I do not recommend going to this establishment. They are scammers. Just one example: in the estimate they gave me, they wanted to use spark plug that cost roughly $10, but charge me $360 total for the parts (with 6 cylinders it should have been more like $60). I dont need 36 spark plugs. When I asked the mechanic to explain the charges to me, he insisted it was correct. After I confirmed the price with the part number, I talked to the manager and pointed out the error. He acknowledged it was wrong, but insisted it was an accident. When I asked him how it was possible for a mechanic to think that spark plugs cost six times what they should, he didnt have a good answer.If youve previously had work done here, I recommend reviewing your records and looking for anything shady.

I dropped my car off just to have it inspected. They told me I had a bad wheel bearing and that it was a very urgent matter that needed to be taken care of immediately. They then proceeded to quote me $680. Keep in mind there was no noise coming from the car at all so I was very suspicious with the diagnosis and especially the price. I did not have them do the work and I took it to smith tire and explained the story to them.... to make a long story short they told me there is nothing wrong with my car. If I would have been dumb enough to pay these people they would have stuck that money in their pocket and they would have done no work to my car. What they are doing is illegal and they need to be investigated

The facility is warm and welcoming! I had a cracked oil pan from an over tightened bolt from a previous tech who is no longer at this facility. The manager covered the cost of the repair and made sure my car was fixed properly. Colin did a great job on switching out my oil pan and changing the oil. I appreciate them fixing the mistake and providing excellent customer service. I have been going here 4 years now and will be back because of their commitment to customer service.

The Warsaw location has been changing the oil in my 2016 VW Passat for at least a year now. I noticed some oil on my driveway so had them check it out to which they ran a dye through and said my valve cover gasket was leaking. They told me they could fix it no problem and quoted me $1000-$1200. I trust them and made the appointment for May 25, 2021. I dropped my car off the night before as they instructed so that way they could start on it first thing in the morning. Around 10:30am May 25th they called and said they couldnt fix my car because they dont have the special tools needed to do the job and that I would have to take it elsewhere. I picked up my car about 4:40pm. I left and went to the Kmart parking lot to check to see if they put the shield back on underneath my car which they didnt so I went back and told them and they put it back on. I get half way to North Manchester and my car went into limp mode and the EPC light came on followed by the engine light. I called a tow truck and had it towed to the VW dealership in Fort Wayne. They sent me a video of their inspection and Monroe only put 2 out of the 11 screws back on the shield under the car and they didnt tighten the bolts on my valve cover gasket. The guy at Monroe claimed they didnt do anything to my car because they didnt have the special tools to which the guy at the dealership insured me that there are no special tools needed to change the valve cover gasket. After it was all said and done I got my car back 2 1/2 weeks later with a $3,981.26 bill to fix all the damages they caused. Another part of my inspection from the dealership said I needed an alignment which is funny because I had an alignment done at Monroe a couple months prior. I am going to pursue legal actions.

Ive tried to have the enterprise rental services here twice. Both times they were unable to do the job but didnt tell me until I drove down there.

Horrible customer interaction at the front desk. Will never go back again. The guy was arrogant and talking as if doing favor.

A great place for an oil change!

I considered legal action against these scammers. I took my truck in because I am new to the area and had a shimmy when I hit the brakes at speed (typically a warped rotor). I was expecting a $500-600 quote for rear pads and rotors. What I got instead was a $3500 estimate for all new brakes, and front wheel bearings. This didnt sound right to be because I had actually replaced a front hub and the front pads on that truck not 5 months earlier. I sent a copy of their estimate to the mechanic who did that work (and who I know to be honest and trustworthy) up in Kalamazoo. He didnt think it sounded right either. I ended up taking the truck back to him (in Kzoo). The hubs and bearings were absolutely fine. I needed nothing more than rear pads and rotors. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. You will be charged $1000s of dollars for unnecessary repairs that probably wont even fix your problem.

Trustworthy and skilled mechanic worked on my car. I recommend Monro and they will remain my first choice in auto care.

First off I show up at lunch to get 2 oil changes. I walk in there was 2 guys in the office I said need 2 oil changes. He says his techs are on lunch.I make appointment for 2 cars get there and they had 3 of us at the same time, and the guy yesterday was one of the techs. So he lied to me.we got there first but wasnt first. I have a exhaust leak they never said anything about that. It took them over 50 mins to do oil changes. I will spend another dime there

Super friendly (and woman friendly). Went in for an oil change (scheduled). Have been going to Monroe regularly for oil changes for last 5+ years and this location has been the best. They gave me a report on how vehicle is doing (green, yellow, red) and was very open to answering questions I had.

