Ive been with u.s. cellular for 13 years and I drive an hour away to go to this store!!! The customer service is off the charts!!! Well, with Chad anyways!! I always makes sure He Is there😁 He is so helpful and always tells me the most current specials they are offering. Also, since Im big on following a budget he helps me fit my needs while STILL keeping me in my budget! Also, I enjoy just chatting with him and sharing a few laughs. I love this store !!! And chad!!! HE ROCKS!!

There is one guy in particular I go to for all of my cell phone needs and or accessories. His name is Chad. He is awesome at what he does and he will thoroughly explain everything to the point. I have seen him help some of the older generation get into the new smart phones and he has a true talent for what he does every day. He Sure shows that he loves what he does.

I stopped in the store last week because I was passing through town and had an issue with my phone. I was greeted immediately, which is unusual because most of the time it takes 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me. Not only did he resolve the issue with my iPhone but he also told me about a new protection plan that I had no idea exist through Apple. The service is excellent. I came in for a simple replacement of a screen protector, and was informed of a deal that would upgrade two of our plans phones to the S4 at no cost. I still got my screen protectors for both of them too. Excellent store.

We always get our phones from cellular plus even though it is located nearly 20 miles away. The trip is always worth it. Jon and his staff take great care of us.

Amazing customer service!! After two days of dealing with US Cellular Telesale department, I was ready to write them off as a carrier altogether. On a whim, I called Jon at the Washington, Illinois store, to see if he could help me out. I told him my situation, and that I had limited availability to be in store, and he went above and beyond to get my plan and devices upgraded in the amount of time I had available. Not only did I leave the store with the required changes and upgraded, he managed it all within my short time frame. I was even two minutes early to pick my kids up from basketball practice. Far and away, this was THE BEST experience I have ever had at any brick and mortar wireless store!!

US Cellular kept charging me for my phone even after it was paid off. Went to this store and they said Sorry, you have to PHYSICALLY come to our store and tell us to stop charging you. Also no refunds for the months we overpaid. Pretty sure this is called theft.
