I had a long session with Ken today he was very excellent in his explanations he did everything I want him to do a very experienced and knowledgeable I cant say enough about him he was just a wonderful person and I highly recommended you should get a raise

Ive been in this store multiple times and am not satisfied by the customer service at all! I bought an apple watch for my daughter in December and was told that I was eligible to add a line for free. Well, the line was never added therefore my daughters watch only works when with her phone. I went in today to have a sim put into my daughters phone and they were short on help. The young lady that helped us was nice however. Ive noticed, and heard from the employees themselves that they lack a manager and therefore employees are having to work doubles. I will be calling T-Mobile today and letting them know I am looking into switching to another carrier and am extremely dissatisfied with their in store help, as well as customer service.

Would like to let your company know I went into the west main store in Waterbury ct and honestly your company is very lucky to have two very good workers Cristian Castro and josh Russo were amazing store closed and they stayed till everything was fixed and running correctly. I would definitely recommend this store and these two amazing workers.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had with my cell phone provider. I went in to switch my plan to something a little more affordable, Brian and his crew were AMAZING. They switched the plan in less than 3 minutes, took my payment, and offered help with any other questions I had. They were welcoming and super nice. It was refreshing to walk into a store, be greeted by the staff, and have a genuine conversation with them. I can’t wait to go back and get my next phone!

I’ve been a loyal sprint customer for a few years now & with the merge I was unsure of what store I should make my ‘Home Store’. However, one random stop at this location on the way back from Dunkin was worth every minute! The last team that was there was managed by some big guy with a struggle beard... I think his name was Bryan.. well whoever he was, he is a con artist we’ll call it. The new team I was helped and greeted by which included the manager Joshua & his team Christian & Lailin were very helpful and knowledgeable. Christian helped me with a bill pay, hooked me up with $60 CABLE!!! & got me a free line of service for my daughter! 100% recommend this store to anyone looking to switch to a new carrier or if you need to pay your bill or whatever. Hats off! And keep working hard! 10/10 service!

What a amazing Store to visit, Brian the store manager and his team was sensational. When I walked in I was greeted by the whole staff I felt welcome, I been to multiple T-Mobile stores and never have I been greeted like this store did .The team made sure I felt comfortable and safe they sprayed EVERYTHING DOWN ! Every couple of minutes! Very clean store hands down .I went in to get my new wife a new phone but wasn’t sure on what phone to get her for Christmas . Brian and Angelique helped me with my choice . They are very informative Brian and Angelique showed me everything and made sure i got the best deal & went over the agreement / deal with me .I enjoyed my visit and would recommend to all my friends and family to go visit Brian and his team at west main for the best customer service I ever experience!I will give you guys 30 stars if I can !

This store is the greatest I have ever been to Brian was so helpful he helped me get my new Apple Watch love it!!!! I can’t complain I have been to other store and got no where but Brian went above and beyond this is the store to visit and buy from. I will be going back to get more merchandise from him or his staff as they are all great.

1. Mgr Brian fraudulently created a Google acct in my name and reviewed himself on Google without me knowing, he wrote, Hands down best place ever I love this team so nice Brian is sweet and helped me with everything!2. He told me that I would be charged again from my bank on the same day of the next month, then I got charged 19 days after initial sign up putting me in the hole at my bank at Christmas.3. He took my credit card telling me he was charging me for $15 worth of accessories and instead put me on a payment plan to pay $50 for those accessories.4. He charged me $45 for set up that never applied to phone, accessories or monthly charges.5. I had to get a new phone from him, because, Im pretty sure he bent prongs inside card reader in back of my phone Id had for just a couple months.It took 9hrs on the phone to correct his mess.

Brian, Amanda, and Nyasia all had great customer skills. Their greeting skills were perfect! The store manager remembered that I was a returned customer, which was very impressive! I was educated on how to use my new IPhone 12...before I left out the store. I highly recommend this store location at 1249 West Main St.

My daughter upgraded her phone and was promised by Brian a $250 credit due to overpayment of old leased phone. This was in October 2 2020. We have called three times and have got the run around. Very shady and they will be reported to the BBB of Ct as well as Sprint Corporate. Stay away from these characters

I have emailed you several times. Why do you feign compassion here? Looking forward to resolution.❌❌ Outright Fraud and Felony Larceny.❌❌Smilin Brian jammed me with $2,400 in additional commitments and charged me for items he placed in my shopping bag. I was just buying a cheap phone and ended up with an additional phone line to go with the free tablet (both two year commitments) and a $50 cover + screen protector I did not ask for and knew nothing about.All was disguised by several ridiculous leases he created that were never printed or emailed to me. Agreements were signed on an ipad where he showed me only the signature line.I had the wherewithal to pursue undoing the damage but it took me several weeks and I cant believe this person is still employed ANYWHERE. I am sure this happened to many, many others that would benefit from a class action law suit.

Cristian was super helpful! Very friendly and resolved a major problem! I’ll be back.

I have been dealing with an issue with my line for almost a year at the Mall location and after decided go elsewhere. Walking into this location the atmosphere itself was so different and I was greeted enthusiastically by each staff member. I didn’t realize at the time that I was dealing with the Store Manager Brian and another associate Jomary but it made no difference as they both were equally helpful and in under an hour had a years worth of issues handled documented and were even able to correct errors with my credit line to allow me to get the upgrade to the 11Max Pro that my wife wanted and even had the ability to get the watch and iPad as well as we were unable to do so due to the errors in our account. I literally felt a weight off my shoulders and will ONLY use this location for all my TMobile related needs going forward. Have even spoken on the phone already with the manager on switching over my business lines from Verizon and I am certain that with the way they handled my year long issue in minutes that this transition will be a breeze. Thank you very much!!!

What can I say about this store when I walked in I was greeted by all the employees. I worked with an employee by the name of jomira I don’t even know if I spelled her name but she was a big help as i was clueless about my phone she was very informed about the phones that I upgraded not only my lines but all 4 I even got an iPad and a sync up by Installed by Brain for my car I had such a great experience here as I had all my needs meet and more. Jomira has very good customer service skills. I will be going back to this location for more of my needs. Thank you Jomira and thank you Brian

After a bad experience at another store (I ordered an Apple Watch for pick up online and they sold it to someone else as I was walking in the store), I came to this store and Rob was more than helpful. He got me the watch I wanted the same night I was supposed to get the other one that was sold on me by the other store. Definitely would recommend!

If I could give less than one star I would. Worst experience ever with supervising staff! I feel bad for the salesperson who has to work under then. Watch what they try to sell you. Other equipment that you purchase they make you believe you are buying it out right and they end up attaching it to your bill. When approached about it they threw the blame back on me with very poor customer service skills. Go to any other Best Buy store. Stay away from this store!!!!!!

I went to upgrade my phone today and Raj was super helpful! She showed me all the new phones and helped me find a new case and protector( bonus with the new freebie wireless charging station!)I had been thinking about leaving sprint because of the rising price and not so great over the phone customer service but she and Mary Lynn helped get me an awesome price and upgrade!

Very pleased with the service we get at the Sprint on West Main Street in Waterbury. Marcus and the staff are great and very helpful especially since we are older and need a lot of help.

Usually I absolutely hate Sprint & everything that goes along with it BUT the 2 guys at this store were frickin great!! SO helpful & cool as ice cubes. But seriously, they were very helpful & didnt pass me off like the jackwad at the malls store did.

I switched to Sprint and the reason why was how the staff handled everything. By far one of the best stores around. Glad I switched.
