Michael was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. It had been a while since Ive had a new phone and I was dreading the process. He answered all my questions. Although my phone had to be ordered I prepaid for a case and the liquid glass and he put the items aside for me with the receipt. He explained what the process would be like once I came back to get it.

Stopped into the local Verizon store as my SIM card failed last night. After discussing with Verizon tech support, it was recommended that I go to the store for faster service. I arrived around 4:30PM as was greeted right away and assisted by Lexi. I explained the problem to her and after running the phone through some quick checks, she came to realization that I needed a new SIM card. The phone is only 6 months old and this has never happened to me before so I was a little surprised. She inserted a new card, did some updates online and on the phone and within a few minutes, I was back in business. I cannot thank her enough for the quick, efficient and outstanding service.

Tom was very helpful! I went through Asurion for a cracked screen repair. After an 18 day ordeal of appointments to fix my screen, then my appointments being cancelled and rescheduled only to have my screen be “rejected” by my software, Tom was able to upgrade my phone and get me out of the store in less than 1 hour!

I am absolutely delighted with my experience at this store. Thomas and the other employees were not only knowledgeable and gregarious, but went above and beyond. Its quite honestly the best customer experience Ive ever had. I dont say that without a great deal of reflection, as I have been in the sales industry for a decade myself. Not only did Thomas inform me of a trade-in special, consequently, where I went and bought a phone from a friend to exchange, having done so saving me $350. Upon picking up my new galaxy fold 2 his fellow employee was patient with me and accomplished everything that I had intended, plus some. He even offered to go through the esoteric qualities after I played around with it for a few days. I plan on seeing him in regards to the hotspot and watch soon. Im delighted to say this facility despite three other Verizons on the way from my house (they had the phone in stock I desired) will absolutely be the one I conduct business with in the future. Thanks to everyone there! Its worth mentioning that two other employees were also accommodating and easy to do business with, as one had sold me an iPhone the week prior and another assisted Thomas in switching it for my Samsung. No matter who you find when you walk in, youre in good hands.

David helped my husband and me with upgrading our phones from iPhone 6’s to 11. He helped us with so much. He also did not try to upsell us with the choice we made. We felt the 11 was fine for our needs. When we asked about the difference between the 11 and 12 he explained it so we understood confirming our original choice. He reviewed our current plan and indicated it was adequate for our new phones. He suggested auto pay which we chose to do going forward. It did provide some savings which we were happy about since we both are retired.David is so patient and kind. Since our phones were older it took a little longer to transfer everything especially since I had recently updated everything not knowing it would take longer for the transfer.David also assisted us with getting new cases and also put screen protectors on each phone. He left nothing out! He took the time to show us several features so we would be comfortable using the phones. He was so patient as we asked several questions as some of the features were new to us.And finally we had issues with our passwords and he skillfully worked it all out!!We both highly recommend David and will continue to with our family and friends going forward.Airport Road Warwick RI

I went the Verizon store on airport road and first I was dealing with J and left the store very happy but I needed to go back for a label to send off my other phone I am not sure why but the other guy I was dealing with could not print out the label so I needed to go back for the label and the tablet was not working right so now I am a little angry. So this time when I went back I was seen by Nicolas well he worked on my tablet until everything was working right so when I left I was no longer angry I was very pleased with the service that Nicolas gave me

I went to the Verizon Store in Warwick. I COULDNT REMEMBER MY PASSWORDS OR how to work my phone. The tech named Mike was very patient and helped walk me through the whole process to get my bill down, purchase and setup a tablet and fix my phone. He not once tried to hurry OR say to do it myself. I would recommend him to anyone needing tech support.

Only good thing about this place is Star bucks next door!!! Staff with the exception of Thomas are less than desirable to work in customer service!!! The so called manager is a joke ! Understandable why the rest are incompetent, look at who’s managing them!!!! Go to the real Verizon store on Baldhill rd!! They are personable and super knowledgeable unlike these village idiots

I had the pleasure of working with Kristen, one of the owners of this location on some of their online marketing efforts. It is evident after talking to her that both owners are extremely focused on creating a positive customer experience. To make a long story short, I bought a new I phone 8. They backed up my old phone which was 64 gs and it took a while to load it onto the new phone. They were great and showed me new features etc.The next day one of my co-workers told that they have an old i phone 6s that I could have bought. I have two kids and money is tight.I decided that if I could return the new phone I would buy the old 6S.I was expecting a big hassle and it was the exact opposite. They even backed up my phone and loaded it onto my used 6S phone. I was so relieved that they treated me just as nicely when I returned the phone as they did when I was buying. After repeated run-arounds with Customer Service (611) representatives on the national network, I turned to Wireless Zone in Warwick and was promptly greeted by Matt Dominguez who took the time to listen to my concerns and offered detailed methods to resolve my issue of low/no signal service while also answering my questions regarding the various Verizon calling packages which recently had taken effect. Matt assisted me with a smooth and no-pressure transition into our new calling plan which fit both our usage levels and family budget. Matt was very courteous and went to great lengths to ensure my concerns were addressed satisfactorily and left a highly positive impression upon me (a 15-year Verizon loyalist) in terms of Customer Care at Verizon Wireless.
