!First of all the service advisor was clueless as to what was included in the interval service that I needed. That was the first warning. Then they pointed me to a loaner car. It was filthy! Trash in it from someone who voted in Loudoun county and some random old business cards.Clearly they did not clean it AT ALL. And we are in the middle of a pandemic! Shameful!! Oh and it only had less than a quarter tank of gas. I returned immediately to get my car . I got only an insincere apology after pathetic excuses.Then while I was waiting to get my car back they gave that dirty loaner car to another couple waiting for service. Disgusting!

To whom it may concern,I am writing to file a complaint about the Mercedes-Benz, Tyson Corner car repair and maintenance and the horrible chain of events that happened on July 10,2020.I was told by phone that my CLA 250 was fixed ready for pickup. I paid my bill and drive off. Meanwhile to only return one hour later with my car being towed back to the dealership. Obviously repairs was not done properly because if it was road tested they would have know the car was not fixed still.Furthermore, I’m waiting for this company to make this right with me after costing me time and money and I have not yet heard back from them about the status of my car.In conclusion, I need that this issue be resolved as it has caused a great deal of stress and hassle on my part.I look forward to hearing from you regarding this matter soon.Sincerely,Ms. Barrier

Go elsewhere. Unless you are buying a car they are not interested. No way to call them directly, have to go through a call center that serves a bunch of dealers. They just randomly send you to someones voicemail, always voicemail, they dont call you back. Too cheap to hire and train a knowledgeable receptionist. The sales manager also gave me the runaround

We love coming to the Mercedes Tysons dealership over any other Mercedes dealership in the DMV area. Kenneth Hahm is so calm, personable and has great insights into helping our family with purchasing our next Mercedes. The servicing with Malcolm is smooth and hes responsive to requests.

Not bad experience and I had no choice to go there since my car had been serviced there before but a very stuffy reception when I was there to drop off an d pick up my car. They did what they were supposed to (warranty work) but they didnt make you feel welcomed

In and out in a day and a half for service recall work on our 2017 GLS with a clean loaner car but I will request a bigger loaner Im too tall for a C class vehicle but we have another vehicle to drive so it wasnt a big deal
