Will Gonzales is an excellent customer service representative. He did everything to get me the very best deal he could with low pressure sales. The store is clean and comfortable as well I only buy my merchandise at this store!

Guys here were nice, they recommend me to fix my phone at a shop in Reidville dr, whoever the owner is messed up my phone, more than it was before and now I have to upgrade my phone without getting anything for a complete dead phone. It was a waste of time and more money in the end.

I opened a account with at&t on June 12 2021 located on 2457 east main Street waterbury ct I got a bill in the mail saying I have a business account and I also have a tablet with another number on my account. I dont have a business and I dont have a tablet I called a customer service number and they said it seems like my account have fraud on it and to go back to the store where I opened up my account and I went back to the store and spoke to someone by the name of Jake and he told me thats there was nothing he can do for me and that I have to contact his District manager so he gave me her email address to contact her like a week ago and I still havent heard anything back I got to say this has been the worst experience ever and I really regret switching my service to AT&T I should have stood with metro pcs

The service was outstanding! Meagan was very helpful and such a people person, she made my visit very welcoming and was such a pleasant person to do business with COULDNT have left more satisfied if it wasn’t for her amazing assistance and great personality thank you Meagan !!

My wife and I were looking to get new phones. We went to several different stores and at the end of the day we find ourselves at our local att store in Waterbury . I have never seen such wonderful costumer service like we received at att . The sales women Meagan, went literally above and beyond to make sure we got the phones of our choice and the plan that was best for us. I have never seen someone go out of their way like this women did. She is just an awesome and understanding person. The whole att team at our local store is great. But Meagan really stands out !

We were helped by James and he was absolutely awesome. Very helpful and very efficient. He was alone in the store with several customers and never got overwhelmed and was very professional! He was able to manage every person in the store and their issue in a timely manner. Definitely 5 stars!!!

My experience was terrible. Kept me there for an hour after two hours with att on line support the night before telling me my phone needs to be replaced to go to my att store. When the girl gave the phone to a young abnocious young boy . After commenting this is a phone. I dropped it it cracked the glass. My issue was I could not connect to u tube not the glass. Just wanted my phone repaired. They could not repair it after 3 people touched my phone. I was told that I had to pay for the balance of the phone before I can get one that works. When I told him that I pay 270.oo a month for direct TV. Watch phone cell phone and internet he stated so what I pay for a phone bill too. I was told there a third party of att.and I did no buy the phone from them.i was told to go to th e mall att store.service was terrible. This boy should be fired immediately

Very nice experience. The young man with the soft cheeks and the little teeth was such ah sweethart. He was just like my grandson if my grandson wasn’t such a littlevagina. And the young ginger lady with the eyelashes was so AMAZING! Plus the nice black fella walked me to the door. The only issue i had was some little spanish kid kept calling me boss

The staff is so friendly and willing to help with anything you need. While being there I also witnessed them being very patient and polite. We got everything we needed done in one visit. Meagan and her supervisor were especially helpful.

Absolutely fantastic service! Vard the store manager helped set me up with my brand new flippity flop phone. Great guy although I dont think standing as widespread as he was is all too good on the downstairs area! And the way he was speaking Russian to somebody on the phone gave me the impression that he had ties with the Russian mob but overall a nice feller. They also had another gentleman there who looked exactly like Vector from despicable me who was very quiet, however he did do a great job assisting Vald with the sale. And outside there was a little Spanish fella with an AT&T shirt on working on his car, looked like there was a ton of problems with it! Boy I hope they dont need him to go to any other stores!!! But Waterbury is FOR SURE my store of choice!

I came into this store about a week ago for technical help with my Apple 11. The young Nubian feller with dreadlocks was great and very helpful. His manager with the rather large rear end I believe his name was Bard introduced me to this wonderful product called AT&T TV. I am very satisfied with this product and this young man did me a service by telling about this AT&T tv. The pretty ginger girl with lashes longer then my wife’s pony tail and a sweet young boy that looks like Milhouse from the Simpsons set up the box for me and showed me how to navigate through the tv. When I got home all I had to do was plug in the box and use it. 10/10 service a wonderful team, this is officially my AT&T store of choice.

