Their prices are very high and their service isnt very helpful. I can understand why a lot of people are moving from Boost Mobile to other services such as T-Mobile.

I went in there because i wanted to switch and the girl/guy (wont say what it was because im not getting no one fired) seemed like he didnt want to help me told me i coulnt port. Went to another boost same day and i was able to port my number.........

The manager is very unreasonable they stealing money from costumers smh i pay for something that it was not working and she did not want to refund me back and stood with the code that gives the refund back

Tha people in there r really nice.

You never know when theyre open the personnel are inconsistent