Very welcoming, friendly and professional. I had a blown heater hose, it was replaced in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday. Saved my day for sure 🙂

Came in for an oil change, inquired about tires. Jeremy installed lower control arms and 4 new tires at same time as well as a new PCV valve.Needed a part Eric called around and found one. I got nothing but a run around from Scott the GM..I have had my car in this shop 8 times since July for Tie Rods and problems with Air Conditioning not working. 1st time they put tie rods on backwards, then Scott told me they were the wrong tie rods after letting me drive like that for almost a month. He orders the new ones and continues to miss appointments with me to finish up the work due to he says now i need a new strut due to bad tie rods. Take to Tire Barn today for a 2nd opinion and Tire Barn says he never did a alignment on it, even though I paid for it. Air Conditioning was suppose to of had a valve ordered and put on, not sure if it was done, still not working says its because he cant get the refrigerate for it. The Air Conditioning has had several missed appointments by him and still does not work 😔. Most recent appointment was Sept 22nd, dropped car off Friday Night to be serviced at 8 am on Saturday, left note on steering wheel, call several times to check on it on Saturday told he went to part store to get oil to finish up, get there at 6 pm to pick up and no one knows nothing and Scott not around. Go to get in my car note is still there, no one even touched my car at all.Mechanics tell me they cant comment on it! Response via text from Scott he did 9 cars and I am interrupting his family time...what about my time you just wasted!!! In addition call warranty company to take somewhere else due to his incompetence and i am told because of the time I wasted with him my warranty ran out on climate control..it was brought to him at 138,000 now 142,181 expires at 142,000..smh thanks so much!!No communication and does not keep appointments and does not follow through. Not happy and will not be returning!!DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!Update took to Belle Tire, no refrigerate in my car at all, they did it in 2 hours not months and it works.

Today was my first time coming here. Very friendly staff, Scott was very good in explaining things to me and there was no pressure. Sean was my tech and did a great job. They will beat any price in town and have an amazing selection of tires. If they dont have the tires you want they will get them for you. I will definitely be coming back!

Needed brake job done last minute and they were able to knock it out for me. The gentleman at the counter was very polite and was able to get me in and out in a reasonable amount of time, seeing that they did both a full on brake job and oil change. I would definitely recommend.

The staff was very helpful in resolving an issue I had with my vehicle. I wasn’t suggested to fix a bunch of issue that didn’t exist. Spenser assisted me and explained everything in detail that he had done. I’ve used this location for others things and have always been satisfied with the quality and speed of witch my vehicle has been taken care of. I would recommend them to anyone needing repairs done.

I took my husbands car in for an oil change a couple weeks ago. The service was fast, friendly, and the price was awesome. We get charged different prices at different places. Monroe was the best. Im taking my jeep in this week, and this will be where we go from now on.

Stop going where you normally go for service. My regular guy was booked up so I thought I would try this place. Oil changed, tires rotated and a pretty complete inspection done in 45 minutes. I really liked the service and the price was right.

Fast friendly and professional service. The day I went there was only one man on duty and he was I was told it was going to be a while. They actually fit me in way sooner than expected. They actually took their time to do the job right instead of rushing like most of the other places out thereI I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend!

Best place to get an oil change. Great service and price. Was in and out in 30 minutes. The person who attended my vehicle is named Scott. He inspected my vehicle to make sure everything looked ok. A lot of places you go to do that and then come to you and say you are gonna need this and gonna need that. And try and scare you into buying something from them you really dont need. Not this place. Only thing he told me is that I am gonna have to replace the battery soon. Did not push me into trying to by one from them. A lot of other places would have. I will be going back all the time and bring my wifes vehicle too. Hard to find places like this one anymore.

These guys are my go to guys for anything and everything related to my car. Be it oil change, inspection or more, they not only know their stuff, but do a great job! They arent overpriced either...I would definitely recommend them, especially if youre pretty clueless about cars like I kinda am lol

Went there for an oil change and some repair work for my exhaust. Tell ya they are super professional and very knowledgeable. You must go there and talk to Scott he is one of the best around.

I was traveling in Indiana on business when my vehicle developed a grinding noise in the front end. I decided to over night in Warsaw and find a shop to take a look at the noise before I continued on. Monro was the shop that opened the earliest, so I was there just after they opened. Scott said he could take a look right away and got my vehicle in and found that it needed front brakes and rotors replaced because they were metal on metal. He had me going within an hour! Thank you

My son had a flat tire on a Sun morn and he drove to Monroe but thought it was closed so I drove an hour and half to meet him there. When I got there I saw that they were open (Google ad is wrong) and I went in and met Scott the manager. He promptly took his car in, took tire off and repaired the leak. Best part is he didnt charge my son. This definitely the place to go for auto repair. I wish I lived closer.

I was having trouble with my battery dying (died 3 times in 4 days). My battery wasn’t even a year old, I found out that I ended up getting a faulty battery from this other repair shop back in Michigan.I didn’t know how I was going to pay off this bill, but Monroe went out of their way to get a new battery for me, and gave it to me free of charge. Ive gotten multiple oil changes and recently had my transmission fluid flushed at this location. They go above and beyond, including automatically adding coupons onto my bill and they have even driven me back to work during one appointment.

Ive been getting my oil changed there for 3 years. Prices for an oil change are low enough that I wonder if they actually make money on the oil changes or if they use them to drum up a loyal customer base. Works for me either way. Minus one star for a bit of disarray in their scheduling. It isnt always worth it to reserve a time. Ive shown up twice and they were completely unable to find the reservation.

This shop is clean and clutter free. The Mechanics are personable and knowledgeable. Good deals on oil changes here for sure.
