It seems as if there is always someone new working in the store. For the most part, the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. Its the phone service that is absolutely great. Have only experienced minor and brief connection issues while travelling. The dollar value is clearly at the top of the list.

Such nice friendly helpful sales staff

This company sucks. I call 611 to a 24 hour extension on my bill and they tell me no they cant because theyre a prepaid company but metro gives out 48 hour extension on ur bill and theyre prepaid. Its crazy because i need my phone for work. And they still told me theyre aint nothing they can do..they just lost me as a customer on tuesday instead of paying my bill im switching my services back to metro pcs