Meaghan was a pleasure to work with. She was working alone and helping several people at once. She was GREAT at multitasking and still managed to take her time with each of us. We all agreed that she was awesome! She helped me save almost $70 on my monthly bill even with adding my son to my plan and getting him a brand new phone, he’s 13 and this will be his first phone! She even helped me set up his iCloud with parental controls and set up our new HBO account (which is awesome by the way!) I have been with AT&T since the beginning. I have had unpleasant encounters at this location in the past but thanks to Meaghan I will surely come back. This young lady is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable of promotions. I was interested in the iPhone 12 promotion for myself so I stopped into another store recently. They went in to my account, and didn’t even tell me my plan wouldn’t qualify without being Unlimited. Being that I have had negative experiences here I did look it up on AT&T’s website. Meaghan ran the numbers for me and it ended up making sense. I was able to upgrade my phone with the promotion, also ended up getting my son a phone and on my plan for cheaper than what I was paying before, I now have HBO and a hotspot. I just wanted to get a new phone but left with so much more than that!I also want to say.. I presume my plan is a good one if nobody every told me otherwise! I upgrade my phone every 1-2 years and nobody mentioned it prior. I also had no clue that AT&T offered work discounts.. Thank you Meaghan. You’re fantastic!

New cell phone purchased and setup. Very polite staff

Called in with a technical problem/questions about an iPhone 6s and talked to a gentleman names Enoc. I had no problems understanding his explanation or his directions with the issue I was having with the phone. He walked me through everything.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Never have any issues at this location and theyre always quick to solve any problems and Meagan is always willing to help out and answer any questions I have. This is the AT&T store to go to!

Do not go to this store. go to a corporate store or more legitimate location. got pitched $10 airpods. confirmed 3 times they were $10, only to find a recurring monthly payments on bill. other customers in store heard about $10 airpods for me and were excited to get their pair. it was all a lie. go to a better store.

The manager lauren really helped me purchasing a new phone for my mother’s birthday and helped me picked out some accessories that she loved! She was also following all the protocols during these trying times. Definitely coming back for any future business with AT&T.

Went to the mall last night and the service was so bad that I left and was thinking about switching my service. On my way home I saw this store that I didnt know was there I thought my only choice near me was the mall and the sales rep there was so helpful. Even though the store was busy and it was closing soon he helped me and everyone else in the store, made sure that we all got attention and didnt make being in a cell phone store painful. This is my new store and this store is the only reason I didnt go and switch my service.

The staff was attentive and efficient. They made my upgrade process fast and easy.

BEWARE!!!!! Look at your bill closely when you leave, these people at this location added 3 extra lines to our bill and added an extra plan, NONE of which were authorized by us!!!!!!!!

Great small AT&T store. All employees are very helpful, polite and accommodating. Sometimes have to wait awhile for service as there are only 1 or 2 employees working at a time, but worth the wait.

Deplorable. I called this East main St location and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. I asked why I cant look up products and services at this location. Mark is his name. He kept asking what location I was calling, are you sure, what number did you dial ( there is no more dialing), which website did you use, what search engine, etc. I told him Im positive about which location Im calling. He then said the typical incompetent phrase stop swearing. I said I didnt swear. Then he argued with me over that. My next question was do you want my business? Now his new phrase is oh my god. My final statement was Theres no way you can stay in business conducting yourself in this manner His final phrase was he is going to kick my ass which is impossible. I guarantee this location will be closed or under new management in less than 3 months.

Or customer service they always make you wait after the time they dont open on time even though they say its a customer waiting they make you wait like 10-15 minutes and theyll open the door

Although AT&T has some of the highest prices around their Associates always very friendly the replace your sim card for free if you switch phones they wont get mad if you buy your own unlocked phone as long as you using their service some of the other places around always want to make you buy their own phone
