Poor customer service. Unless it’s a sale they won’t give you the attention you need. I came in because I had a problem with my phone. Today at 230pm. I spoke with Adam, the sales representative. Before I finish telling him the problem, he started to look for any excuse not to take care of me. He mentioned that I needed to go the apple store. He didn’t take the chance to look at my phone and he was already sending me away. The store was empty and I was the only customer in there. It wasn’t like he was busy. He mentioned he had an appt and 230 but it only takes two seconds to look at the phone. He didn’t even bother to do that. But if I was going to add a line which I was after I fix the issue with my phone, he wouldn’t be so quick to push me away. Customer service sucks. I won’t be going to that store again. I will add my lines at the Meriden mall.

Upgraded and somehow my Gmail account got screwed up and we couldnt complete the activation. Can call and text but little else.

Went to buy a brand new iPhone and said I need to make an appointment even though there was nobody there. I guess you don’t want my money.

Had to return a phone the manager was very helpful

Salesmsn at Brass Mill Center, Waterbury, CT lied to me saying that my payment plan would be $85 monthly, but I received an unpleasant text message saying that I had to pay $140.

Very frustrating. Spent nearly 5 hours on 3 trips trying to switch to Verizon from AT&T. Got different answers and explanations all 3 times. This experience was so frustrating that Verizon managed to make AT&T look good. Fat talking, changing numbers and stories, and the old right as we’re about to sign....oops it’s actually $10 more a month. How a store managed to make a better product les appealing with their terrible sales is beyond me.

I was standing in line for 15 minutes, Im white and the Hispanic worker took the Hispanic couple who was waiting 2 minutes before they took me and when I mentioned it the worker was rude told the other couple it was fine to cut me in line. All I was trying to do was pay my bill and they had me waiting over a half hour because other people were there to purchase phones. Horrible place and even worse workers that are obviously RACIST I will not be coming back

This store is charging customers for accessories without acknowledgment. BE careful shopping here and be sure to ask for a receipt with a summary of the charges and not just the final price. I was told that with the bundle accessories would only cost a fraction of the cost, however, the full retail price was charged. Avoid this location if possible.

Manager here sucks. She’s so rude. NOT helpful. It’s okay tho I called Verizon Customer Service and they resolved my issue without any hesitation. Other than that MIKE is AWESOME! He should be the manager.

Verizon is a good place both to work and be acustomer.The attendants were cautious and friendly. It takes longer to attend to each customer because it is a lengthy process. I went there to work.Overall its a nice place to do business
