I have taken my vehicles here for over 9 years. I’m torn to respond negatively here. I believe they have excellent service. I’ve met multiple techs and been treated very well. They clearly are told to up-sell, but they’re always courteous and give you good info. They don’t push back when I say no to it.My main issue has been them unwilling this past year to service your vehicle if you want to get out and have them pull in. I like to sit and do paperwork or sometimes go next door and get a drink or bite while waiting. The last time I went a tech(who I hadn’t met before) was unwilling to pull my truck in. So, I go down the street now for service. They do have good service, and I assume they’ll lift those requirements soon if they haven’t already. But Jiffy Lube did not respond well this past year under the mask of safety.

Special thank you to Austin for single handedly restoring my faith in humanity today. He was helpful, honest, and human to me during a stressful time. I didnt have a service today, but have had bad experiences here in the past...after today, I would actually return in the future, and ask for him. Thanks again Austin!

They can do the job, barely. Not professional and charged me $15 for a small brake light bulb on the cab. And told me I had to have it working for inspection and argued about it. Looked it up and he was wrong.

Sold my wife a tire. 6 months later she informs me of a small possible leak. Upon inspection I discovered she was given a tire with dry rot cracks all over . Jiffy lube would not resolve this issue for us, even with the warranty . If you want poor service and bad products. This here is your destination of choice.

Shane was very helpful and had my car in and out in 30 min. Had headlights restored and and they look new. Also got a lifetime warranty on work with the price. Very Satisfied.

Service was fine. BUT, it should not cost $103 for an oil change. All I had done was oil and filter change. They wanted to charge $7 to top off my coolant because it was low. Wont ever be going back. Not going to be nickle and dimed. My car only holds 3.5 quarts of oil.

Online description states tire repair. Arrived to get a tire repaired and was rudely informed they only install new tires and provide no other tire services. Kind of pointless

Went for a state inspection. Parked in front of the inspection bay and waited... and waited... and waited. It wasn’t busy and there were plenty of technicians but not one acknowledged me. I figured I needed to go inside but the door was locked and the guy inside just ignored me. I went back and waited some more. Having to get this done on my lunch break I had no choice but to leave to get back to work. I don’t expect everyone to drop everything to get me taken care of; but if anyone just acknowledged me I wouldn’t feel like I had wasted my time. Jiffy Lube is a good company, just not this location.

Just wanted to share with the public that a young man (employee by the name of Chuck) went above and beyond for my wife. She said it was cold, wet and rainy and he aired up her tires without hesitation. Also, did it at no charge to her. She was extremely pleased with the type of exceptional service you just dont get anymore with young people in the service industry.For this reason I wanted to extend my gratitude for assisting my wife. Jiffy Lube needs more outstanding young employees such as Chuck.

Todays visit was not the best I have experienced, but far from the worse. I will return. Jiffy Lube just needs to get serious at maintaining qualified and experienced technicians at each of its facilities. They also need to get realistic about what they charge for other maintenance services beyond oil changes.

I had to get a last minute oil change and the place I normally go to was closed. I was surprised when I called and was told they could do it for me. From the time I arrived until I left, Kaitlyn was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional by explaining what she was doing every step of the way! Needless to say, I will now be coming here. Everyone on the team was friendly not only towards me but one another.

I went to get an oil change and a inspection they did everything except the inspection and upcharged me on oil they quoted me $65 for the oil but charged me $99 will never return.

Hearing him interact with us and the other staff brings an air of competency to the station.Previous inspector was unmotivated and vague in how to resolve the failure -we think it was just misaligned plug.

Good quality service

When I arrived, I had a good, friendly check-in, and the technicians were able to get me in quickly. They did a decent job on the oil change. However, when it came time to pay, I had a bit of sticker shock as the price has gone up on the synthetic oil change (up to 100, I remember paying 80 to 85 last time I was here). When I expressed my concern about the price, I was met with a lot of attitude, and was told that it was my fault I didnt know the price before starting. As a result of the attitude and unfriendly experience during checkout, along with undisclosed price increases, I dont think I will be coming back. Its a bummer, Ive always had great customer service here before!

