This crew is professional and extremely helpful. I will continue to use them! They’ve been helpful to me and now my friend with his truck being messed up.

They are bandits, I took my 2005 dodge ram truck to check the brakes, they told me they were going to charge me 300.00 dlls to repair them, once they checked my home address they corrected the amount to 400.00 dlls, they returned the truck to me the same without repair the problem, and Mr. Cruz (once paid) does not want to re-check the truck because it takes time away, I left it for 3 days and he didnt even check it. Dont let them steal your money. This was the worst auto shop experience I have ever been to and definitely very expensive.I have other acquaintances in Waxahachie who have warned me of the problem with these guys. They are scoundrels ...

I have always been satisfied with Mr. Cruz and his shop. I have had my vehicles in his shop numerous times in the past and I’ve always been happy with the quality of the work. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their vehicle fixed! They are honest and get the job done in a timely manner!

Good mechanics good people. I would recommend anyone to go there...if you have a major issue with your vehicle just be prepared to be out of a vehicle for a while..my car been there almost 4 months and still waiting..he is too busy due to everyone bringing there vehicle there..he will put little jobs before big jobs..

I took my truck in for repairs and it sat in their lot for over a month without any work being done on it. I called every week and heard different excuses to why it wasn’t being worked on. I finally sent out a tow truck and had it taken to another mechanic. Mechanic at the new shop had to not only fix the original problems but everything that Cruz’s shop did when taking apart the engine to diagnose the issue. They not only didn’t fix the car but made the situation much more stressful and worse.Response to owner: besides a generic response to disqualify the bad review I left...let’s hear the “truth” or your side of the story. Not exactly sure what part of my review is contradictory

Brought my 2013 Ford Escape to Cruz auto shop and received nothing but amazing customer service. Quick in and out process with precise details about the clicking noise coming from the left side front tire.Mechanics definitely gave a comforting impression of intelligence when it came to the issue I was having with my vehicle. Will definitely do business with them again.

Cruz has been a reasonable mechanic since I started driving 30 years ago. Now his boys are following in his foot steps as friwndly, helpful and great mechanics. I just dropped a truck off at 4:30 yesterday and Jr. had it done by 6:00 and the price was right in line for what I had done. Gaurantee if you try them they will become your new permanent mechanics.

Timely service and fair prices

Ive been taking my parents vehicles there for the past year and a half. The owner is a great man who is always honest and fare. He does great quality work and is always there for the customers. One of the best car services Ive had in Waxahachie!

If I could give this place a -5 star review, I would. I have been up there before with no problems but this experience will make me tell everyone I come in contact with, the exact type of business this automotive establishment is. Mr. Cruz is a blue collar CROOK/THEIF. I took my vehicle up there for a quote on the removal & replacement of driver side exhaust manifold. (The new part, I provided) After Mr. Cruz looked my vehicle up in his system from previous repair, I was given a quote of $200 for the cost of labor since I had my own part. We agreed on that price...When I took my vehicle in to get repairs done, Mr. Cruz expressed that after his son looked my vehicle up in the repair book, He did not realize that my vehicle was a 4 wheel drive and that it would take 5 hours to complete the repair so Im going to have to add $100 to the quote, making the total cost $300. My reply to that was... how did you not know it was a 4 wheel drive when you looked my vehicle up in your system from previous repairs? His only reply to that was well Im sorry but the price is $300 & since I was already there I went ahead and said OK with the repairs even though I wasnt happy about the change in price.After having to take A-day and a 1/2 off of work, The repairs were finally finished. When I went up to the automotive establishment to pay for the repairs I was told when I got there that there was going to be an extra $20 charge due to broken bolts they had to remove and replace.I already previously felt taken advantage of but with these new added charges that were not okayed by me, I felt flat out robbed. I expressed to Mr. Cruz the problems Ive had with this entire process, especially not getting a courtesy call about a price increase. Mr Cruz was not transparent or honest in this whole repair process. And I expressed to him exactly that. I paid the $320 and let him know that I would never be coming back to this establishment and will be telling people what they can expect when doing business with Cruz automotive services.