The team at Jiffy Lube is just that... “A TEAM” the customer service that I have receive this week has been wonderful (5Stars) I came I 3 times this week to get 3 different services and each time I was met with a smile, the door was opened for me to enter the lobby and the service that was provided was the same service that I get when I go get my Mercedes serviced at the Mercedes Dealership. I would recommend everyone to come get their car serviced at Jiffy Lube. Dillon was Exceptional at making sure he communicated with me about the process of getting my car repaired. Shane was amazing in going to pick up parts and when he found out my wait would be a little long he offered to buy me lunch. WOW!

I bring all of my vehicles here for oil changes.... I have NEVER had any problems EVER. They are SO fast, they make you feel so comfortable while you sit and wait (which is no fun for anyone). They are so fun & upbeat and really do know what their doing! I ONLY trust them with my oil changes & other necessities. The manager, Assistant Manger, all the way down to the line level employees just never cease to amaze me! Youd never know any of them are having a bad day! They are honest & always fair & anytime i hear of someone needing their oil changed or anything else i ALWAYS recommend them! Its amazing what you DONT know about your vehicle! But they will always be honest with you and give you options and do their absolute best to help you and work with you! Ashley is my absolute favorite. Best experience I have had with an oil change!!! The guys there are extremely nice and do an awesome job. They even went over information I needed to know. Very kind caring people as soon as you get there you feel extremely welcomed and just was overall an amazing place to go, plus I got a discount! Deffinately would recommend!!!

Staff are very friendly and efficient, not very knowledgeable of their promos and offers, I end up keeping a electronic form of payment their company should take since they agree to it.

Really thorough service. They checked everything while they did the work. The checked brake fluid, coolant levels and all manufacturers matenance check list. I got my wipers, air filters, oil change, and state inspection in one go. They cleaned the windows, aires the tires to proper pressure and vacuumed the floor boards. Great professional and thorough service. Will return and reccomend.

They do a good job, my only issue with them is the wait time. They always seem to be backed up with an hour wait time. And now one of their doors is broke so they are down to one bay for oil changes which makes for a long wait.

Went to get an oil change, walked out with a $330 bill. Now that’s with being a fleet vehicle but I still specifically asked for an oil change only. And one of the items was a tire rotation, but I know the tires weren’t rotated because I had the full size spare on and it was still in the exact same spot.

This place is fantastic! The staff is incredibly nice, they have great prices, and theyre super fast. This place is my new spot!

Seriously great customer service! Everyone was so helpful and friendly and I was allowed to use multiple coupons from the JiffyLube website. Matthew was very polite and helpful and even let me know about their top off service between changes. That in itself is enough to keep me coming back. Great job guys!

Took my vehicle for an inspection. The technician broke my glove box. Didnt say anything, just left the broken piece in the glove box. I cant speak on the management because you really cant say for sure theyre being straight with you, given the lack of courtesy. They got a star because you cant give less.

Go somewhere else! Both times Ive taken my vehicle to jiffy lube I wound up returning the same day due to my car making new unidentified noises and running WORSE than before I brought it to them. I waited 15 minutes for anyone to come attend to me and my vehicle despite only one other car being in bay. I highly question the professionalism shown at this location and would not entrust the machine that gets me to work every day into the hands of people that cant seem to fix a problem the first time to save their lives!

Just don’t find people like this anymore customer service was completely excellent 100% I had a very unfortunate incident happened to me while traveling from San Antonio to Denton Texas and the people who did my old change before I left town had really messed up my car they cut a mainline in there so there was oil all under my undercarriage I had no oil in my car I didn’t know how was going to make it home I stopped into the Jiffy Lube in Waxahachie they took great excellent care of me they topped off my oil and they didn’t charge me anything he did it out of the kindness of his heart and like I was saying you just don’t find people like that very often and I just want to say that this place is excellent excellent customer service I would bring my car here anytime and I recommend anyone else to bring the car there! you’re in good hands! They charge way too much for a simple oil change

Matt, greeted me, he and the other staff were cordial, professional . One appeared to be upselling another customer. This put me on guard.The waiting area was clean. Free Wifi, coffee, water, TV, and unisex restroom. It was a tad on the small size. There was additional seating outside.I had a repair done to my vehicle. Labor fee was a bit on the pricey side.But as the old saying goes, You get what you pay for. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Matt told me to bring it back if I encountered any problems.
